Bore up and Brake well.
I raised the Engine Displacement Volume to 88cc by bore up above the waist, but the Brake Shoe was the Enhanced Version of 50cc, and I felt that it did not have enough braking power, especially in the Rear. I decided to go with the OEM90 brake because I felt that a brake that was more in line with the Engine Displacement Volume would be better.
[Brake Shoe What is
A part that presses against the moving body to stop the motion when braking.
[What happens to the Brake Shoe when it is reduced?
If the brake lining is worn away, the gold part of the brake shoe will come into direct contact with the brake drum, causing damage to the brake drum. 。 Under these conditions, Brake becomes unstable and very dangerous.
How long will Motorcycle's Brake Shoe last?
Fat Material:Rubber products (Tire, Brake Shoe) and others are subject to severe deterioration over time and should be replaced after about 2 years.
Procedure Rear]
(1) Disassembly of Brake
First, disassemble the area around the Brake Adjust Nut, which is hidden behind the Exhaust System.
Since there are many small parts, put them in a parts tray or the like to avoid losing them.
Next, disassemble the TorqueLINK area, straightening and pulling out the TorqueLINK cotter pin (split pin) that prevents the TorqueLINK nut from falling out. You can get the cotter pin at home centers as well as at motorcycle supply stores, so replace it with a new one instead of reusing it. (Size is 1.6×20mm)
Remove the Axle Shaft.
First, straighten the split Pin leg and pull it out.
Depending on the year and model of the SUPER CUB or LITTLE CUB, there may be a case where the Axle Shaft and the Exhaust System interfere with each other. If you see it from the side, remove the Exhaust System or loosen the Bolt and shift it. 19mm Glasses Wrench is used to loosen the Axle Shaft. The Axle Shaft will rotate together, so apply a 14mm Glasses Wrench to the opposite side to prevent the shaft from rotating together. Since the axle shaft is tight, it is easier to apply force by holding the rear tire of the CUB in a position as if you were holding the rear tire of the CUB, although this may seem odd. When you have reached this point, you can finally pull out the axle shaft. If the shaft is too hard to pull out, use pliers to make it easier to pull out.
The collar between the Tire and Swing Arm should also be removed before it rolls away.
After removing the collar, the rear wheel can be removed. It is easy to remove the rear wheel by rocking it back and forth while pulling it slightly toward you.
Removal of ?Brake Shoe
The CUB uses a drum brake called the Leading Railing type. The Brake Shoe can be installed on either the front or the back side, but the wear on the leading side and the trailing side will change. Pull it outward as hard as you can. This is a forceful technique, but there is a hang to it as well:instead of applying force evenly to both sides, concentrate the force on one side at a time.
Drum brakes are more prone to the accumulation of garbage than disc brakes, so it is recommended to clean them with parts cleaner or dustcloth while disassembling.
Installation of ?Brake Shoe
Before assembling the Brake Shoe, apply universal grease to the Cam section. 。 If it adheres to the liner, braking power may be reduced, so please apply a thin coat instead of a large amount. 。 Once the all-purpose grease is applied, install the shoes. (When installing the shoes, it is easier to install one side at a time. 。 After assembling the Brake Shoe, move the Brake Arm to confirm that it operates Smoothly.
good point
◎BrakeTouch is soft and works well.
It is for ◎90 (strictly speaking, 85cc), so there is no sense of overwork.
◎This is a MODEL that is no longer manufactured, but we are thankful that it is available.
Durability due to ◎OEM.
◎ Less squeak than a certain Manufacturer's reinforced Brake Shoe (lol).
A bad point
▲Large strange that there are many work processes before taking out → replacement (laugh).
However, I am glad to have replaced it.
The brake is designed to match the engine displacement volume, and the development design has been tested thoroughly, so there's no doubt about it.
I'm afraid of myself running (laughs).
Also, this can be used for CUB PRESS!

Halogen is still active
I have tried many things, including external with Color and Valve, but the OEM Halogen light is the easiest to use and I returned it.
Nowadays, LEDs are used in new cars, and Halogen light is still old-fashioned, like the Image of old.
But when I looked into it, I realized that it is quite practical.
The first time the project was completed, the project was completed.
Halogen light
A type of white light bulb that generates heat by passing an electric current through a tungsten filament (resistance) and emits light by blackbody radiation due to high temperatures of up to 3,000 degrees Celsius. 。 The difference is that Halogen gas is sealed inside the valve in addition to inert gas.
Features,
Smaller in size than white light bulbs
● Light is stronger than white-hot bulbs, and gets considerably hotter.
It is used in situations that require spot light intensity, and is also used in Stage lighting due to its strong light emission. 。 In addition, the brightness and color temperature rarely change while the power is on and the lights are turned on.
→Easily adopted for Motorcycle and Car headlights.
Advantages of Halogen bulb
Long life. →.
In a white light bulb, Tungsten, which is the filament, evaporates and becomes thinner as it is used, and at the same time, the evaporated Tungsten adheres to the glass surface called Valve and turns black, resulting in a decrease in illumination. 。 In contrast, Halogen bulbs have a longer life than white-hot bulbs because evaporated Tungsten returns to TungstenFilament by HalogenCycle using Halogen gas added in the Valve.
2) High brightness →.
Superior heat resistance and higher temperatures than typical White Heat bulbs, allowing for higher voltage and higher luminance 。
(3) High heat and shock resistance→.
Quartz glass is used in the valve to handle high temperatures. Quartz glass is made from quartz and is characterized by its excellent heat resistance, impact resistance, and transparency. 。 As for heat resistance, thermal expansion is very small, making it resistant to sudden changes in temperature.
[Characteristics
Halogen light is inexpensive and has good transparency.
The brightness of halogen bulbs is inferior to HIDs and LEDs, Soft luminescence that does not dazzle when looked directly at." features.
Halogen light is more transparent and easier to be detected by others when it rains heavily. However, Halogen bulbs do not illuminate the road surface more than necessary, so there is a Merit that allows driving with sufficient visibility even in the rain.
Halogen will always pass the safety standards required for vehicle inspections, etc.
OEMs are required to meet safety standards, etc. [Color] I decided to try Halogen light, which is used by OEMs if you are going to buy it, since it is shipped in a CLEAR condition.
I was also convinced that practical cars with Halogen attached are still working in the market.
good point
Easy to drive at night. ◎Easy to drive at night.
◎No reflection of the road surface.
◎Visibility there even in bad weather.
◎Low cost. ◎Low cost, yet meets safety standards.
◎Bulbs are hard to burn out.
◎Do not bother the car in front of you or oncoming traffic.
A bad point
▲Image is often viewed with the prejudice that it was a long time ago.
Halogen head lamps are inexpensive to purchase and easy to replace.
The disadvantage is that the brightness is weaker than DischargeHead lamps and LEDHead lamps, but there are many Merits to continue using them in terms of safety standards, cost performance, and convenience.

Genuine Honda C-U-Set,Brake for LEAD 100
This bike came in for a bit of a service and quite clearly had not been taken care of as it really should have. There were multiple problems that needed addressing. The first one was for the rear drum brakes as they were not working due to no pad material on them at all. Finding the correct part was not hard by simply using the tools Webike provide and their help pages etc. I also cross referenced on Honda schematics to be 100% sure the parts were correct. The brake set from Webike was really good value and better than I could source locally. With a few other parts for this bike, I had them all shipped together which also saved on a little bit of shipping. My chosen courier as always was EMS as they just get your order to you fast. The order arrived in perfect condition with no damage during transit as Webike pack out the entire box with secure padding. The brake kit cam in a Honda packet and was surrounded by bubble wrap. The pad material looks really good and there were no weird shards or loose material. Fitting was super eaasy as the old oone had already been removed and the entire area prepped for the new. Now fitted, the bike actually stops as it should and will only get better as the brakes wear in. Thanks for the work Webike, very happy customer. View detail

Cl500 brake
My car is a CL500, and the genuine brakes are a bit big. There is no problem in using it, but I wish the distance between the dress-up and the steering wheel was a little closer. After searching a lot, I found that the lever without tuning was more expensive than I thought and I didn't really like it, so I went with the genuine tuning product Yajaster. I decided, I liked it more after looking at it. I was especially worried about installing the dial, but I learned it by watching YouTube and it was simple. I can control the distance well and can dress up. I recommend it. It doesn't upload. OEM, after all
JA44.
I changed to DAYTONA Pro Brake Shoe and the Rear started dragging. No matter how much I adjusted various parts, applied grease and chamfering, it was still no good. I had no choice but to buy this OEM one. The position of the Shoe is completely different.
I replaced it and the problem disappeared in one shot.
As for durability, the Spring will fail before the Shoe. Therefore, it is not easy to say that the Shoe will run out! (It's safer that way.) 。
It rings rather well at first, but when it hits, it is gone.

OEMs are the best.
I was using an external Brake Shoe, but when the opportunity arose, I decided to go OEM.
No complaints whatsoever.
good point
Works well. Brake easy to handle.
Durability.
Quality that does not require BALI removal, etc.
A bad point
The only thing is that it is easy but tedious to take the Brake Shoe out of the hub.
Although it is slightly more expensive than external, I think OEMBrake is the best in terms of Control and durability.

I knew you were an OEM.
I bought this one once my KMC Sprocket was worn out and I was thinking of going OEM.
14T would be the Spec. of a newspaper man or a postman.
good point
As expected of an OEM, the construction is solid.
Of course, the maximum speed will increase.
Easy to replace because of ●Front.
A bad point
The price is high due to the OEM nature of the product.
If you bore up, even if you just change to FrontSprocket, it will increase the maximum speed and reduce vibration, making it easier to ride.
