Improved serviceability
OEMs can replace the 2-parts configuration of the Hexagon Bolt Pin+Minus screw blind with a single 8mm bolt.
The 8mm bolt is also used frequently for maintenance around the brake area, so the assortment of tools can reduce the man-hours required for the work.
In addition, the OEMs were concerned that the outer screw would burn even if Thread compound was used, and the use of a slotted screwdriver would cause the screw to lick every time it was removed, but due to the characteristics of the screw, the possibility of this happening is relatively low. 。
(We still recommend the use of CopperGrease on threads, as seizure itself will occur.)
Replacing one Brake pin will not make you run faster or ride easier, but it will reduce the burden of maintenance.

Pin is too long for early BAJA and hits Spoke.
I thought it was a cheap Front and Rear Set and installed it on my early BAJA, trusting the fitment guarantee, but it was too long in both directions compared to the front and rear pins, and it hit the Spoke too hard to use. It was a very expensive purchase. I will never buy again. View detail
I should have introduced it earlier.
The OEM is a Pull type Switch, but the Hydraulic Switch is easier and does not require any adjustment. View detail

better than factory
The brake pin looked like oem quality and fit inside the caliper perfectly. DRC products are really good, a little bit expensive. I prefer hex head instead of allen. Especially when allen tend to take over a bit after a while.Had to drill my oem ones out because they seized in my calipers and the Allen heads stripped out. Got these to replace them. The fitment was great and installation was easy. I've run them for about six rides so far and haven't seen any problems.Overall perfect fit. It looks very solid and high quality. Shipping is very fast, very well packaged. arrived in 1 week View detail

klx250Brake pin replacement
I had no problems, but since it is an old car, I replaced the brake pin to prevent it from sticking due to rust, and since it is integrated with the cap of the blind, I don't have to worry about losing it. View detail

The OEM was corroded.
I bought it because it seems to be resistant to corrosion.
The original was corroded and was replaced while BrakeOverhaul.

because it is not bulky
I bought it though it is a little expensive, because a certain Oku very cheap C-Koku made one became useless in a week. I think it is good because it is thin and not bulky.
Pressure switch itself is a consumable item, but I am looking forward to seeing how long it will last.

Higher quality than OEM
I bought it because the OEM came out with Stages.
It looks polished and has a high quality feel, and it is stainless steel, so I expect it to be rustproof and durable.
The smooth surface may also improve Pad movement.

Replace while worn out
When I did the Pad replacement, I saw that the Pin was stepped and worn.
The minus on the cap of the pin was so hard that it was about to break, and I had to tighten it loosely, but if I licked it, there would be no next time.
The front brake is a replacement for another vehicle, so I decided to use the one from WR250X, considering the length of the kit.
I changed the tooling from Hexagonal to 8mm Socket and got it installed. Now I'm free from Cap worries.
I'm also worried about electrical corrosion caused by the potential difference between the aluminum caliper and the stainless pin.

the expendables
I knew that hydraulic pressure switches have a shorter life span than mechanical.
I was using this product along with the Rear Sets.
Ordered early in the morning the other day because the lights were defective during the pre-ride inspection. Arrived the next day.
It was in stock and I was able to ship it out yesterday, which was great.

Good!
When I changed the Rear Sets on my GSR750, I couldn't use the original Brake switch, so I bought this product.
As it turns out, the description also says Oil pressure sensitive brake switch for use with RACINGMaster Cylinder in Competition modeletc. As the description says, it has a simple structure, but the dull sheen of Stainless Steel is neither too obvious nor too subdued for the gold frame, but it is just the right balance to give it a sense of presence.
Installation is also very simple, just replace the Banjo bolt.
The Minus point has not caused any problems personally, but I think that the film of Wiring, which may have some stepping stones etc., could have been thicker.

I bought it to change to a Hydraulic Switch.
I bought it because I needed it to hydraulize my Clutch switch.
Quality.
The color is not too polished.
It came with a Bullet Type Terminal, so I didn't have to buy it!

Parts to be replaced occasionally
These are the parts that need to be replaced from time to time because of the decrease in the number of steps. The head is 8mm in the hexagon.
You can remove it with TWrench, so it's easy to maintain.

When I changed to Rear Sets, Normal switch was not usable, so I bought this one
Less expensive than other Manufacturers
PointBack is also the reason why I bought so many
I consider the pressure switch itself to be a consumable item
Since wiring is bare, it protects and installs with Shrinkable Tube
No problem with the stepping response
Two years of use, no problems

Maintenance will be easy
I changed a lot of parts along with the brakeOH
The original Pin was textured with rust
This will make Maintenance a breeze
One thing I was worried about, though, is that
I was wondering if I could use Socket wrench, but it was no problem
However, I don't know if it is 3/8 because the outer diameter of the Socket is thicker when the angle of insertion is 1/4 It is not

Pad replacement
I changed it while changing the Pad of WR250X
Unlike OEMs, Material:Stainless Steel, rust-resistant, slotted screwdriver for replacement You will be able to avoid using
I can't think of any other Merit than this one, but the sound of Stainless Steel and the bonsai Greed is satisfied
