[How is it used?
Installed on a JC75 Grom.
The custom is an external Full Exhaust System, Mukawa N-15 High Camshaft, i-map, and a mid to high speed Emphasis on Torque Light tuneSpec. with air cleaner processing.
At the same time, DID's SUPERNon-seal Chain was installed.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The image is just as I imagined.
Was the installation difficult?
The maintenance stand I bought the other day didn't fit, so I had no choice but to ask the Shop to install it.
How was your experience with it?
The 14T was introduced, 1T lower than the OEM 15T. The Grom's 4-speed Mission is easier to enter the power band when the Final is set to CROSS, and acceleration is lighter with a higher GEAR ratio in 4th gear.
As a Merit, the Torque feeling during acceleration has been improved as intended, and the expected acceleration feeling can be obtained even when climbing hills. Also, the maximum speed on level ground has increased.
As for the Demerit, fuel consumption will deteriorate because of the higher cruising RPM, and the noise and vibration are somewhat annoying when cruising at high speeds. Naturally, the maximum speed is also reduced. In addition, Groms have a speed sensor in the transmission, so the speed meter can be inaccurate. Groms are happy (displayed higher) by about 10%, but they are also unhappy by about another 10%. (e.g. GPS:60km/h Meter before replacement:66km/h Meter after replacement:72km/h)

Good sprocket company,Very good cheap reliable
Have tried a few different brands but ended up ordering this one the last couple times I need a front sprocket. Just hit 30 hours on the last one I purchased and it doesn't seem to be starting to "shark fin" at all or get overly worn out yet. Happy with the results again and again. I love buying Afam sprockets, they last just as long as any competitors product in the same quality range, buy one u won't b disappointed.Cheap and very quality.excelent choice Good product at a good price. I have found Afam products always very consistent, and Webike. View detail

Eleven guns in Horizontal TypeEngine is rare!
[How is it used?
When combining a CD90 series Engine with a CD50etc. rear sprocket, we needed a lower sprocket than the 12T, which is why we decided to purchase it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was more solidly made than Image.
Was the installation difficult?
Simply replace with NORMAL Sprocket.
Normal bolt cannot be used to secure it, so use the supplied cap bolt and bracket.
How was your experience with it?
It is not simply a calculation that one front gun is equivalent to three back guns, but a subtle GEAR ratio allows for various combinations, which is good to expand the range of setting.
[Included Parts:were they on?
In addition to the Sprocket, a Bracket and Cap bolt are also included.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Nothing yet, but it seems to be vulnerable to Rust.
The Rear Sprocket has the smallest number of points (11), including other companies' products, so the possibility of the Chain interfering with the Swing Arm is high, so we do not recommend the use of the Rear Sprocket.

Mounted on V-STROM 800DE
[How is it used?
Installed as front sprocket on DL1000 V-STROM800DE, replaced OEM 17T with 15T.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I was worried about the fit until I opened the package and fitted it, but it was perfect.
Was the installation difficult?
The installation itself was easy, but the 800DE has a very stiff nut that holds the Sprocket in place. (with Screw lock agent) The old Sprocket was removed using an 18V Impact Driver.
How was your experience with it?
Speed in 1st gear Idling has dropped to 13km/h→10-11km/h. I want to lower the speed a little more, so I am considering changing to 14T.

Point and hang of installation
As you can see from the service manual, the fixed nut is rigidly assembled, so be careful. It is advisable to prepare a screw lock agent for replacement and reassembly.

Outstanding Effectiveness! Gicky resolution!
[How is it used?
I was uncomfortable with the jittery feeling when driving at slow speeds, such as in traffic jams, so I wondered if the jitteriness could be eliminated by setting the secondary deceleration to Long. I decided to replace the system in the hope that the jittery feeling would be eliminated by setting the secondary deceleration to Long.
Was the one you received as per Image?
This is a Race ish Sprocket that has been machined with holes to reduce weight.
Was the installation difficult?
The Bolt that holds the Sprocket in place does not require an Impact Driver to remove it. It is held in place by two regular 6mm bolts, which can be worked with a ratchet wrench. The OEM Chain LINK number is 112, but if it is a combination of 16T and 42T, even 110 will be enough. The OEM chain has 112 links, but the combination of 16T and 42T seems to be sturdy even with 110 links.
How was your experience with it?
Since the front was set to 16T and the rear to 42T (OEM was 15T and 45T), the reduction ratio changed from 3.00 of OEM to 2.625, which is a much longer setting. I was worried that the low-speed Torque would weaken when starting from Zero, but this was not the case at all! It is so easy to drive without any stress. As a by-product, the fuel consumption has been remarkably increased to around 35 km/liter, which is a very good thing in these days of high gasoline prices! The Rear Sprocket is a JTSprocket part number JTR890.42ZBK. Unfortunately, this Sprocket is not available at Webig.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Nothing.

If I had to say something, it would be the price. A typical Japanese-made product can be bought for around 3,000 yen. (This product is made in the U.K.).

19T→20T on SR400final
Since I use the highway a lot, I have a complaint that my hands get numb from the high RPMs when cruising at 100 km/h.
Before replacement Meter reading 85km/h 4000rpm After replacement 91km/h 4000rpm
High-speed cruising became much easier.
Acceleration is naturally reduced, but this is not a problem since this is not a motorcycle that requires acceleration.
Replace Rear with 56T→51T as there is still room in Torque at 100km/h.
XAM XAM:A3207X51T
High-speed cruising is now comfortable. 100 km/h 4000 rpm.

OffLoader for touring and mountain play should have two Sprockets!
I installed 15T for long swing for touring.
For KLX250, Clearance is Limit.
A 16T made by another company also exists, but I don't think it is possible to install.
When playing in the mountains, F13T R53T Secondary reduction ratio 4.08
When touring, F15T R53T secondary reduction ratio 3.53
and FrontSprocket are used interchangeably.
With two FrontSprockets, you can do both mountain riding and touring on a single motorcycle.
It is recommended for the well-traveled TRAIL rider OffLoader who wants to enjoy both.
The FrontSprocket of the KLX250 is tightened with an Oni Torque, so those who frequently replace it will have a hard time without an electric Impactetc. tool.

Was the one you received as per Image?
The product is exactly as shown in the image.
The product is packaged in a cardboard package with a small paper Instruction ManualQuantity:Only 1 pc. was included, and there was no weird Vinyl or anything like that, so I could just send it to the waste paper collection and be done with it.
The same number of holes as the OEMSprocket, but with many holes that look like they have been cut out of the meat, and the appearance is different from the OEMSprocket in that it looks like a large hole.
Heavier and sturdier than it looks, probably due to the material.
Was the installation difficult?
Although it is not a problem of this product but a problem of the car Both Sides, the load to the Chain accompanying the replacement of the Sprocket Mounting Bolt seems to be great because the fixing method of the Sprocket Mounting Bolt is mainly to fix it using the Chain.
Attached imageQuantity:The fixing part of the nut that bites into the bolt (see 1pc. eye), the instruction to stop the nut from loosening, the 85 N-m tightening torque instruction, and the fact that the aforementioned fixing is only done by indirect means makes it very difficult to remove the nut.
When the length of the spinner handle exceeded the length used for tightening, it was possible to replace the handle without a power tool.
As long as the Nut is removed, it can be installed by simply aligning it with the groove and pushing it in.
It was also possible to tighten with a 525 Size Chain, which is different from Sprocket.
I felt that this would be a reason to further recommend a 3-point replacement of the drivetrain, since the main method of replacement would be to put a load on the Chain.
How was your experience with it?
Single body evaluation of this product is not possible due to the replacement of the front sprocket, chain, and rear sprocket only.
No impact on Meter due to the same number of pins as OEM
Although the durability deterioration caused by the Conversion is a cause for concern, we did not encounter any problems even after driving more than 30,000 km, and the teeth did not seem to have been ground off. (Although it would be a problem if the teeth were visibly worn away.
Difference of acceleration by Conversion is unknown due to lack of subtlety.
I tried to think of a reason for the difference between the OEM and the mysterious component, such as to facilitate the movement of the chain, or to provide soundproofing, but could not detect any difference.
I think it says something about a new circle, but I only use Sprocket made by SUNSTAR, so evaluation is impossible.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Instruction Manual is included, which only describes the orientation for installation by Conversion.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I would say that the price may have gone up quite a bit in a short period of time. At the time of purchase, I thought the price was the same as the OEM price, but when I checked today, I found that the OEM price was 3,894 yen, which is the difference between the OEM price and the Large price. As for the product, I am not at all dissatisfied or disappointed.
[Notes]
As I think it is mentioned in the Instruction Manual, if the installation direction is wrong, the flow of the Chain will be strange and possibly dangerous.

I use xt250 3y5 for city driving. The standard Driven Sprocket has 16 teeth, but it had a little too much power. When I changed to this 17-tooth GEAR, the speed of each GEAR became smooth and both driving comfort and riding comfort improved a lot. I have just replaced them, so I don't know how durable they are, but it was really a good decision to replace them. Fuel consumption has also improved by about 10%. There are many good points. Better looking and performing front drive sprocket then the original Honda part
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is S45C steel which is a medium carbon steel resulting in a lighter and harder wearing part. About the feeling of use, A better looking and performing drive sprocket then the original Honda part. Products to buy together, The drive chain system on any typical motorcycle is made up of three parts that ideally are replaced together so it would be good practice to also add a rear driven sprocket and drive chain to your cart. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the drive sprocket for my installation was easy due to the ease of access and simple nature of placing the sprocket into the shaft and securing with the included locking plate. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is great. You receive a sprocket made from quality and light weight material. There are no cheaper options with the lightweight design that I could find, even the original Honda part is more expensive. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. The order arrived within the estimated date range and was extremely well packaged. I found the link supplied to track my order very useful while I was waiting for the order to land in the country. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, I have no concerns or cautions when purchasing from Webike. I cannot recommend Webike enough for the majority of your biking needs. They not only sell aftermarket parts and bike gear but also OEM parts for your repairs and servicing needs. View detail
