GALE SPEED Titanium Goal Pivot Pin for GALESPEED Clutch
[How is it used?
Used for Wire Clutch Holder Kit by GALE SPEED.

Elabo RateSpec. is equipped with Titaniumium goldCoated PivotPins from the beginning.
The normal Wire Clutch Holder Kit is iron-like and would help prevent rust.
Was the installation difficult?
It is very easy.
How was your experience with it?
It feels smoother and looks more Gorgeous.

When installing
For now, Grease was applied and then installed on the Wire Clutch Holder Kit.

GALE SPEED Tank Bracket for Rear Master Cylinder
[How is it used?
Replaced at the same time when replacing with GALE SPEED's Rear brake master.
Brake fluidTank is also GALE SPEED, so there is a sense of unity.

Was the installation difficult?
You will need an M6 450mm All Screw to install the bracket. Note that the 450mm screws sold at hardware stores do not have a screw cut at the neck.

More flexible installation than brembo oil tanks.

Good color
Replaced my SUNSTAR! I was going to buy the same one, but I decided to buy this one in a different color if I could afford it anyway.
I am satisfied with the change around Rear with VR530. I wonder if the durability is the same since the Material is the same.

Just replaced with NORMAL.
How was your experience with it?
Compared to NORMAL, the amount of strokes has been increased for better control.

Standard (Black) and Hard (Red) 。

I chose Brown as the color, but in fact it is Color:Close to Gray.
Other items that would be helpful
Comes with two different 90°Nipple accessories, Φ7.8 and Φ9. Out of the box, Φ7.8 is attached to the Brake master, so those who want to use Φ9 need Snap Ring Pliers.

Elabo Rate's Titaniumium coated Pivot pins are attractive and will be purchased separately.

It is very easy and pontable.
How was your experience with it?
I have a KOHKEN MechanicalClutch”Avanza”L=29mm on my other car, and it felt heavier than the KOHKEN even with the Ratio 28. The cut seems to be good.

Lever ratio30mm and 28mm are available. I chose 28mm.

Gold color Pivot pin
[How is it used?
Installed and traveled about 200 km.

Was the installation difficult?
Simply loosen and replace the Pivot pin and Nut.
However, GALE SPEED's Wire Clutch Holder has a very thin washer between the holder and lever, and I almost lost it when the washer collapsed. The Pivot Pin of the early equipment seemed to be coated with Locktite and was a little hard to loosen. Early Pivot pins had bearings on the lever side and did not seem to be coated with Grease. When installing the ultra-thin washer, I applied a small amount of grease to the lever side and stuck it on while inserting the pivot pin.
How was your experience with it?
The feel is the same, but the Brembo master side has also been changed to Gold-colored Pivot, so the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) I am very happy with the matching look.

I bought it with the intention of combining it with SamBrake master in the future.
The amount of Stroke is increased compared to NORMAL, which seems to have increased Control.
By installing Air-freeBanjo on the rear brake master, air venting becomes easier and maintenance is improved.

GALE SPEED GALE SPEED Sam Brake master
Originally, it seems that it started when Mick Doohan developed a Brake lever that could be used with the Left hand so that the Rear brake could be used in the deep Right bank, so that the FootBrake of the Right foot could no longer be used.
I can't bank that deep though.
When installing the brake hose, carefully check the length of the brake hose to be used between the brake master and the rear brake master.
In the GALE SPEED lineup, the FrontFork Cramp is only available in Φ50, but it could be installed on a CBR650R with Φ48 by inserting anti-vibration rubber.
The air extraction is very Large strange. The air from the Sam Brake master did not come out easily.
If the air extraction is not done properly, the FootBrake will work well, but the Thumb brakes will not work well.
I had to bleed air for 3 days after installation.

Love it
It's a lightweight beautiful part that looks fantastic on my new Gale Speed wheels. Options are a bit limited when selecting a sprocket for these wheels so I was very pleased to find this part as my favorite option. The maching is great. I am very happy. Love it! View detail

FrontFork Cramp for GALE SPEED Thumb brakes
GALE SPEED lineup is only Φ50. My motorcycle is Φ48, so I used 1mm thick rubber sheet to increase the thickness.
The texture is good, but I wanted a Fork Cramp that would work with the Φ48 Front fork.

GALE SPEED Rear brake master cylinder
I was disappointed that Attachment was not included in the package.
The response was good, as they returned Gold immediately after I told them about the situation.
I purchased the PartsShop exhibit in time for my scheduled Touring, and I felt that the Rear brake was easier to operate with more Stroke than the NORMAL.

The installation process is extremely difficult because of the wiring around the handlebar, the brake hose, and the interference between the various parts.
I considered various options with Thumb brakes, but I liked the fact that they are less expensive than acosat, etc. and have a similar shape to brembo.

Wire clutch with comfortable grip

Used for about 200 km on touring after installation.

Was the installation difficult?
The clutch holder itself is easy to fix with Bolt.
The OEM of the MT-09 cannot be removed without removing the Grip.
Slotted screwdriver because the grip heater does not expand and contract.
I couldn't remove the OEMHolder with a Gold saw.
Also, I have been informed that the Clutch switch can be diverted from the OEM

I used the same 34 as OEM for now.
MT-09 is originally light on clutch thanks to AssistSlipper clutch
However, GALE SPEED's clutch holder has a bearing on the pipod.
The fact that it has a "Smooth" grip makes it very comfortable to hold. Also, the Lever's
It is very high quality with very little vertical rattling. This was my first luxury Clutch.

Note that the clutch holder clamp is supposed to be tightened to 12 Nm.
Are there many accidents of over-tightening? I tightened it by hand feeling, but so far
