HURRICANE POLICE Type 2 Handlebar Set
The NORMAL forward leaning posture became difficult, so I replaced it with a posture that is less stressful on the lower back and neck.
The improvement in riding posture was ideal, but it will take some time to get used to it because the width of the Police 2 type is 645mm, which is slightly shorter than the 675mm width of ZEPHYRχs STD Handlebar, and the aperture is tighter than I expected.
I think the only replacement is that positioning and drilling the holes for the Switch box is a bit difficult.

ThankfulQuantity:Set
The parts I used on my previous motorcycle were too large (22mm) to be installed on my CB250R with a taper handlebar, so I changed to this product.
The holes for Spacer and Switch box have already been machined, so this Quantity:I am happy to complete the project with only Set.
The mounting angle must be fixed slightly up, otherwise it may hit the tank cover at full lock, so care must be taken.

Almost perfect
This is the only 'superbike kit' I could find for Ninja 400. Luckily, from Webike it's reasonably priced, given the low initial cost of the Ninja 400. The bike is said to have a relaxed riding position, as opposed to a sportier one in some other sport bikes, but for a shorter rider or an old dude like me a bit more upright riding position is a blessing. The kit contains all the hardware needed for installation, but like the website states, the instructions are only in Japanese. That means you must either have some idea how to work on bikes, or have a mechanic to install the kit for you. When removing old cables, tape an electrical wire on its end, pull the wire in its place, and then you can pull the new cable in place with the wire. That makes the job a lot easier. Right hand control cables (starter and engine stop switch) are a bit short after kit installation, so you would do best detaching the connector under the tank and re-routing the cables higher up in the frame for extra slack. Rest of the installation is pretty straight forward. Fit and finish of this kit is very good, well on par with the rest of the bike. The only complaint I have is about the throttle cables. The upper ends don't seem to be an exact match with the housing, so the throttle will be a bit stiffer to turn than originally. You can hear some scraping sound between parts when turning the throttle, and if you tighten the housing screws too much, the throttle won't return. I found a sweet spot where screws are tight enough, but there's still enough play for throttle tube to turn freely. All in all I'm pretty happy with this kit. Riding position is well improved. If Hurricane would see the trouble of creating installation instructions in other languages and fix the issues with the throttle cables I would give five stars. View detail

Easier.
The delivery date was extended several times, and when I thought it was going to be delivered in September, it was suddenly shipped in April.
When replacing the handle position, it was difficult to determine the position I liked best, but in the end, I was able to determine the quantity by feeling.:Set
Once the Spacer has been split into upper and lower sections and the heights are aligned, the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) is Gap and Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) The Spacer is repeatedly dropped out in the process of setting the Handlebar Set.

I think the thing is solid, but...
[How is it used? I was astonished to find that the original handlebar was not adjustable, let alone replaceable. I was concerned about how to fix the handlebar to the handlebar post. (Is it loose and cannot be pulled out?) I was hesitant to replace it because I had a problem with the post, but since a new one was unlikely to be available, I decided to replace it with a new one. I am relieved to know that the Post is now fixed to the Post without any problems and the handle position is somewhat comfortable. I will use it for a while and see how it goes.
Was the installation difficult? It is not difficult, but the instruction manual is not very clear and I had to do a lot of research before I could install it. In particular, I would like to see more detailed explanations of the key points, such as how to install the brake hose and accelerator wire. Also, although it may not be directly related to this product, it would be more helpful if there were instructions on how to remove the cowl.
How was your experience with it? It fit better than OEM.
[Included Parts:were they on? It will be such a thing
Requests for opinions to Manufacturer As I mentioned above, I would like to see the Instruction Manual enhanced and the fixation method for the HandlebarStem improved to a Penetrating Bolt Type like OEM.

Pipe Handlebar KIT to be placed on the Top Bridge
I had a 2015ZX14R Separate handle with Handlebar Up Spacer and 2016 UpperHandlebar and was up to the largest limit, but I felt fatigue in my neck, waist, and arms, so I replaced it with Pipe Handlebar KIT.
We chose the HURRICANEPipe Handlebar KIT, which had good accuracy when we had the CBR1100XX. We chose a type that does not require the Top Bridge to be replaced, so the work is easy.
However, I had some difficulty locating the Reserver tank. Also, the OEM Accelerator WireGuide cannot be installed, and the lever position that does not interfere with the cowl when the handlebar is turned off to the maximum large limit is Pinpoint.

I want to be in a comfortable driving position.
The considerable Handlebar Up Type provides a comfortable driving posture.
In addition, the height and pull are Plus to the Large width, but the standing angle and aperture are not much different from the OEM, so you may be able to hold the Handlebar without any discomfort.
I use this one to replace the other Handlebar depending on my mood.

Some things are cheaper than others.
I've read and understood the dimensions from Official.
There were some subtleties I didn't understand, so I took the plunge and bought both.
Results of comparison
Height:BEET≒Conti2
Width:BEET≒Conti2
Aperture:BEET
Hole drilling is required, but even at this price
I think you will be satisfied with the net result.

slightly forward leaning
I didn't like the width of the OEM and replaced it.
I know some people prefer this position, which bends forward more than the OEM.

Are you happy?
I've been bothered by the vibration of the 2019 NINJA 1000's Handlebar and thought about switching But the vibration became considerably better when I replaced the Handlebar in a bad situation
If you want to improve one thing, please make it easier to get the HandlebarCenter out I wonder?

I hope you find this Review helpful!
I had a hard time deciding between the HURRICANE FatCondor and this one
The Handlebar is slightly bent forward and the ride quality is more sporty than before The width is narrowed to Large width, and it is easy to slip through, etc., and the appearance I'm happy with the compact
The holes in the Switch box are drilled, so it's nice and easy not to have to do any machining

Tools and dexterity are required for self-installation
Separate handle on the NINJA2 Helmet50R makes long distance touring a breeze It's getting hard, so I made the decision to convert it to a Pipe Handlebar at the Motorcycle Shop I installed it by myself It took me about 5 hours to install the full count and the Brake booth I could View detail
It has become more NAKED style from the OEM wide handlebar
The position changes considerably
I'd like to make it a bit more up and more relaxed in the back than OEM, and the OEMHandlebar is too open It's good for people who feel that
You will also need to replace the Clutch Wire, but it will be included
Brake line, Accelerator Wire and Switch Harness extensions are Even if you don't, it was Large sturdy
From the cost and hassle involved, it's a pretty dramatic change of position and good for you
The opening of the Handlebar Grip section is quite narrow at 45° so that the wrist is It can be a little cramped
The SelfStir feels a little stronger when you replace it with a Pong Maybe it's because of the difference in the support point of the Handlebar When I changed it, it eased up
I used the end cap with Inner Weight, but I felt more shaken than the OEM It is
I think the vibration is less than Aluminum because it is Steel

It's easier to ride!
I've driven about 300km since installation
The tightness of the OEM Handlebar is gone and I can ride it relaxed In my case, my hand was numb, but it is improved and comfortable by changing the Handlebar I feel that
It's worth a try because it ups the look of the product moderately without compromising its appearance
It's a little wide, so if I have time, I'm going to cut both ends about 15mm
When it comes to installation, you need to drill a hole in the handlebar Fortunately, I got it in one shot, but if you don't do the positioning well, you can't use the Handlebar It will be! LOL!
If you change the hose from the OEM handlebar, you will need to replace the hose, so you will need to replace the brake hose Replacement of the fluid and the air, replacement of the Throttle and Clutch Wire is included
The whole trip took 3 hours, I think it's good to leave it to the Shop
The ride is very fluttery as far as attitude is concerned It feels very easy to ride around town with quicker laying down and turning around, but the Speed comes out and Front tire ground contact feeling is reduced and there seems to be less information from the Handlebar It is
I'm worried about SlipDown
I think it's within the realm of possibility as long as I don't push it too hard, so I'll keep riding it for a while

full satisfaction
I had been through a lot of discomfort riding a genuine sr400. I thought a lot and decided. First of all, the height was higher than the original steering wheel and the width was narrower. If you've improved since you changed the steering wheel, you don't have to bend your back first. My posture has become quite comfortable. if it's a shortcoming It was difficult to check the compatible model of the handle and cable, but it was difficult to order and install the machine. Be sure to check the compatible model year when you order. View detail
It's easier to ride!
No more Handlebar vibrations and easy to ride Curve and Long I'm so glad we made the change and I'm not tired of touring and I'm so glad we did. It only took about 60 minutes to install It was so easy to do View detail

no harm in buying
It includes all the parts you need to replace it, so it's a good value in the end
No machining required and the accuracy was perfect
Riding position is now Compact, which makes it easier, but
This creates the illusion that the entire length is slightly longer than the front
I bought it on sale, so it was relatively cheap, but it was still a good price
I'm sure it's not a product that comes out that often, so I'm convinced

Bar End is Quantity:It would have been better if it was set
I bought it to be freed from the MOTARD-like position of NORMAL
In fact, the width is much narrower than STD Handlebar
I think it will come in handy for those who are slipping away
But for this price, the Bar End could have been included
You may have a separate preference, but I don't care if it's made of plastic or not, it's just that it's included in the package
I thought I should stay

Anyway, Touring is a breeze!
I bought a used GPZ900R that had a STD Handlebar, so it was a STD for about two years I enjoyed the Handlebar and replaced it with a Pipe Handlebar this time
The reason is to make Touring easier (laughs)
It's actually very easy The ride feels like another motorcycle
I was stingy and made the Brake hose up to Jonto, but not through Joint Parenthesis is better for Type (Maybe.)
I was worried about the angle of cut of the Handlebar, but I don't know why, when I cut it to Right all the way to the Right, it is a little bit The Lever makes contact with the Cowl Handlebar Lock is also applied
Since the attached Handlebar is an Aluminum Handlebar, the STD I can't use the screw type Bar End that I had on the Handlebar It should be replaced with Bar End of Universal Type

There is a little habit, but posture will be easier.
As NORMAL felt Handlebar farther, I changed it to EF - FIT Bar of EFFEX, but I changed it to this item because the change was too little to know the difference.
Position dramatically improved, but because of the shape quite different from NORMAL, especially the cornering feeling of discomfort is Large.
Replacement of Clutch Wire and Brake hose is necessary for replacement, so difficulty is higher for beginners. Especially Brake's Trouble leads to an accident, so we recommend you to replace it with a servicer.
In translation, it was decided to remove it after 1 month from installation, but the inside of Pipe was rusted and brown liquid came out. I think that water is entering from there because Plastic's Cap is just hanging in front. If you use it for a long time, I think that it is better to take out Cap once and do Waterproof treatment with Seal material etc..
