Excellent product, very, very well made. Installing is not an easy job, but that's due to W800 mechanics
This is an excellent product. I am installing a plush comfort seat which is slightly higher, and with these bars the geometry is perfect for touring. Quality is top notch. Everything is very well made, everything fits and well thought through. I would not try to install it unless you are capable enough to build the bike ground up. On mine, tank and light had to come off on top of obvious cables, break lines, etc. 4 hour job easily. If you are anything less than a master, give it to your trusted mechanic and pay accordingly. In case of W800, it is just how the bike is laid out, not a a fault of this product. In fact, because of everything fits so well, Hurricane have made it as easy as at all possible for this Kawasaki. Good position
I came across this product after doing a lot of research on the height and width of the Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence on the CB750rc42.
The width is the same and the height is about 35mm higher than the other two, so I asked the shop that installed it to check if they had done the same thing and since it was compliant, they installed it without refusal.
Extension Harness was also prepared in case, but it was used only for Blinker switchWiring extension.
For this level of uplift, it would have been more cost-effective to just extend the Blinker switchWiring than to purchase Extension Harness.
The position is only 35mm up, but it feels much higher, and the handlebar feels a little tighter in the front, so it is very easy to drive.
It is as easy as if it were a learner's car, but the system is also very windy as it approaches vertical.
I am self-satisfied, but it was a good decision to replace it because it is totally easy to drive and maintain a non-fatiguing position.

My back doesn't hurt anymore.
I had back pain when riding FXDR114, but after changing Handlebar, long distance touring is also light. View detail
It's best.
Transforms into a classic look.
The driving position is very comfortable and stable.
Even if you drive for a long time, it will not put any strain on your body.
Handle replacement can be done quickly if you purchase the Hurricane extension harness together.
This is one of the customizations I am most satisfied with. -------------------------------------------------- -------- Transforms into a classic look. HURRICANE POLICE Type 2 Handlebar Set
The NORMAL forward leaning posture became difficult, so I replaced it with a posture that is less stressful on the lower back and neck.
The improvement in riding posture was ideal, but it will take some time to get used to it because the width of the Police 2 type is 645mm, which is slightly shorter than the 675mm width of ZEPHYRχs STD Handlebar, and the aperture is tighter than I expected.
I think the only replacement is that positioning and drilling the holes for the Switch box is a bit difficult.

Comfortable with easier Position than OEM
I felt uncomfortable with the OEM's too-wide handlebar, so I replaced it.
The Handlebar of the Cafe is narrower than the Z900RS, though,
The OEMHandlebar is so wide that you would think it was a STREETFIGHTER-type Handlebar, and it stiffens your shoulders.
The position that comes 3cm in front of the OEM by 3cm up with the width shortened by about 6cm will be a much easier position than the OEM.
I would not say that installation is difficult, but if you are not used to it, there may be a Large change.
The handlebar periphery is removed and replaced via an adapter since the diameter is narrower than the OEM.
This adapter gapes when the handlebar angle is adjusted, so it is necessary to check when tightening.
Also, when tightening the Handlebar Post, Brake Holder, and Clutch Holder
Be sure to tighten from the top and adjust the tightness on the underside, so be careful.
The LeftRight Switch Box and Accelerator WireHolder have pre-drilled holes, so no drilling is required.
OEM wire ends when replacing the supplied Clutch Wire. (Engine side) It is recommended to use Tie Wrap or Needle Goldetc. to tie the new wire to the OEM wire and pull it up so that it can be replaced through the same place as the OEM wire.

HURRICANE BMConti Type 3
With the NORMAL handlebar, my wrists were a little too far away from the handlebar, so my wrists were easily fatigued, but after replacing the handlebar, my riding posture became easier even in the middle of touring.
Quantity Handlebar:Pair (for Left and Right) The handlebar is slightly raised to prevent fingers from being pinched.

OEM was far and low and had to be replaced.
Accelerator Wire was easier to install than MT09, but
The air drainage of the brake hose and clutch hose was Large strange.
The fit feels a little wide.

ThankfulQuantity:Set
The parts I used on my previous motorcycle were too large (22mm) to be installed on my CB250R with a taper handlebar, so I changed to this product.
The holes for Spacer and Switch box have already been machined, so this Quantity:I am happy to complete the project with only Set.
The mounting angle must be fixed slightly up, otherwise it may hit the tank cover at full lock, so care must be taken.

Handlebar Straying
I changed a lot of things with EFFEX→Archi→BEET→Condor→Conti2.
I write this only as a personal opinion.
EFFEX→not much different from NORMAL and tiring.
Archi→ easy to ride but not great looking.
BEET→ easy to ride, but forward leaning is tiring.
Condor→ Easy to ride, but I don't like the way the Clutch Cable hits the Meter, doesn't look good in a bikini.
Conti2→A little higher and A little tighter than BEET, but still tiring after a long ride.
Now I plan to try European1 type.

Fits: KAWASAKI NINJA400 (2014-), KAWASAKI NINJA250R
Almost perfect
This is the only 'superbike kit' I could find for Ninja 400. Luckily, from Webike it's reasonably priced, given the low initial cost of the Ninja 400. The bike is said to have a relaxed riding position, as opposed to a sportier one in some other sport bikes, but for a shorter rider or an old dude like me a bit more upright riding position is a blessing. The kit contains all the hardware needed for installation, but like the website states, the instructions are only in Japanese. That means you must either have some idea how to work on bikes, or have a mechanic to install the kit for you. When removing old cables, tape an electrical wire on its end, pull the wire in its place, and then you can pull the new cable in place with the wire. That makes the job a lot easier. Right hand control cables (starter and engine stop switch) are a bit short after kit installation, so you would do best detaching the connector under the tank and re-routing the cables higher up in the frame for extra slack. Rest of the installation is pretty straight forward. Fit and finish of this kit is very good, well on par with the rest of the bike. The only complaint I have is about the throttle cables. The upper ends don't seem to be an exact match with the housing, so the throttle will be a bit stiffer to turn than originally. You can hear some scraping sound between parts when turning the throttle, and if you tighten the housing screws too much, the throttle won't return. I found a sweet spot where screws are tight enough, but there's still enough play for throttle tube to turn freely. All in all I'm pretty happy with this kit. Riding position is well improved. If Hurricane would see the trouble of creating installation instructions in other languages and fix the issues with the throttle cables I would give five stars. View detail
When you buy a motorcycle, start by replacing the handlebars!...
The cb1100ex's stock handle position is a very uncomfortable and ambiguous riding position.
Also, because I have a cervical disc, I have to lean forward a little and the weight of the helmet puts a burden on me, making it uncomfortable for long distance riding.
However, if you replace the handlebar with this handlebar, the position changes to almost 90 degrees and there is no strain on your arms or shoulders.
cb1100ex absolutely has this handle. -------------------------------------------------- -------- CB1100EX's genuine handle position is a very uncomfortable and ambiguous riding position. And because I have a neck disk, I bow down a little bit in the future. However, if you replace it with this handlebar, your position will change to 90 degrees and you will not be overwhelmed by your arms or shoulders. CB1100EX is unconditionally handle. Long distances are now easier.
It was a HURRICANE European2 type Handlebar, but I wanted to make it a little wider, so I changed it to a Z2 Type.
I have only been out for Touring once, but it was easy Touring down the road for about 200 km.
We asked Shop to do the installation and are satisfied with the careful work.

To replace the Handlebar on a 2021 MT-09SP.
I wanted to do something about my wrist getting sore in the second half of touring. and hanging angle of the handlebar? I wondered if it was a problem with the handlebar's aperture and hanging angle, so I installed this swallow-type handlebar, which was sold exclusively for the car model.
Clutch Cable is a special product for installation (this is Quantity):Before pulling out the old Cable, fix the lever side of the new Cable to the lower end (ClutchCase side) with a Tie Band as shown in the 5th image, so that you can pull out and turn the Cable at the same time. You can kill two birds with one stone.
The OEMClutch Cable is fixed behind the Headlight, so it is a little troublesome to remove the fixation here.
The HandlebarBody can be installed without any particular problems, and our vehicle has the Handlebar Post position lowered by 3cm, but even when installed at the desired angle, it fits without interfering with the LimitTank.
The replaced clutch wire must be secured around the handlebar with a tie band or it will interfere with the meter.
As for the position, it was slightly difficult to raise the Shift Pedal because it was tilted forward so much, so the pedal angle of the Rear Sets was adjusted.
Also, I went on a Touring trip of about 300 km after the Handlebar replacement, and I felt that it turned out well for me because I became more conscious of my Knee grip so as not to hold the Handlebar down.
However, due to the fact that it was my first touring in a month and my usual lack of exercise, I ran out of energy in the latter half of the day and had to hold down the handlebar more often, so my shoulder area was sore the next day.
(The pain in my wrist was the same, so I think it was caused by the way I hold the handlebar.)
Also, this is not an issue with the MT-09SP, which is a NAKED model with a MOTARD or STREETFIGHTER-like position, but when riding on the highway with a headwind or when overtaking, the air resistance is large or it feels like it is going to float. When the air resistance is large or it feels like it is going to float up when there is a headwind or when overtaking at a temporary court speed+α, and when I get down, the high position of the handlebar made it a very hard position to be in.
Lastly, the position of the handlebar is a matter of personal preference, so it is difficult to judge the position of the handlebar from the values on the product page alone without actually seeing it installed.

I rode with Separate handle for a while, but soon I felt quite uncomfortable with the vibration of Handlebar.
I have considered changing the weight and Handlebar Up Spacer, but I have not seen any other impressions from other users.
to see that it is not an anti-vibration measure.
So I switched back to Pipe Handlebar and there was no vibration at all.
However, I am a little dissatisfied with the riding posture, perhaps because I have become accustomed to the Separate handle position.
I think it is 30-40mm Up and 10mm in front. Separate handle of Ninja 1000 is also Upright,
For me, with long arms, it's almost a vertical position, on the other hand, long distance is a pain in the buttocks.
If you change it back to Separate handle, you get Handlebar oscillation, but with Bar handle, you get butt...
I have now settled on this product.

z900rs only
When choosing a handlebar for the z900rs, I compared six HURRICANE handlebars in person and decided on the Conti2 model.
I am very grateful that HURRICANE has so many varieties to choose from, and I can choose according to my taste.
The mounting holes were also neat.
I have long arms, but it is much easier to ride from the OEMHandlebar. I wish I had changed it sooner~.
