Vibration absorption!
I used the Handlebar Post and anti-vibration one I bought on AliExpress for 6 months, but I was concerned about wobble, so I bought the PHDS in Black, the same black as OEMPowerParts.
[Good points]
1.No wobble! Decreased vibration at high speeds!
2.18mm higher than standard with Spacer
[The bad]
3.Anodized black color, so it has purple color and not OEM black color.
4.Option "Spacer" is not OEM compliant.
Also, Torque wrench is required for installation.

If you don't need vibration absorption, this is fine.
I used to use their PHDS with Elastomer for the OEM Top Bridge.
Since I changed the Top Bridge to one of theirs, I couldn't use it and had to replace it.
The main reason is the cost, but I didn't feel the Merit from the vibration absorption in PHDS.
I've got it this way.
The impact of Suspension is much more Large.
Enduro may have Merit, but I don't think we can expect much from Motocross. (If anything, it would be best if sold to TRAILfor Vehicle)
Installation is simple, but there is one problem. The screws that secure the bottom half of the clamp to the top bridge are not screwed from the bottom side of the top bridge like the OEM clamp.
You have to fasten it with the screw from the top. This means that with the Handlebar attached
Since it cannot be fixed, the other hand must be used to support the tool when turning it with one hand. "Take Tire or Fork." Or "Fix the Top Bridge in a vise, etc." Or It took two. This means that.
Also, to prevent the clamp from rotating when tightening the screws, the top bridge of the contact surface is depressed by about 1mm, but it does not prevent the clamp from shifting completely. Therefore, the OEM type can be used with the Handlebar temporarily fixed so that it can be torqued properly.:I thought it might be possible to assemble a 2pc Clamp with more straightness and precision.
The fact that it does not absorb vibration is not a problem because, as mentioned above, the impact from the road surface is stronger.

Appearance Up
I bought this because I wanted to have the Handlebar in front.
If you buy a Spacer, you can adjust the height widely.
It also looks up.
I don't know about stiffness or anything like that with my Level.

When I tried the CRF 250 at the Technics test ride, I felt lazy and strange. The rebalming Suspension was also good, but this XBirdg's PHDSSystem moves up and down, back and forth.
