To relocate Rear Master Coupling
[How is it used?
Used to relocate the Rear master on MainMotorcycle's XJR1300C.
MASTER is changed to NORMAL and footpeg is changed to Over's Rear Sets.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was made just like the Image. I checked the size, etc. on the Active catalog before I bought it.
Since both ends are M6, it was not expected that the one to be co-tightened with the footpeg would need to expand the hole to M8.
Was the installation difficult?
The combination of XJR1300 and Over footpeg can be easily installed if only the holes can be extended.
For the master cup, we recommend brembo's small tank with a 15-degree angled outlet.
How was your experience with it?
The OEM has the Rear Master Coupling in the Side cover, which is very poorly maintained.
I am satisfied with the new relocation, which has considerably improved the serviceability and looks very good.
Also, the side where the Master cup is installed has an M6 tap cut off so that it can be attached to the SMART without using a nut.
[Included Parts:were they on?
I think it came with an M6 Smallest Bolt, and a simple Instruction Manual.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
If I may say so, it would be better if the Size of the Mount part is not only M6 but also M8 with normal RANup.
Many manufacturers use M8 for Rear Sets, so I think this will make it more universal.

Friendly to mods, tough on mechanics
[How is it used?
. at least as of August 19, 2019, and from the time of installation until October 8, 2023.
Mileage is at least 30,000 km
Mainly touring and occasional city driving circuit
Used with the same mounting bolt and location as OEM Fluid Tanks
Fluid used is active 4.0 and 5.1 (https://www.webike.net/sd/24038239/, https://www.webike.net/sd/24515708/)
Was the one you received as per Image?
As shown in the image, as shown in the Image.
Was the installation difficult?
Since the work was done with all Brake fluid removed, it was easy to remove the OEM, pull out the hose, cut it, attach it, and put the product on. The only hassle was that we had to bleed the air after that.
With the introduction of Rear Sets, we did not want to relocate the Tank, but we did not want to put the load of forcibly bending the Hose.
While other tanks have the hose outlet slanted directly down or toward the mounting bolt, this product, although slightly slanted, can be freely rotated 360 degrees for installation, allowing the hose to be installed in its OEM position with no waste and no load on the hose.
How was your experience with it?
It seemed to have the same capacity as the OEMTank, and there was no blowout when the pad was pushed back in the brake maintenance.
The Tank itself is not secured in any way other than being pinched, but it does not rotate or come off unexpectedly in any way.
I was concerned about heat in the center of the body, but no deformation or cracks have occurred yet.
The Fluid level is very difficult to check without any parts because there are parts that are sandwiched around the tank compared to a normal tank. When checking the Fluid level, it was necessary to illuminate it with the light of a Smartphone (Pixel 7 Pro) from the back. However, I don't remember checking it when it was transparent, so I don't know if it is the case with transparent Fluid.
[Included Parts:were they on?
I think I replaced the hose with a KIJIMA hose, and the hose clamp with a K-Con, but I have no record or memory of it, so I can't describe it.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I originally wanted a hose exit diagonally opposite to the mounting bolt. Since the wish was fulfilled, there is no need for installation.
What was unexpected was that the remaining Fluid amount was too hard to see as it was, so it would have been nice if there had been a warning note, even though it is possible to imagine to some extent.
This is the only product that allows the user to freely select the hose outlet, but the mechanism used to achieve this makes it difficult to check the remaining Fluid level.
I think this product is friendly to vehicles and modifiers, such as reducing the load on the hose. However, for those who perform maintenance (visual check of fluid level), the product is not so friendly as it requires one step of illuminating the product with a light.

Excellent control, difficult to remove air
The NORMAL Master Cylinder was old and difficult to control, so I replaced it with this product, which is a little more expensive. I don't know if it is because it is 14mm or not, but I couldn't bleed air by myself, so I brought it to Motorcycle shop. I don't know the cause of the problem, but I was able to finally use it. Good Brake comparable to the Brembo P2 84mm--just one hitch
Nothing much to say about this caliper; it's a caliper--it soaks up heat in exchange for being beefier and heavier than your typical OEM caliper. The finish and quality is honestly miles better than my Brembo GP4-RX's, which is why I opted for this caliper versus Brembo's equivalent rear caliper, the P2 84mm in Nickel. I don't expect it to perform better, it's just a heatsink afterall and they're all the same material but it's cheaper, looks better, and has titanium cross bolts. There is one major drawback though, and that's replacement pads. Brembo being the bigger brand name means you'll never have trouble finding replacement pads and have your pick from Vesrah to OEM to Carbone Lorraine, etc. Galespeed, on the other hand, well, you're stuck with OEM, and maybe Vesrah, if they reply to my inquiry. Installation is easy, otherwise it is a struggle.
Normal master cylinder of MT-10 (1/2") The "L" is too large and the "Brake" does not work at all. It is essential to check in advance whether an appropriate Master Cylinder can be installed.
Brake Pads are exclusive products, and so far no other company seems to offer compatible products, so you have no choice but to buy expensive pads.

Replaced with Crab type Brembo
I have a bitter memory that when I replaced only the Caliper on my CB, the Rear did not work at all.......
With that in mind, I switched to Gail's Rear master, which was developed with Target in mind for the new Crab.
Whereas NORMAL works with gusto from the beginning.
Crab+Gale has Stroke, but it is easy to control Touch that works well for Linear.
I'm not very good at driving downhill on mountain roads, so I used to activate the ABS on the rear wheels, but maybe this will help me control it better!

Piston size was changed to match brembo M50.
Front caliper of Z1000R-EDITION is brembo's M50
The size of MASTER recommended by brembo for Caliper is 17mm.
And yet, for some reason, the OEM NisshinMASTER comes with a 19mm.
I thought it was a tight-fitting Touch.
That's why I decided to change the MASTER.
Candidates are brembo and GALE SPEED
GALE SPEED is still a weak Brand establishment, for better or worse.
brembo is the only way to go. But in terms of functionality, GALE SPEED has the edge.
bremboRCS with two-step ratio adjustment
Gale VRC is 8-Stages adjustable in 0.25mm increments
Well, once you've made up your mind, it's rare to move it, but it's so much nicer to be able to fine-tune it, isn't it?
GALE SPEED for the navel-gazers who only use navel-gazers who hate the standard.
I also heard that brembos tend to pee their pants a little bit, and I didn't want to be hit by one of them.
The touch is soft and the stroke is a bit much, but the brake is effective and easy to control with two fingers.
When 18mm is set, it is transformed into a tight touch, but it is controllable and does not have the tightness of the OEM.
I ended up settling on a 17mm intermediate.
I honestly didn't expect it to be this good, so I think I made a good purchase.
I wonder why Kawasaki adopted 19mm.
It has nothing to do with functionality, but I think the texture of the MASTERBody varies a lot from individual to individual.
The quality seems to be inconsistent, with some pieces having smooth surfaces and others having textured, dirty surfaces.

Example of installation on NISSIN Rear master cylinder
It is an option for GALE SPEED Master Cylinder, but I wanted to extend the M8 push rod of Nisshin's tank-integrated rear master cylinder a little, so I bought it as a trial and was able to install it since the pitch, etc. were the same.
However, it is a little long as it is, so the push rod on the Master Cylinder side of the consumable is cut off and adjusted.
The Rear Sets are a type of Rear Master Sets that can be used to move the Rear Master, which is very helpful when you want to replace the Master Cylinder with another brand product, because it allows you to expand the adjustment range of the Push Rod.
It would have been nice if it were a little less expensive if possible, but it may be a gratifying Parts to create at One-off.

Maybe Coating makes it rust resistant.
I heard that the Pivot pin of Gail's Wire Clutch Holder is prone to rust, so I installed this Pivot pin, which is coated with the Option.
When I put them side by side with the pin that comes with the clutch holder, I thought there was only a difference in the coating, but they also seem to be made a little differently.
As for the material, I think it is the same iron since they both stuck to the magnet equally well, but I think the one with GoldCoating is more resistant to rust.
I installed it, but since the logo is not red like the Elaborate, I felt that the gold was a little too assertive, so I decided to return to the original BlackPin and replace it when it rusts.
It would be good if the color of the Pivot pin on the Brake Side was also matched, but since we chose Black for the Brake Side as well, it seems like it is the only place on the Brake Side.
I was wondering if there is an option to use SUS instead of Titanium, like KOHKEN's Black coatPin….

Inexpensive and easy to install
I bought it to use with the brembo s50 large oil cup. The installation angle needs to be adjusted by myself, otherwise it will be inclined. It is not suitable to install the original thick gasket when used with the s50 oil cup. The thick gasket will cause insufficient space for tightening the nut at the bottom. It is recommended to use a thin gasket for installation. There is nothing to say about the appearance. Generally speaking, it is a Nice product, simple and easy to install. -------------------------------------------------- -------- I used it to use it with the Brembo S50 oil cup. The installation angle needs to be adjusted by itself, otherwise it will be tilted. It is not suitable for installing the original factory with the use of the original factory with the S50 oil cup. Gold color Pivot pin

Street Image
Was the installation difficult?
Simply loosen and replace the Pivot pin and Nut.
However, GALE SPEED's Wire Clutch Holder has a very thin washer between the holder and lever, and I almost lost it when the washer collapsed. The Pivot Pin of the early equipment seemed to be coated with Locktite and was a little hard to loosen. Early Pivot pins had bearings on the lever side and did not seem to be coated with Grease. When installing the ultra-thin washer, I applied a small amount of grease to the lever side and stuck it on while inserting the pivot pin.
How was your experience with it?
The feel is the same, but the Brembo master side has also been changed to Gold-colored Pivot, so the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) I am very happy with the matching look.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Pin only.

A word of caution...do not lose your ultra-thin Washer.

FrontFork Cramp for GALE SPEED Thumb brakes

The texture is good, but I wanted a Fork Cramp that would work with the Φ48 Front fork.

Purchased when GALE SPEED's Brake master was replaced.
I put a Washer on my Separate handle because the bottom of the tank hits my Separate handle.
The quality is perfect, but I think the price is too high.
