Tuning premise.
I have now switched back to OEM exhaust pipes, but for a while I used these Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipes.
We hope this will be helpful to those who are going to customize their own products,
There were good and bad parts and I would like to make an IMPRESSION.
Exhaust pipe
The exhaust pipe is a pipe that connects the engine to the silencer, and it is expected to reduce weight and increase power in a large range. 。 The exhaust pipe is also changed so that the stress-up effect is even higher.
Effect of external exhaust pipe
‥
◎The exhaust from the engine is smoothly guided into the air by the large engine. It plays an important role in adjusting exhaust efficiency.
◎Lightweight. OEM is Steel, so it is also heavy. On the other hand, Stainless Steel and Titanium can be made lighter in large widths. Weight reduction also has advantages, such as making corner rings easier.
Large bank angle expansion:While the OEM is horizontal, the external model is angled, either Large or Small, so the bank angle is deeper than the NORMAL model.
This is Peyton Place's Stainless exhaust pipe,
【good point】
The exhaust pipe has a straighter structure inside, so the sound is more powerful. The sound is large but high because it is made of stainless steel.
Power up at high rpm is possible depending on the combination of ◎carburetor and exhaust system.
The color of the exhaust pipe curves is beautiful.
◎Stainless Steel, so it is corrosion resistant and lightweight. You will feel the difference.
[Bad point]
It may not pass inspection because it is ?Straight and has no catalyst. It did not pass.
Power up is not expected.
?Low speed Torque is considerably reduced in exchange for high RPM bower.
Naturally, there is Merit and Demerit.
I would like to write my past Spec. and impressions.
Normal cab + Corresponding exhaust + Peyton Place exhaust pipe
The sound is a bit louder, but I don't notice any particular effect. After Fire is often seen. I don't need to change the setting all year round.
(2) Normal cab + Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence Non-Corresponding Exhaust + Peyton PlaceExhaust pipe
The sound is quite loud, and when the carburetor setting is applied, it turns beautifully up to high rpm, but I don't feel a sense of power. The carburetor setting is very good. The carburetor setting is a little bit gapped when the season changes. It becomes darker in the rainy season.
FCR Carburetor Body + Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence + Peyton PlaceExhaust pipe
Power feeling is the same as (2).
Setting is fine-tuned for each season.
FCR Carburetor Body + It does not correspond to Japanese Vehicle Inspection + Peyton PlaceExhaust pipe
→Low speed Torque is definitely down. But Response and acceleration from mid to high speed is very good.
Setting needs to be changed ? fine-tuned→◎ each season.
Maybe the Straight structure of the exhaust pipe is more for racing than for public roads.
On the other hand, if the engine power is strengthened by bore up, etc., and the carburetor is made high performance and combined with a good exhaust system, it may be possible to have a great experience.
However, I am not sure that it would be easy as it could be quite Delicate in character of the body.
In my case, my riding style changed and I changed to a style of driving slowly and attacking mountain passes, and the carburetor setting became annoying and troublesome, so I returned to OEM exhaust pipes.
However, the exhaust pipe here has a high "dress-up" effect, so I think it will give you a great visual effect. Also, depending on the combination, it can be used to increase the power of the car, so I think it will be very interesting.
The combination of FCR Carburetor Body and external exhaust system made me think that SR400 is such a motorcycle. I was under the illusion that SR400 is such a motorcycle.

Power will be increased, but it cannot be driven on public roads.
I installed it on a 21 year old HPS300. DECATALIZZATORE As stated, this is an exhaust pipe for Race without a built-in catalyst. It cannot be used on public roads.
KITACO Exhaust Gasket XH-09 was used.
The weight of the product is about 2 kg, and since the OEM exhaust system weighs about 5.2 kg, a weight reduction of a little over 3 kg can be expected. The power improvement in the low-speed range can be felt quite clearly, and the feeling of shortness of breath under 4000 rpm is gone. The volume is very large.
The OEM Exhaust End was used as is for installation, but (perhaps due to the newer model year of the Both Sides, or perhaps due to individual differences in the product itself) the joint with the Exhaust End was too short, and the tightening with the band was not secure.
Joint gasket is made by KITACO JPK-3. (φ37×φ32) However, the outer diameter was too large, so we could not install it properly. Since it was troublesome to find a substitute, we used heat-resistant aluminum tape wrapped around GRUGRU. It looks a little awkward, so I am thinking of looking for a Gasket of about φ36×φ32.

Full Exhaust System after all!
I had already installed the Slip-on Silencer, so I decided to install the Paris Full Exhaust System!
The heat guard is not easy to install for YOSHIMURA, because the bracket is not welded.

Great cosmetics, but must be modified for installation
As stated in the Title, the installation of the 2018 zx-10rk required modification:the Bolt part that held the OEM catalyst in place and the mounting holes did not match, so the mounting holes on the product side needed to be extended by a few millimeters. However, since the material is Stainless Steel, a certain amount of tooling was required. As for the product, the hole in the Pipe was dirty, as if it had not been cleaned much in the process of processing. The product was dirty. However, the cost performance is outstanding, so it is recommended for those who are not bothered by DIY to some extent.
It can be quite explosive, so care should be taken.

Beautiful
I think it's nice and clean with a luxurious feel. View detail
I don't know w
To be clear.
I don't really know."
Can you experience it by replacing it from NORMAL? I am not sure.
It is true that the NORMAL side looks longer than the Rear side, but even the manufacturer knows that and designed it that way.
And it was developed at a very large cost.
It's not like Material is a steel pipe or anything.
Indeed, this item seems to be longer than NORMAL!
But the diameter is slightly narrower than NORMAL.
So, even if you consider the floor area ratio... right?
I guess if we change this area completely, we may have a problem with the setting.
It's not an expensive PARTS, so I think it's okay to put it on.

Beams Front pipe
No Rust, Torque is a little more or less jerky than NORMAL. View detail
This is the only exhaust manifold that exists.
I ordered this to replace my VERSYS exhaust manifold.
When I checked, there are only three companies, Ornish HeatMagic or Delke Big.
I really wanted BEET to release it, but when I asked, they said they had no plans to make it.
To be honest, I decided to go with Ornish HeatMagic because it is expensive and Delke Big is poorly made.
Installation was a bit labor intensive.
Instruction Manual is translated (not to be typed here, so it is installed with pictures and English text.
The Spring that attaches to the Flange of the exhaust manifold is quite troublesome.
Later, when removing the OEM exhaust manifold during the work, it cannot be removed with the Center Stand.
It would be better to use Side Stand.
If you have some work experience, it will take about 1~2 hours to remove the OEM and do this one.
In fact, the instruction manual says that OEM rear pieces can be attached, so it seems possible to attach a Slip-on Silencer from another company.
I connected a BEET Slip-on Silencer.
The volume was honestly not explosive with this combination.
It was about the same level as the Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence vehicles running around the area.
Personally, I think this is fine.
I was wondering if more volume would cause increased vibration and heat exhaust, which would result in a loss of comfort.
It sounds a little panicky.
It just smells raw Gas.
Because the catalyst will be lost.
Please note that this is not a Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence.

Disappointed with the welded-on nameplate.
The connection during SHIFT UP and Down becomes smoother, and the effect can be felt very well.
It is disappointing that the nameplate is welded on to a beautiful Pipe, but the shape of the Pipe makes it clear that it is a SP Tadao product, so the nameplate is unnecessary and dirty to say the least.
I wanted to sell the Spec. without nameplate.

A little modification is needed to attach the Heat Guard!
Installed on a 2022 ZX6R. The middle pipe itself is easy to install, the OEM exhaust pipe side is installed with a liquid gasket since the OEM gasket will not fit. The silencer side is exacty with the OEM gasket. The bracket to be installed on the body is also without modification and fits with the OEM bolt, but no nut is included.
The problem is that the Heat Guard does not go on as is. The bottom two bolts fit, but the bracket that holds the guard on the top side has a gap of about 1cm on the front side, so I bent the bracket with pliers and installed it.
Sound became louder below 6000.

Fair enough; quieter than M4GP.
It is on 21MODEL.
The sound from Idling to 7000 RPM is fatter than the OEM lunchbox.
After 7000 RPM, it may be LARGE and the same as the OEM lunchbox? It seems quieter than when I had a straight M4GP tube.
As for the sound change, the characteristics of the Titaniumium silencer seem to have been emphasized more. (More dry high frequencies are emphasized)
As for the sound, I am satisfied.
However, the Bolt hole position on the Heat Guard did not match, as is to be expected since it is made overseas.
We had no choice but to bend the Heat Guard by force to fit the position and set it.
Also, there is no Bolt nut to hold the Exhaust Bracket, so I purchased one at Home center.
Also, both in-outs are thicker in diameter and quite Tight.
It was necessary to slightly widen the exhaust pipe connection with Pliers.
The positional relationship with the exhaust pipe and silencer is the same as OEM, so we are happy to hear that they are perfectly aligned.
Good appearance as it is clean and polished. Welds are messy but clean.
Overall, I can recommend it.

Maybe a little long.
I bought a used Exhaust System and used this one as a joint.
I think that the Exhaust System, which I personally wanted to use, would have been nice if the tube length was a little shorter. (Well, I'll process it.)
Also, if the OEM exhaust pipes have been used for a long time, the joints of the exhaust pipes are rusted and will not stick, so it is necessary to remove the rust once and for all.
Also, the dimensions themselves are assembled Tight, so it will take a lot of effort to match the Pitch re as shown in the image.
If possible, it would have been nice if the width of the Exhaust System side was a little narrower...

o2Sensor is not received.
I bought this to use in combination with a cbr250rr yoshimurar11. o2Sensor did not arrive and I gave up on installing it myself and am looking for a store to do it for me. I saw in the reviews before I bought it that I needed an extension for the o2Sensor, but I wanted a WirusWin exhaust pipe. I have given up on customizing my own wiring etc., so I think it would be more efficient to check with a store that can install the exhaust pipe for me when I purchase this product. The product itself is a beautiful color and I can't wait to hear the sound when I install it. View detail
That's creepy.
It is installed to match the Slip-on Silencer from overracing.
I had to make the Exhaust pipe to fit each other's inner diameter. It was really Large odd so I would recommend installing it with the OEM or sp tadao products.
No more sluggishness when starting in 1st and 2nd gears, and 3rd, 4th and 5th gears can be creepy from anywhere.
As for the high RPM range, I have the impression that it reaches slower than the OEM. However, it is not a problem because there is hardly an opportunity to use the rpm range to that extent.

Good accuracy
I thought the Silencer was made by the same manufacturer, but they were out of stock, so I went with the Peyton. I was able to install it without any problem. View detail

Wrong insertion diameter.
I bought the IKAZUCHIBlack edition of Universal Product when I purchased it.
It is listed as having a 60.5 insertion diameter, but it is actually about a 50 insertion diameter.
Therefore, IKAZUCHI Silencer was not attached to it…

I also feel a slight Torque depression in exchange for the exhilaration.
The price is We-Big and if there is a discount, I'll be able to convince you. However, the price is 100,000 or more when Silencer is also arranged with SP Chutaro. The performance of the engine turns briskly. The gas concentration is high, but the exhaust pipe of OEM is different from the concept of the exhaust pipe. View detail
subtle
Because the installation pitch is not suitable, it is a little bit large, and when I put the Cell Keto Exhaust System of SCORPION together, the installation of the Exhaust System is also about 20mm short.
I put it on for some reason, but I will never buy it again.

It's cheap and good, but the accuracy of the bends and all that, but I was cringing.
In no particular order, I'm going to write in no particular order. The delivery time was less than 2 weeks even after the Bon vacation, I guess it's just a coincidence. The first thing I noticed is that the weld on the Y part of the middle Pipe of 2→1 is partly welded from the back, so the weld on the exterior is broken. I don't know if it is really sealed or not. I had a hard time installing it because the parts are divided into small pieces, I had to use a jack to put a load on it to make it fit. =It's not a good fit, but it's a good fit. As for Cost, you can get the Full Exhaust System without Silencer at a reasonable price. The sound and power feeling of the Exhaust System improved. The gap between the radiator and the exhaust pipe has become narrower. Ground clearance is lowered a little bit to hit Under Cowl. It was individually packed with newspaper as a cushioning material. Torque will come out, but the blowout will be slow! Attention!
It was well received, so I put it on in imitation
First of all, there is a change in Large
1.The exhaust noise is unusually quiet
2.The overall Torque Fee Ring goes up
3.The blowout becomes slower
2 may seem like a good thing, but it actually has its pitfalls
Engine's Response drops
Also, Silencer uses FMF, but the sound power is reduced
The OEM exhaust pipe and FMF are more radical and white
As for the image, it's easier for beginners to handle
If you turn it all the way up in one go and try to pull Full power out of it instantly
It's this structure that slows down the speed ride!
So advanced players don't need it
NORMAL or straight out structure
Power Bombs and the like would be better!
