[How is it used?
Normal muffler is too large, so we replaced it with a lightweight muffler.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was just like the Image.
Was the installation difficult?
The product can be installed in a single shot.
I think it is highly accurate.
How was your experience with it?
I installed it to improve exhaust noise complaints, but the benefit was not exhaust noise but high RPM range extension.
It now runs about 20% better than NORMAL.

Gasket is not included and must be purchased separately.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
We did not like the volume and sound quality.
It is a matter of taste, but I think it is quite noisy as NORMAL is quite quiet.

Above all, lightweight!
It was originally designed for the KLX230, but since the Engine is the same, we installed it on the 230R.
The O2 Sensor must be plugged.
The reason for replacing the exhaust system was to reduce weight more than anything else, and it is much lighter than the heavy Silencer of NORMAL.
The sound will be brave in its own way, but since it is JMCASpec. it will not be the ear-splitting explosion of Single.
I use SP Tadao's PowerBox for my exhaust pipes, and I was thinking of using SP Tadao's silencer as well, but I was attracted by KFACTORY's slim design and decided to purchase it.
Although it is not possible to say "Power up at once by changing the Exhaust System," the benefits of weight reduction were felt well.
The problem is that the idling of the KLX230R is very high to begin with, but after the exhaust system was replaced, it became even more noticeable, and I have the feeling that the return is worse with the AxelOff.
This was not a problem when driving on level ground, but when descending the EnduroCourse, the speed was quite high in Idling even in 2nd gear, which was a miscalculation. We need to think of some way to adjust the idling.
For an Exhaust System product, the precision was outstanding and installation was easy.

Sound and light!
It has been about 6 months since I installed it, so I will give my impressions.
[How is it used?
Mainly city driving and touring, but can go on any situation.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Full titanium with beautiful unique coloring.
It is lightweight, not in proportion to its large size.
The shape and large size may be different for different tastes.
Was the installation difficult?
The body is a Slip-on Silencer, so it is easy, but it took a lot of time to fit the special heat shield. (It is removed now).
How was your experience with it?
Previously, YOSHIMURA was installed.
1.Is this a car inspection Large sturdy enough? I think so.
2.While the high-rpm extension is the same as in NORMAL, the low-speed Torque is noticeably thinner.
3.We knew from the beginning that most people in the same car model are wearing it.
4.Surprisingly heavy for a small swing.
All of these complaints have been resolved.
Idling volume is about the same as NORMAL, but the sound quality is more subdued without Rose.
I like the sound quality when running at Axel constant in 3rd gear or higher with heavy bass.

I did not realize until I installed it that the Bracket mounting portion that suspends the Body is designed to be attached to the Reverse side of the Tandem Footpeg.
(All external exhaust systems from NORMAL to most of them are front side)
If it is NORMAL, there is no problem, but if you change to an external exhaust system hanger, you will need to measure the clearance of the reverse side accurately and insert a separate collar, etc., due to the difference in thickness, or you will not be able to install it properly.

Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
If you open the Vinyl bag containing the Silencer, you will find no scratches or dents. The seal is on the bag, but the transparency of the Vinyl bag is poor and I can't see it well.
In fact, when I opened it, there was a scratch on the SilencerReverse side.
I don't mind that it's the Reverse side, but if it were the Front side, I wouldn't be convinced.

Sounds great!
I replaced the Full Exhaust System of CLR-R+ of the same Manufacturer with only the Rhino LANCER here.
During the warm-up, I feel that it is annoying in a residential area, but it is not so annoying during normal idling.
When you start the car, it has a nice high-pitched sound above 4,000 rpm.
It's the Sound of Yaletown!
It has become an expensive purchase, but with the replacement of the silencer, it has become a Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence and can be enjoyed from Circuit to street driving.

Texture - I am satisfied with the sound
The texture is fluffy - fake, welding is also beautiful.

Titanium flourishes a solid color vehicle!
I selected Slip-on Silencer's Exhaust System.
OEMExhaust pipe also seems not to be making bad ...
Firstly, as compared with OEMSilencer, it became lighter, so Balance has changed considerably.
It is a little heavy impression, it will be a problem of familiarity.
The handling became much easier than that, and the ease of getting down when Curve was upgraded.
Torque was reduced slightly at the time of low speed because the exhaust omission became better, but since there is originally enough power cars there will be no problem.
Because I put Inner baffle, I Idling with enough quiet sound.

K-FACTORY Titanium Slip-on Exhaust
The weight between OEMExhaust System and Titanium silencer is really different, Quantity : Pair (for Left and Right) It is still more so.
Many Muffler makers have adopted Blue baked colors, but K - FACTORY can also be said to be a long - established store.
Silencer itself is SP-2's year and I think that the volume is just right with wearing the Inner baffle of the Option which is Large.
I broke Aluminum Bracket once and ordered with Repair Parts but the product arrived soon at the mail request and the correspondence was also good.

If an attached inner baffle is removed, it is in a still better sound.
However, I think that it is setting Mandatory since after-fire is severe.
Even if sound volume attaches the inner baffle, in the residential street, I feel that he feels diffident for it ^^;
