Stainless Steel is good
If you buy the high throttle set, the adjustment part of the accelerator wire is made of steel, so I bought this one made of Stainless Steel. View detail

Quantity:1 Set of 2pcs.
Used on Active's Throttle kit 32Φ and a TMR36 Z. If you can handle it properly, it moves smoothly. Unlike the 1 pcRose sold by a certain shop, the quantity is very small.:I thought it was conscientious that it was 1 Set of 2pcs. View detail
It is as good as OEM Product, and I am very thankful that OEM is discontinuing it.
This time, it had been more than 10 years since the last replacement.
Preventive replacement.
During this time, carburetor adjustments were made and the carburetor was replaced with a Big carburetor.
Wire was also loaded quite a bit, but I could not find any more Damage, although there was some stretching.
Manufacturer discontinued, but thank goodness it is available!

Nearly OEM Equivalent Product
This is an impression of using it on a C-type ZZr1100. It seems to be usable without any problem since it is common with D type.
We bought a ZZr that had been laid up for a long time, and when we raised it up, we checked every part of it and found that the Throttle Cable was also not working properly, so we replaced it. The texture and dimensions are almost the same as the OEM cable, so I was able to install it on the vehicle without any concerns.
I have used NTB's OEM Equivalent Product on other motorcycles I own and am satisfied with its quality, including durability, so I purchased it again this time and I still feel secure. I am satisfied with the quality of NTB OEM Equivalent Product including the durability.
I really appreciate the fact that Repair Parts can be purchased new even though it is an old Motorcycle. I am planning to repeat this service again in the near future.

Thailandco is small?
Screw accuracy, overall texture, and inner wire slippage are good 。 I used Wire oil, but I think it works fine as is.
However, the Thailand plug at the end of the wire on the grip side seems to be a little smaller than the OEM Product, and the drum attached to the Throttle cone turns easily (arrow in the photo). The other Thailand cone is also a little smaller than the Throttle cone hole.
The Throttle body side (closer to the Engine) seems to stay in place without rotating.
I'm assuming that it won't take as much force as the Clutch Wire, but I'm a little concerned that it really won't do any real harm.

It was just fit.
KITACOHigh Solo installed decades ago.
For some reason, the length did not match, and it had been bothering me for a long time.
However, it was used as it was because it was handled in a way that felt right at the time.
I happened to be replacing the Clutch Cable this time, so I ordered it incidentally to save on shipping costs.
It is for KITACOHigh Solo, so I had no problem at all installing it and the length was EXACTLY the same.
Thanks to this, the Handlebar area is now Refreshing.

For emergency spare parts and maintenance of old cars
[How is it used?
TZr250R (3XV) I purchased this as a spare/for replacement for the Throttle Wire of
We chose this product because it was inexpensive and the Size feel seemed fine.
Was the one you received as per Image?
L-Type Wrench is included as shown in the photo.
Since it takes up very little bulk, it is convenient to carry as a spare.
How was your experience with it?
It is stored in the storage space under the Tandem seat for emergency use when touring.
Fortunately, we have not yet encountered a SCENE to use.
TZr250R (3XV) In the case of the "Oil Pump", the OEM Product is discontinued and there is no Replacement Product due to the complexity of splitting the 1 pc Wire into a carburetor, YPVS, and Oil pump.
Many used ones are also in poor condition, and since they are consumable parts that will have to be replaced at some point, they will not be wasted as long as you continue to ride because you will eventually use them when that time comes.
[Points to note]
It would be nice to have a Wire cutter to adjust the length.
How did it compare to other products?
The delivery time was so long that I also bought a No Brand product sold at a certain Large Hand NetShop just in time.
Fortunately, I have not used either of them, but the No Brand product did not come with tools, so I think this product is better for emergency use. I think this one is better for emergency use.
【Review】
Although it is best not to use it, it is a product that can be soldered for emergency use or for long-term use, so it will not go to waste.
I have had to push Motorcycle for an hour in the past because the Wire ran out, so it is a good idea to have it with you to avoid that kind of feeling.

Is good
When I cleaned the throttle body of my 2008 CB400SB, I decided to replace the Accelerator Wire as a precaution since the mileage reached 50,000 km. The reason why I bought the 50 millimeter long wire is because my BOLDOR is equipped with a HURRICANE Handlebar Up Spacer that can be used with the OEM wire, and the OEM Accelerator Wire is quite limited and there is no room to spare. After cleaning the Throttle body, I lubricated the wire before installing it, and then I put grease on the Thailand coil. I was satisfied with the length of the wire when I assembled it. I thought nothing special would happen, but I have several motorcycles and I can clearly see that the Axel pulls much lighter. I have several motorcycles, so I can clearly see that the pull of the Axel has become much lighter. I can twist the Axel without effort, and as a result, it is harder to get stuck. I have no complaints if I can choose various lengths and buy at this price with this quality. View detail
Processed to VM38.
I bought this for a YamahaXV750E with two VM38Carburetors.
Quantity since it is a 2-stack:I bought 2pc
I once bought a 2-sided Cable for another car model, but it was not long enough and the Piece of the 2-sided part was not enough φ38Carburetor could not be opened.
The VMcarburetor is a type that directly pulls up the throttle valve, so the wire stopper is a traditional gourd shape.
There are some available, such as for SUPER CUB, but I was concerned because the lengths do not match and they seem to be very poor.
Surprisingly, I could not find one for Large size vehicles, and after much searching, I found that GOODS sells one for SR400 and purchased it.
They said it was forφ38Carburetor, but it is only for AMAL364TypeThrottle holder, so it needed Outer processing.
In my case, I have a two-stack, so Tommaselli's Quantity:2pc pull Throttle is used.
It is a pull×2Type instead of a pull/reverse, which is a bit unusual in modern times.
The Inner cable was not long enough at all, so we cut the Outer by 7cm.
The Crimp in the end section was also ported.
Thailandco used Active's products, but since Screw alone seemed to fall out, Solder was poured to fix it in place.
I was able to install it successfully, and since it can be adjusted in the middle of Cable, it can be tuned out.

Stainless Steel/Black is Recommendation
Used in combination with Throttle housingType-3
My own experience to date is that
PlatingBracket ones are prone to rust.
Mesh wire will soon become yellowish and shabby.
Stainless/Black is a Recommendation!
Separate Handlebars with HORNET250, wire routed around the upper side.
Length 800mm.
I don't have a problem with that.
Throttle is a bit heavy no matter how much you change the handling.
I have used this product on many different motorcycles.
They're all like this, so I'm assuming that's the way it is.

Motorcycle enthusiasts developed for themselvesWire
The developer really loves motorcycles and developed various parts for his own motorcycles.
One of them is this Wire, because it is not being fancy Packaged or advertised. "A product for those in the know." I think it is like that.
I had been following the development process on your blog, and since that time I have been very interested in using it.
It is a simple part, and replacing it does not change its appearance, so I had put it off as a low priority, but after replacing it, I wondered if I should have replaced it earlier. But when I replaced it, I wondered if I should have replaced it earlier.
With the CRcarburetor installed, the Throttle was heavy and the Right hand was very sluggish, especially when cruising on the highway.
After the replacement, the Refreshing was not eliminated, but it was considerably reduced, so I decided to purchase the Clutch Wire as well.
Also, wire routing is important, and it may be more effective if the wire is routed at a shallow angle.

It was diverted to ZOOK. Small processing is necessary?
I diverted it to a ZOOK that was replaced by a DJ-1 Engine, but both will be PA type Carburetor, so it should work fine with the ZOOKOEMEngine.
The length of Wire was almost the same in both cases.
For the so-called “vertical DIO” of AF18,25,27,28etc., PB type Carburetor is basically used, and for the Vertical TypeEngine before the vertical DIO of ZOOK, DJ-1, Express etc., PA type Carburetor is basically used. I think that PA type Carburetor is used for Vertical TypeEngine.
These two carburetors differ in various aspects, such as the bolt hole spacing for mounting and the Thailand coil shape on the top cap side of the accelerator wire. In this case, the top cap side thailand core shape is the issue, but if it is used as it is in the PA type carburetor, the hole is wider in the top cap part of the PA type carburetor, and the Accelerator Wire wobbles. As a result, the wire gapes and the Axel will not be able to close even if the Axel is put back. (*Very dangerous) The spring may be gapped from the specified position, causing a snag or noise when the Axel is opened or closed.
Fortunately, the Thailand coil of the top cap on the Wire side is only thin, so I was able to use it without any problem by increasing the thickness with vinyl tape, etc. so that the Wire would not Gap.
As for safety, as you may know if you have ever used Carburetor's top cap, the wire side is fixed by the rubber on the top of the cap, which is very simple to begin with.
