One of the ignition system renewals.
The OEM Product had no rust or corrosion on the terminals, but they had become hard, so we decided to take this opportunity to replace them.
The cord itself is soft, though it is not as soft as the old one that has hardened. But it is firm.
One thing is absolutely essential.
I would always recommend using Electric Works Pliers to trim the cord length. The core wire of this plug cord is coiled, so if you try to peel the outer skin with a nipper or cutter, I don't think it will work. It would be better to use a tool to peel off the outer skin.

I need a PAMS style plug cord for 1PCoil.
The 1PIgnition coil from PAMS could not be used with the plug cord connector provided by PAMS. I did not know this.
This meant that we had to purchase a new plug cable with a 7mm external diameter and crimp the terminals. Crimping the terminals requires tools that most people don't have, so most end users and motorcycle shops will probably just use a pliers to do the job.
It would be a shame to reduce the reliability of the product in order to leave the installation work to the user. Absolutely, it is better to prepare a method that can be used in the same way as for 2P by the MANUFACTURER.
I have recently come to think that even AS Uotani, which I feel is very reliable when I drive a Z, etc., is not entirely reliable when I look at how it is set up for different car models and detailed Spec.

Due to the occurrence of a chronic illness
One of VECSTAR's pre-existing problems, plug cap disconnection while driving, occurred, so it was replaced.
In the case of VECSTAR, the Ignition coil can be replaced from the root, so the cap cover and seal were removed and relocated from the OEM.
The OEM cap cover cannot be relocated without cutting it, but without it, there will be a gap in the Engine Cover, and water and Garbage will hit the Plug hole area, and cooling fan air will leak out.
In the case of Scooter, it is a Large cut to make sure that the cord length, path, and Clamp are correct.
Color for easy visibility as it goes through the Cowl of the Scooter and for easy recognition of dirt and deterioration.:Yellow
The Engine started once before the replacement, but it seems to have Torque up somehow. I wonder.
So far, no omissions have occurred.

Inserting the bracket into the Utani Coil is a difficult task and requires a lot of hang. Installing the bracket attached to the Utani Coil is also a bit of a challenge, as it requires a bit of a hang.

It was difficult to evaluate the performance of the Single Body due to the effect of the Uotani Coil.

The insertion hang to the Uotani Coil
Crimp the terminal attached to the Uotani Coil so that the bracket part becomes as narrow as possible.
Contact recovery Spray (Wet Type) on the area to be inserted to make it slippery and then insert it.
After insertion, use a parts cleaner to wipe off the contact recovery spray on the outside of the coil connection.
Seal with a fast-drying elastic adhesive such as Cemedine SUPERX2, etc. according to the Utani CoilInstruction Manual.

More of a viper than a COTA tuchord.
I used it on a 1960's Vintage motorcycle.
The Plug cord was about to decay due to heat damage from the Engine and age-related deterioration.
I was considering the replacement, but when I thought that it was a little tasteless with a normal Plug cord, I found this Vintage Style Plug Cord of Guts Chrome. Because the price is reasonable, I bought it.
Since a vehicle is a vehicle, performance is not what we are looking for in the first place.
This is a complete appearance oriented parts.
So I can't make any Impressions about the performance, but so far I haven't had any problems.
The look I was interested in was honestly not what I was expecting.
I was hoping for a COTA tucord-like dorkiness, but it's more of a venomous snake pattern than a COTA tucord with a stronger Vinyl feel than I was expecting.
It's a small one that looks like it belongs in a country garden or something.
Still, I think that it is more interesting than using a normal Plug cord. Because I thought, I use it as it is.
By the way, the outer diameter is a little thinner than NGK's power cable. The noise to the CDI etc. might be increased if the leak resistance is low. (I'm not feeling it.) 。
On the other hand, I think it is easy to use for hiding Wiring in Ska tune.
The rubber or vinyl coating on the surface makes it look a little hard, but it becomes soft when warmed.
