not conforming
I purchased this bolt to install on my MotorcycleXR250R (me08) 1998, but the bolt seat is not taper and the bolt hole diameter is for M10. I have been waiting for the return and exchange, but I have not heard anything from them. I have not been able to contact the company to inquire about the return. I tried to enter my vehicle information when I purchased the product, but I could not enter the year of my XR250R. I thought it was an ALL MODEL model, so I purchased it. View detail

Much lighter than NORMAL.
DriveSprocket of NORMALWR250R was changed from 13T to 14T and Driven from 43T to 48T.
The secondary reduction ratio is slightly lower geared, from 3.308 to 3.429.
I decided to use Dura for both front and rear because of its durability, but it is lighter than I expected due to its meatless design.
With Driven48T, I think it is better to loosen the Chain Guard when assembling to avoid interference during work.
The effect of the low gearing is that it is easier to maneuver at low speeds. It is only a slight change, but the effect is felt well.
The degree of HappyMeter, however, is very much the same (laughs).

Improved forward response when stirring Axel
Comparing this item with Normal sprocket, Hub damper is not present.
This allows power to be transmitted directly to the Chain. Therefore, the response delay of Axel is eliminated.

Lighter than expected!
Drive and Driven Sprocket was replaced as well as Tire replacement for CROSS CUB.
The Chain is also brand new, so I think the effect of this is Large?
It looks good, but I don't remove the Chain Cover, so you can't see it. (Lol)

Replaced OEM13t with DRC12t.
Used for HUSQVARNATE250i MY22.
As per Title, I changed from 13t to 12t.
The rear sprocket is not set to be larger than the OEM52t, so the adjustment was made at the front, but the effect is outclassing and the benefit in mountain play is large tight.
That said, the cruising speed does not drop that much, and it can cruise at around 60 km/h with a comfortable margin.

Commonly usable
SUPER SHERPA uses 13T, dropped 1T from NORMAL.
I think Circlip was harder to put on than OEMSprocket when installed.
Also, the lack of RubberDamper seems to make the noise level a little higher, but I guess all Universal Products are like that.

SprocketAdapter and Quantity on SEROW250:Set to install
[How is it used?
This review is for a Driven Sprocket for SEROW225W, as we purchased a Driven SprocketAdapter made by XAM to be installed on a SEROW250.
For the above reasons, we purchased the Dura Rear sprocket from DRC, a product that we have used in other vehicles for some time.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As I mentioned above, it was used in a car model I owned in the past, so for me, it was a good choice. Familiar." It is a product that even gives me a sense of security with the product, just like the Image or the Image itself.
Was the installation difficult?
As SEROW250 owners know, the Driven Sprocket from the SEROW225WE (5MP) era has been changed to a slightly special type with an integrated hub damper. The Driven Sprocket for SEROW225WE or later is made of sturdy steel, but the price is high, even though it is steel.
Moreover, except for OEM products, there are only made in Sunstar or A-top, and the only options are 45, 40, and 50.
I purchased an Adapter made by XAM because I wanted more freedom and out of simple curiosity, but of course, the Adapter alone cannot transmit any driving force, so a Sprocket for SEROW225W is required.
Installation is simple:Bolt for fixing the hub, Adapter and Sprocket for 225W in quantity.:Set and tighten the Nut, and that's it.
How was your experience with it?
The material is made as lightweight as possible by cutting out the wall while maintaining the abrasion resistance and rigidity of steel, and is the picture of quality and solidity.:The black color of the product is the opposite of Aluminum's beautiful anodized treatment, and its appearance is very subdued.
I have not yet driven 100km since installation, but I am not worried about the durability in terms of material.
[Included Parts:were they on?
No Included Parts:Only Body, and that is all that is needed.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None
It may seem a bit plain to those of us who have been riding motorcycles since the days when the off-road vehicles were running in the mountains with vanvans and off-road vehicles on the dirt with a Large Thread Driven Sprocket with a gleaming Anodized Treatment.... I think it is a good parenthesis for the GoldRim wheel that I installed this time.

Point and hang of installation
No special instructions are required. Just remove the OEMSprocket, align the Adapter with the Bolt position on the product, and tighten the Nut with the specified torque.
[Availability and clarity of the Instruction Manual
Instruction Manual is not available. If you are purchasing this product as a necessity, you will have no problem without the Instruction Manual.
[Notes]
The bolt attached to the hub side is surprisingly easy to get nipped, so be sure to manage the torque well.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
When installing on SEROW250, you should purchase the Driven SprocketAdapter available from XAM or DRC at the same time.
If the original Sprocket is to be replaced due to wear, the DriveSprocket and Chain should also be replaced with new ones.
[Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
It would be nice to have a few more options on the Acceleration Spec. side, but I guess there is no demand...

The wear was replaced to suit the intended use.
[How is it used?
The chain of my SEROW250, which I had been using mainly for mountain play, was getting longer and the DrivenSprocket was getting worn and sharp. I bought DRCDura Sprocket which has a good reputation for durability and low price.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was a product that passed the image as if it were the embodiment of the word "quality and solidity" without any decoration.
Was the installation difficult?
With the engine stopped, put the GEAR in 1st or 2nd gear, remove the DriveSprocket cover on the Left Side of the body, remove the nut at the center of the Driven Sprocket, remove the Washer lock, and remove the worn Sprocket.
Installation is done in the reverse order of the above procedure and tightened firmly to complete the work.
If you are not confident, you can use YouTube or other videos. SEROW250Driven Sprocket Replacement" You can watch the videos repeatedly until you feel confident before attempting the challenge.
Still, it's hard." or It's a pain in the ass." If so, ask PRO to do the work (for a fee) or ask a reliable friend (probably for free) to do it for you.
How was your experience with it?
The only change from before is one less DriveSprocket (DrivenSprocket has the same OEM number of 48 Chain Pieces), but you can clearly experience the difference.
The speed at each GEAR drops by about 5 km and the Shift change at startup in city driving becomes a little busy.
In the crucial mountain play, you will be able to climb the Hill climb, where you used to be confused between 1st or 2nd gear, now you will be able to climb in fixed 2nd gear and concentrate on Axel and weight shifting, quite fun.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Nothing, it is a graceful product with goods and pacage only as shown in the picture.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None of this.
I really appreciate the fact that the sales price is affordable by eliminating unnecessary items.
Other items that would be helpful
Point and hang of installation
Just install it as you did when you removed it, and if you are concerned, search for a working video on YouTubeetc.'s VideoSite, as mentioned above.
[Availability and clarity of the Instruction Manual
No Instruction Manual, the product is so easy to understand that it is not a problem for those who feel the need to purchase this product.
[Notes]
I'm sure it will never happen, but.........................Never work on the Engine while it is running.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
For those who are replacing worn out units, replace the Driven (Rear) Sprocket and Chain with new ones as well.
[Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
The price is low, durable and long-lasting, and we look forward to working with you in the future.

XR250 (MD30) Low geared for
XR250 (MD30) DRC DRC Dura Rear Sprocket was installed on the
OEM Sprocket is Front 13T and Rear 40T.
Racer's XR250 (ME08) is Front 13T and Rear 48T.
Changed to Rear47T for emphasis on driving on forest roads. Mainly used for driving on forest roads.
The change has reduced the maximum speed to about 130 km/h⇒110 km/h, though,
The lower GEAR ratio made driving on forest roads more enjoyable.

Low Speed Emphasis
Introduced 12T to make low speed of WR250R easier.
The setting is now 12T-47T with an emphasis on low speed.
The top speed slows down so much that I can no longer drive on the freeway because of the engine roar as it goes 60km/h.
However, it is comfortable on public roads once you get used to it and can turn at intersections with 3 feet.
Also, in Dirt, the car does not stall even at very low speeds. The car no longer stalls at very low speeds, and it is easier to raise the front end.
The weakness of the WR250R, which cannot run without using high rpm, seems to have been completely eliminated as it can now handle situations that used to be handled by using the half-crab.
If you don't use highways and only take down roads or use a transporter to go to forest roads and courses, this is a recommendation.

Will not interfere with OEMChain Guard!
It was said that up to 51 rear sprockets could be installed on a WR250R without modification (chain replacement is required), but we decided to increase the number of sprockets to 50 to make room for more sprockets. At the same time, the Front Sprocket was reduced by one to 12, so it became very short, but it is very powerful on forest roads. It is also manageable on public roads. I was concerned about the excessive effect of the embellishments, so I changed the Front back to the OEM 13, but the Rear is still 50. I think the current condition is the best unless the car is too hard/enduro. View detail
No problem!
When I replaced the Sprocket, one of the Screws came off after a while, so I bought this product, which has the same DRC as the Sprocket.
So far, I have used it without any problems.
