Front axle bolts
Hello I write in Korea I bought Kood's front axle shaft I didn't think we could leave out the X-ray bolt But I have a concern I thought the excel bolt was a bit expensive. I thought about it... So I ended up buying Excel Bolt as well, I'm generally satisfied After installing it, I think I did a good job Thank you. View detail
"Kood Excel shaft."
I used a Titanium Excel shaft The lightness was indescribable, but it gave me anxiety at high speed So I bought a Kremolyze Kood Excel shaft It's three times as strong as cast iron So I installed it and used it I definitely feel solid I've also tried high-speed driving at high speed Certainly not as disturbing as titanium As expected, I'm less athletic than titanium in the corner Please refer to it Don't try to be cheerful If you want stability and strength, do it View detail
Pivot shaft replacement for 2021MT-09SP
Pivot shafts for the 2021MT-09SP, which were backordered, have been delivered and we immediately replaced them.
However, it is a simple work to loosen the nut, replace the shaft, and tighten the nut with the specified torque. I put the footpeg on the footpeg as shown in the 6th picture and the rear tire is supported by the tire clamps.
The nut is Torque 105N tightened, so it was loosened quickly with an impact wrench.
Shaft is supposed to be 0G, but I could not pull it out by hand. I lightly tapped it with a plastic hammer and it was tight only at first and then I could pull it out by hand.
Next, after applying a thin layer of grease to the shaft made by KOOD for replacement, I inserted the shaft into the pivot hole, but the hole position seemed to gap slightly on the Left Side of the body and it did not go in until the end. I tried to lift up the Rear Thailand and push it to the Left Side, but it didn't work well, and I thought it is not recommended to do so because I have another work to do. (Sweat).
At any rate, now that the Shaft is Penetrating, the Nut is tightened at the specified Torque to complete the process.
It seems that Thread compound application is recommended for Nut to prevent galling.
I have only done some light driving in the city, but to be honest, I have not noticed any large changes like I did when I replaced the front axle.
However, now that we finally have Front, Rear, and Pivot made by KOOD, I feel Refreshing.
Perhaps a comparison of riding with OEMShaft and replacement, or replacing all three at once, would make the difference feel more Large.
We replaced the Front first, then the Rear, and finally the Pivot, so we may have become accustomed to the changes.
Compared to OEM products, Pivot shafts have a very high level of precision and quality, and can be expected to provide a sense of ground contact and rigidity, but I still thought that Pivot shafts are a little difficult to afford in terms of cost.

Surprisingly easy, highly effective Large!
Installed on HondaREBEL1100.
Required tools→ 17 hex, 10 & 22 Wrench to remove
22Wrench for mounting, Torque wrench (22Nm,59Nm) and 22Socket.
First loosen the shaft fixing bolt, then loosen the axle bolt, and only replace the shaft by lifting the front a few centimeters with a jack to prevent the tire from falling off with the toe or wooden form. (Apply a thin layer of Grease beforehand)
The front fork was temporarily fixed and the Jack was lowered, the front brake was applied, and the front fork was adjusted up and down to fit the motorcycle. Time required:30 minutes.
Please take a light test drive to experience it. Is it possible to change like this?

Shaft replacement, ineffective Large?
You can feel it just by pressing Motorcycle after installation.
Rolling is light and nimble.
I have not ridden it out, but I think I will feel it more when I do.

OEMSwing Arm can be attached
Cannot be installed on external Swing Arm
Not long enough.
I wanted the product description to say "for OEM".

Should be changed
OEM is shoddily made. Durability is a concern.
Coode is precision made. Precision is number one.

Oh no, it's expensive!
The installed FrontASKULBolt is old and has small scratches on it, and since I cannot buy a new OEM Product, I finally purchased this one, which I had been wondering about purchasing for a long time.
The selling price has gone up even more than when i was considering buying it before!
I've heard good, if not great, ratings, and the price of the stones is...
Can you feel the difference in installation? I'm looking forward to it!
The Bolt in the photo does not appear to be included, just an ASKULShaftSingle Item.

I felt it.
I'm going to put it all together this time and customize the leg area!
First, we went to replace the shaft, which has been our biggest concern in recent years.
I don't know if you'll notice the effect unless you're in Circuit or something, if the suspension is NORMAL you might not notice the effect, it's pretty good and well deserved, it's a waste, it's a treasure trove." I've been told by my friends who are good draughtsmen that I can do anything I want.
If so, I'm the kind of person who needs to try it out for myself, so I stumped up and bought it.

Very good! Easy to handle! As the product presentation says, the start, handling, and breaking are totally different in a good way!

Rigidity and precision
Rear area is fitted with OVER Swing Arm, a change from KITACO's lightweight Axle.
I had no problem with the mounting length, and I am not worried about applying the Torque to tighten the Axle on the Rear.
It is not clear whether the rotation has become Smooth… or not, since there are other factors.
However, you can feel that the accuracy and rigidity have definitely improved just by assembling the product.
Also, the attached Sticker is one Large size for Rear and two Small Type for Front and Pipod Shaft (lol).

Firm and Smooth.
To further enhance the effect of converting the FFork to TASC, we changed from KITACO's lightweight Axle.
First of all, since the length is almost the same as that of KITACO, KFACTORY's Axle Slider could be used without any problems.
Above all, the high precision and rigidity can be felt from the time of assembly …Torque of FAxle assembly can also be applied without any anxiety.
My impression from the run is that I feel less anxiety coming from the … road surface Gap, even though it includes TASC.
I have not tried the Handlebar taken all over the surface yet, but I think it will be less scary.
Also, what's more, Chromium Plating will be One Point.

It is easy to see the effect when passing through rut digging and Gap.
I had already felt the effects of Axle Shaft replacement on the CYGNUS X, so even though I knew it would work on the New Model MT-09, it was not in a price range that made it easy for me to purchase the product.
I have only been on the road for about 30 minutes to a nearby landfill, but there are many trucks and rutted roads where the road surface is damaged. It is a feeling that makes one say, "I'm sorry, I can't do that.
I had the same tendency when I replaced Shaft on CYGNUS X before, and I went through the rough road surface several times, but it is still Mild.
I am not sure why, but I am sure that the feeling of fatigue will be much different when touring long distances, so I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Motorcycle handling is now much easier.
For the front as well as the rear, we replaced the front with a Coode shaft.
I was certainly surprised at how much easier it was to maneuver the Motorcycle.
When driving, the information transmitted from the suspension is clear and fun to drive.
I'll try the Pivot shaft next.

Fits: KAWASAKI NINJA ZX-25R, KAWASAKI NINJA ZX-25R SE, KAWASAKI NINJA ZX-4R SE, KAWASAKI NINJA ZX-4RR
It's expensive! Good though.
[How is it used?
I've been curious about this product for a long time, and I thought it would make a big difference just by replacing it.
Was the installation difficult?
I left it to the motorcycle shop, but it took about 10 minutes.
How was your experience with it?
The first difference between the OEM and the new model is that the Handlebar has a lighter turnover and the Handlebar is lighter during handling.
This is so different that you can see it the moment you replace it.
While driving, there is more vibration due to the increased rigidity and detailed information transmitted from the front, but it is not tiring and the stability is improved, so you can concentrate on driving.
SelfStir is now stronger in Winding and other applications than in OEM.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Seal is attached (laughs).

Good to be able to buy spare parts
I bought this as a replacement for the KOOD Rear axle shaft so that I could manage the torque better.
I bought it because it is an important part and I thought it would be good to have a solid product, and it was installed without any problem.
I think it is better as an industrial product that the Shaft side is well built so that the cheap Nut side can be ruined and the Damage of the expensive Shaft does not go.
Good that you can buy only Nut.

These parts should be SoupUp.
Naturally, it is necessary to remove the NORMAL part when assembling.
And if you compare the two, the difference is obvious.
In addition, in the assembly of the standard in the manufacturer, there are things that are not done properly such as the application of Grease, and the feeling that can be assembled smoothly only by doing Grease up and reassembling feels the product accuracy.
I think that the satisfaction will be increased by properly incorporating these essential parts, not only the parts that are easy to see.

It is the impression that the front & rear & Pivot are combined.
There is a preamble of this in the review of FrontShaft.
A few days after installation, on a windy day, I suddenly realized.
Motorcycle does not shake!
I get agitated when I'm stopped at a light.
When you are running, the Handlebar may shake or lose its position.
It's not as if.
The straight-line stability will be better, and this is the kind of benefit that
I remember seeing it in a Review somewhere, but I don't think
I didn't know it was true.
…I feel a little sad that I spent almost 90,000 and this is all I got! (Lol)
I'm looking forward to running every day to see if I notice anything else.
It was good that it became.

It is the impression that the front & rear & Pivot are combined.
I read the impressions on various Net, but the rating is
*You can tell the difference from the moment you get in!
This is no different from OEM, it's meaningless.
And it was cut in half. (Lol)
But I want to play with it, but I don't know where else to play with it, and if there's any benefit to it.
I bought it and installed it while worshiping it in my heart.
It doesn't look any different… but I thought it was Front
The Bracket seen from the side of Fork & Swing Arm is shiningly cool! (Pivot part is not visible because of Cover)
I rode for a few days, but I'm a man who doesn't know the difference.
I've come to a conclusion. (Lol)
Is it a little easier to pick up the Gap? I felt it was.
It's about the margin of error.
In the Tunnel, etc., on a carefully paved area, it runs like a glide.
I feel it. I feel it. (Lol) I'm not sure.
I was a little disappointed that it was like this, but…
