Specifically designed oil filter kit for your JC92 Grom
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the materials used is cotton gauze for the filter material, aluminum for the drain washer and NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) for the O-rings. About the feeling of use, Specifically designed oil filter kit for your JC92 Grom works out perfect for an oil and filter service on the new Honda clutch cover. Products to buy together, A higher flow and cleanable air filter panel to fit to the original airbox would be ideal to also add to your cart to maximise performance from the original airbox and minimise the cost of replacement air filter elements in the future.. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the oil filter kit for my installation was easy due to the ease of access and simple nature of securing the oil filter directly to the new styled clutch cover from Honda. Brake disc rotor was replaced in accordance with the manual.
The bolt is used to secure the brake disc, so the manufacturer recommended replacing the bolt.
I think it is fine if you are responsible for re-using it, but I decided to replace it for peace of mind.

Replacement Counter Shaft Oil Seal for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the counter shaft oil seal from K-Pit, the outer diameter of the oil seal is a hard plastic while the inner diameter of the oil seal is a soft rubber. About the feeling of use: Over time an oil leak developed on the lower surface of the engine and this counter shaft oil seal resolved that problem. Products to buy together: The gear shift spindle oil seal from K-Pit would also be desirable to purchase along side this counter shaft oil seal as they are ideal to replace together when reassembling the engine. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 30 minutes, remove the front sprocket cover and front sprocket and then pry out the old oil seal. Position the new oil seal and press it into the case. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality part from K-Pit and it was in stock and ready to ship unlike the Honda oil seal but the pricing between the brands is almost identical. About shipping and packaging: Sea freight was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. Crankshaft Hole Cap O-Ring for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the crankshaft hole cap O-Ring, made from a soft flexible rubber to help create a good seal. About the feeling of use: The previous owner had significantly over tightened the crankshaft cap and damaged the O-Ring, the K-Pit O-Ring fitted perfectly with zero leaks. Products to buy together: The timing hole cap O-Ring from K-Pit would also be desirable to purchase along side this crankshaft hole cap O-Ring as they are ideal to replace together after you have finished checking your valve clearances. Difficulty of installation: The process to install just takes a few minutes, remove the crankshaft hole cap, be sure to discard the old O-Ring as they can remain in the hole on the engine case and then fit your new O-Ring that has been lubricated lightly with engine oil. Do not over tighten the plug as the manual only calls out for 8 N.m. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality part from K-Pit that was in stock and ready to ship unlike the Honda O-Ring but the K-Pit O-Ring is slightly more expensive. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my perferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently unavailable due to Japan Post.
