Polisport Radiator Shroud Set for CR125R 2001
This was a set of radiator shrouds that needed replacing for wome new ones as the old ones had a lot of damage from rocks etc. I decided on the Polisport ones as I have used them a few times before and have had good experience with this brand. The radiator shrouds were pretty good value and are cheaper than some of the other alternatives out there. With a few other parts in my order, all were shipped together to save some costs. My order was delivered by EMS and took 5 days to arrive. The shrouds arrived in the Polisport packaging and were surrounded in buibble wrap to keepo them from sustaining damage in transit. The shrouds are made from a strong plastic material and are pretty robust and strong. There is a bit of flexibility so you can sit them fairly easily. I would recommend this brand for off road bike body work as they are cheap enough and last a while. The quality is really good and I found no flaws at all. Purchased White for Decal paste
I bought White to match Decal. 。 The OEM YAMAHA Logo has a convex shape, but this one is plain and can be applied cleanly.
Relief shape other than Logo and others are similar to OEM!
The OEM did not think anything of it.
It goes on easily, but I wonder if the Body of this one is slightly deformed.
Hole position did not match Exactly.
Screw one of the first three holes at the end, and the other holes are used for the Body.
The holes were aligned as if they were pushed in or aligned with each other, and the screws were inserted into the holes without any problem.
Be careful not to insert the screw into the gapped hole by force, as it will enter the screw at an angle and damage the screw threads on the fork side.
There is no distortion after installation, and the gap between the Fork and the Fork has been properly taken care of.

It was cheaper than OEM.
The exterior is covered in wounds and is starting to look shabby.
When I was wondering what to do with it, it was about 2/3 the price of the OEM Kit.
This one was sold at a great price, so I decided to buy a set of Quantity.:Refresh with Set.
The important thing is the installation, but the mounting holes are slightly out of alignment.
Some parts were not as readily available as OEMs.
Specifically, the Front Fender has two of the four holes slightly enlarged Large,
OthersShroud manages to stop at one place while pulling the others,
Fork Guard is the same way, with the same order of stops and other innovations.
We managed to attach it without any processing.
Shape is the same as OEM, but material is used for mounting.:Plastic colors are used, and they are not exactly the same.
It's not hard to modify the installation to some extent.
I thought it was for people who wanted to raise the price cheaply.

For Silencer protection
I have always enjoyed forest road touring with gasgas EC250 as a hobby.
It is an application that sometimes runs a little HARD.
This time I bought it with the earnest desire not to add any more scratches to Silencer.
Installation is done by pulling as hard as you can on the Rubber loop.
It requires quite a few parents.
It is cool as a Design, and it Guard Silencer well as a Protector.
I was a little disappointed that it slides and moves when the light is actually turned on, and at first I was concerned about it and had to change the position of the outlet of the exhaust system every time. Recently, I have come to think that it is fine as long as it is on, and I use it as it is without fixing it.
I think it is difficult to increase the number of scratches on the Exhaust System.
I want to remove it when I get good at it.

Racer is the face of TRAIL
I purchased the Racer to make it a public road Spec.
To secure it in place, it is fastened to the front fork using the included band. The overall texture is good, and the wiring and detailing are sufficient.
If I had to say so, I would have preferred not to put the Poly sports sticker on the Number Plate side. If it is attached separately, I can put it wherever I want.

Space under Light is ….
I purchased the Racer to make it a public road Spec.
Quantity of electrical components:I could have bought it as a Set, but I bought this one because I can reconfigure it in various ways.
A License Plate is attached under this plate, but the area seems to be a little narrower. Perhaps it is the difference in shape between the Japanese number and the European number.
The performance of the Light itself is fine and bright enough.
Also, the size is more compact than expected.

I installed this bike for Enduro race on my KLX230R. it is fixed in two places at the handlebar and bar end to protect my hand and lever. the material is plastic and there is no gold frame, but I have used it for about 2 years and there is no trouble such as lever breakage. Installation can be easily done without removing the OEM lever.
The texture feels a little cheaper than previous Aluminum models, but it feels good to hold.
It was a little more Short lever style than OEM, which was surprisingly good for me.
I think this will alleviate the worry of it breaking in the event of a fall, but I haven't fallen over it yet, so I'm not sure how durable it is.

It has become a must-have item.
The shape is OEMLever itself.
The rigidity of the lever itself does not have any strange rattling, and it feels just like OEM.
Bottom line. Unbreakable." It works well enough as far as I'm concerned.
Bent Levers need to be put back by hand, but this should not be a problem for the average adult male.
There is probably nothing that surpasses this Lever in terms of cosmetics.

No longer a standard product
The Poly sports headlight has become a staple of Offfor Vehicle headlights.
Similar products are sold at low prices on Amazon, etc., but I have the impression that the difference in price is directly connected to the difference in quality.

Can not be installed
To install, a screw-in StraightSocket covered by a Rubber Bush is inserted into the hollow hole in the Pivot shaft of the Swing Arm, but the K7 uses a Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) The Brake Side (Right) is too small and cannot be installed because the attached parts are of the same size. WINnedProtector is easy to lose.
Total Material as well as KTMOEM:I like that it is Plastic.
We feel that it is moderately strong and supple and will be the first source of Damage in the event of a fall.
The problem is that the Black WINDProtector can be easily blown away by a Bush or tree branch and lost.
Grip end fixed Guard in general, but it is inconvenient that you can't hang a little Helmet on the Grip.

Genuine Polisport Frame Protectors for CRF250R
As this bike does take a lot of stick when it comes to being ridden in bad conditions, the purpose here was to get some better frame protectors. I have personally never used Polisport before but the customer specifically asked for this brand. Finding the part was not difficult at all as Polisport search function is really simple to use and you are greeted with what ever part is needed. The price from Webike was good value as they were actually in a sale at the time of ordering. I do have always some other parts to order so got them all shipped together via EMS. My order arrived very well packaged and 100% perfect condition. The frame porectors themselves a re a nifty piece of work. They are really a really tough rigid plastic composite but have a small amount of bend which makes this easy to fit. The finish and quality of these frame protectors is excellent as far as I can tell. They have a smoothed out matt look which works very well with the bike colour scheme. They attach pretty easily with the cable ties already included. If you wanted to go more permanent you could bond them on but cable ties for if you ever need to change them. Very pleased with this purchase and will look at Polisport in the future for other bikes if needed. Thanks Webike. View detail
The quality is still different.
I have previously purchased a cheaper CHINA Exterior Kit. The quality and texture has improved a lot recently, but there are still some problems with the mold or the finish, such as bali, sagging, and deformed holes.
Poly sports' Exterior Kit has none of these problems. The exterior kit is beautifully finished in all areas and can be installed without any worries at all.
I am not too concerned about weather resistance for Motocrosser use, but what about TRAIL?
The Decal Kit will be applied immediately after installation, but it looks fine in terms of texture.
It is not surprising since the company also undertakes OEM for Manufacturer, but from User's point of view, the price is low and it is very helpful.
The fitment is listed as CRF450RX, but CRF250RX is also common, so it is used as is.

Easy to install! Fit securely!
Installation is very easy, just tighten with Tie Wrap.
The brake hose is also cut to fit beautifully. The Swing Arm is now well protected and secure.

No, not very good.
As an overall evaluation, we have no problems with the material of the plastic part.
However, there are a number of critical problems with the other aspects of the program, and we do not recommend it as a general comment.
・Screw
This screw is included as a new item because it is co-tightened with the clamp section, etc. However, the accuracy of this screw is so poor that it cannot be hand-tightened with a ScrewSingle Body.
After machining the Screw with Dice, it finally went in.
In addition to the problem with Screw Mountain, there are other parts with surface scratches and other concerns.
In addition, although an Instruction Manual is included, it does not explain which screws to use and where to use them, and the quantity of screw holes is not included, even though they are to be used for the co-tightening described below.:The diagram is such that 2pcBolt will be included.
It is better to confirm the actual match only as a reference for assembly.
・Disc Side
Cannot be installed without modification
The discCard is installed after the Fork bottomGuard is installed, but even with the BottomGuardSingle Body, the screws cannot be inserted due to interference and distortion of the large screws. However, the distortion remains, so it is necessary to hold the whole body down while installing the screws.
The Glasses Wrenchetc. tool with a handle will not fit due to the shape of the area around the screw hole.
In the meantime, there is some relief in this regard, as a thin meaty Box can fit in it.
The bottom guard and disk guard are fastened by a single screw on the inside of the clamp, but the accuracy is not good, so serviceability is also a problem.
Opposite side
There were no accuracy issues here.
One point of improvement is the replacement of the hexagonal screw that holds the Fork Guard in place with the included screw, but this screw pops out quite a bit.
Originally, the head height was designed to be lower than that of the plastic Guard to prevent damage to the head of the Screw in the event of a fall, etc. However, since the attached Screw is a bolt with a normal head, it sticks out about 8mm.
This condition will quickly ruin the Screw as it is the part that is most likely to be bumped during a fall.
I thought it would be better to find some good Screw and replace it.

Exterior is expendable.
I purchased this product to replace a skinny exterior that was used on Race. Since it is a vehicle specific product, the installation went smoothly and the fit was perfect.
Since the exterior is Plain, it is recommended to purchase Decal and paste it.
Depending on the strength of the Decal to be purchased, the exterior itself may be strengthened.
It is better to wash the exterior with Sponge detergent before attaching Decal. (If it's new, it will be oily.)
I've bought it 4 or 5 times now and it's a great product.

Used in conjunction with Under Guard
Right Side is the lower half of the ClutchCase Magnesium cover
Cover each of the following.
It prevents damage when falling on stones or hitting trees, and also protects against scratches and stains caused by Boots rubbing.
The generator side is perfectly protected by this alone, but the water pump on the clutch side does not have a cover, so it is possible to separate the water pump by using the Under Guard side to follow the water pump.
The back side has silicon rubber along the protective section.
The inside of the pack is unusually clean when removed after driving, as it serves as a shock absorber as well as for packing. However, after riding with Muddy, it is recommended to remove and wash them because of the mud that gets into them.
The attached screw is long enough to hold the device in place in three places, and it has never leaked even with oil in it, so it can be attached and removed by course.
Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) Remember to tighten the cover tightly in advance, as 1 pc of each will be hidden under the cover.
