Solid power up and Minimoto-like style
[How is it used?
My CRF125F has been heavily used in Motocross and HardEnduro since I bought it, but I have improved the suspension and controls so that I can run at a good pace. I'd like to make it a little more powerful." I have come to think that this is a good idea.
However, Engine Displacement VolumeUp and ECUTune, which are available in overseas products, are not so cute and expensive for Minimoto, so we chose to replace the Exhaust System as a tuning that also includes appearance.
It is the Exhaust System for CRF125F sold from various manufacturers, but first of all, I chose Delta because of its cute Minimoto-like appearance and the fact that it is published in the Graph etc. that it is effective, and also because of the articles on the Web about the replacement and installation. I chose Delta which had a sense of security because it was published on the web.
We were impressed by this DirtFreak product, which is indeed the conscience of Japan's off-road industry.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The quality of the exhaust pipes is excellent, the bending of the exhaust pipes is beautiful, and the silencer assembly accuracy is excellent.
It was obvious that it was lighter than the OEM exhaust system in my hand, and I had high expectations for the two-layer thicker exhaust pipe.
The design of the Silencer exit is like the TRAIL from a long time ago, and it has a Minimoto-like cuteness rather than the parenthesis of the newest model, Motocrosser.
Was the installation difficult?
The instruction manual is included, so I was able to install it without any problems. In addition, the distributor's own media published more detailed installation articles on the Web, so even a clumsy person like me was able to install the system without any worries.
It is essential to install them in such a way that they do not become Overtorque in any part. (for stupidity) 。
How was your experience with it?
During a test run after installation, the change in sound quality is first noticed.
I can hear the sound of the Delta Exhaust System when I open the Axel, and I feel nostalgic because I used to have the Delta Exhaust System on my other street-going car in the past. I feel nostalgic about it.
Impressions after driving There's a definite sense of power up." The low rpm toddling feeling of the CRF125F, which is also easy for beginners, is maintained, and when the Axel is opened and the engine is revved up, the engine has good extension and the speed rises quickly and smoothly.
I felt that I could climb more easily than before because the acceleration was better even when I was in full 2nd gear, which is often used for hill climbing on the HardEnduro.
Also, the exhaust pipe has been thickened to make it easier to remove the exhaust. I also feel that the embargo when the Axel is turned off has become calmer, perhaps due to the effect of the larger exhaust pipe. I think this is a benefit for beginners who tend to feel awkward when operating the Axel at low speeds.
I honestly didn't see the effect of the weight reduction. lol The body is light to begin with, so it's easy to wake it up if it falls. ....
[Included Parts:were they on?
Exhaust Gasket
・Heat Guard
The two items are not included in the package, so it is recommended to purchase them separately at the same time to make the work Smooth.
Also, when removing the OEM exhaust system, the bolt may be very hard due to heat, etc., so a penetrating glide agent such as Raspene may be a good idea.
In summary, we were very satisfied with the design, solid performance, and quality of the product, which is typical for Minimoto.
There may be some that perform better, but I don't think anything too expensive would suit Minimoto.
Pit bike in the past (CRF50F) Custom was once popular in the past, but as a result of the ever-increasing performance and prices in that way, Boom has suddenly converged, so ..... I hope that will not be the case with MinimotoBoom this time!

DELTA Barrel4-S mini CT125CT110 HUNTER CUB JA65
The Torque at low speed immediately after starting and the extension at high rpm in 2nd and 3rd gears have been dramatically improved.
Mid-range speeds are as easy to handle as OEM
When the engine is put into 4th gear, the torque is a little thicker than the OEM Exhaust System.
Overall, the Torque is slightly increased and the high rpm is extended.
I don't think there is any increase in maximum speed.
The volume is quiet when idling, and when turning it up, the sound of the Exhaust System is heard, but personally, the volume is just right.
The sound quality is not a heavy bass sound, but a crisp Parisian sound typical of single cylinder engines.
I had installed Barrel4 on other cars in the past, but I felt that the sound of Barrel4 was very solid!

Loved this one.
Climbing a hill in my neighborhood after replacing the Exhaust System; accelerates one gear higher than OEM (by feel). View detail
Solid change on a small budget
The volume is a little louder and the weight is lighter.
The volume is not so loud that it is deafening, just a little bit louder, but it is pleasantly resonant.
The exit is almost the same, but there seems to be an increase in power throughout the entire area due to the overall thicker Pipe.
The power of the motorcycle is only enough to run at full throttle on the Motocross course, so the horsepower will not change much, but everyone will feel the change.
It is very good from the start, or it seems to accelerate as much as I open the door, even though it is slow.
The installation is also very precise, so anyone can easily work with it.
I think it is a good product because it is inexpensive and I could feel the change.

Good sound
I installed it myself
Unlike the Slip-on Silencer of Big bike, for example, the KLX230SM requires a lot of work to remove the Seat and Cowl.
The gasket is not attached to the exhaust pipe side, but to the exhaust system side, so it is difficult to remove the gasket and use it again.
Once again, I went to my local Motorcycle Supplies to procure them.
I like the sound quality, with a crisp, single-shot Motorcycle sound. The volume is a little louder than I expected.
p.s
For reference, SEROW can easily replace the exhaust system on the same off car.

Sound different from others!
I was not sure about MORIWAKI and YOSHIMURA until the last minute, but I am glad I chose Delta.
Design and lightness and cosmetics are good.
I feel the start is sharper.
The MORIWAKI and YOSHIMURA have more bass sound than the OEM, while the Barrel4 has more bass and treble sound, like the STEED400 Slash Cut Exhaust System; It's like a flap, flap, flap, flap, flap! Like a flap, flap, flap, flap, flap!
But it's not that unpleasant sounding, and I personally like it.

Zbynek A.
Very light compared to OEM (by 3 kg), looks very good, throttle response has improved significantly especially at low revs, a little noisier, but the sound is better. The package does not contain a seal, it is necessary to buy a new one, the original can no longer be used. View detail
Light, SMART!
Since it is an off-road vehicle, we selected this one for its weight and SMART appearance.
Satisfied with the fit and the lightweight feel of the ride.
As for the exhaust noise.
I'd heard about it on Net, etc. beforehand, so it was to be expected.
A little dissatisfied with the sound quality.
Also, when half of the Axel is empty, it sounds large.
The Torque feel and Power curve are fine.
It is easy to ride without stalling even at very low rpm.
I've also tried fitting the Inner baffle, sold separately.
I couldn't get it to blow at high rpm anymore.
I immediately returned to the original Baffle.
by the way
Air cleaner modification, Element low resistance
Impressions of the installation in SP Tadao PowerBox condition.

making something twice as attractive as it was before
The exhaust was so shitty that I was disappointed, but I replaced it with a new one, Refreshing, and it felt great. For the first time, I wanted to keep running with this car. View detail

After purchasing barrel 4 silencer, it got to know that this silencer is explosive sound roaring in a net.
Since trouble could not be made to you in the neighborhood, this restrictor low noise was also purchased.
Attachment removes three hexagon head bolts which are fixing the parts at the tip of a silencer first.
Next, although the normal parts exchanged for a restrictor low noise are drawn out, parts are drawn out, removing a gasket by a slotted screwdriver, since it is being fixed by the liquid gasket.
The rest sets a restrictor low noise and is only fixing with a bolt.
Product number which sells recommendation also by Webike: They are 40621 permatexes. Probably, it is good to plaster a restrictor low noise with a high-heat-resistance silicon gasket, and to fix.
It can be used also for the exhaust leakage stop at the time of muffler exchange.

Slip-on Silencer just right for a change of pace
I was not dissatisfied with the sound and performance of the OEM Exhaust System, but when a new product for MD47 was available at a reasonable price, I purchased it. (Compliments.) When opened, the engine blows smoothly. However, as it is inspection standard compliant, the sound pressure is there for better or worse, and the intake sound is more Large when it is open, which is not much different from the OEM. What I like about it is that it is about half the weight of the OEM, there is no afterfire that bothers me when I open and close it fully, and the machining accuracy is good and the installation was easy. All in all, I think it is Exactly for a change. View detail
It sounds stupid on any Silencer.
In the end, I decided not to use the WR250X North American GYTRExhaust System as a retrofit Baffle.
It was easy to install and easy to process, but the Sound is already terrible.
Papa Papa sounds like an idiot.
I now know why the Delta barrel4 makes such a stupid sound, it's because of this poorly built Stainless Steel thin squirrel Tractor that was retrofitted before the Silencer's performance and construction.
In the end, I modified the inner baffle of the OEMSilencer of 2013WR450F and put it on.
The sound has also been quieted down to a pleasant single shot motorcycle sound with a moderate mid-bass.
For those of you who insist on using the Barrel4, I suggest you ditch the squirrel Tractor and get a 2007 FMF Silent bomb or a 2013 WR450F OEM If you have a WR250X, you can use the 2013 WR450F's OEM inner baffle, etc. The sound, torque, and extension will be greatly improved.

Inexpensive Squirrel Tractor so easy to reuse
I have a 2007 WR250X with the North American OEM GYTRExhaust System on my 2007 WR250X, but since it was purchased used, it does not come with the AleStarPlug, and the sound is explosive.
When I was looking for various parts in my house, I found an old Stainless Steel Oval Baffle for Barrel4 that I had bought before. When I tried it on, it looked like I could put it on if I modified it, so I bought this New Model Baffle, which has a thinner base and is easier to modify. I bought this one.
By the way, the stock I had at home was the Baffle for Barrel4s, so I chose the Squirrel Tractor for the regular Barrel4s, taking into account the circuit driving.
I'm a little worried because of the rattling sound when I put it on my Barrel4, but I'll install it as soon as it arrives and give another impression.

A little less horsepower?
The sound is a bit loud with a pattering feel. I thought it would be a little lower pitched but I'm a little disappointed. Installation was easy. I also feel like I lost a little bit of Torque. View detail

Exhaust System with good balance
I was attracted by its light weight and simple design, and I bought it because it was on sale.
This review is for comparison with the SP Takekawa Sports Exhaust that was previously installed.
First of all, it was the volume, but it felt considerably small from the rider though the proximity 85db of the same etc. as the Takegawa Exhaust System.
I think it's pretty quiet, especially when it comes to Idling. You may feel so because the sound quality is closer to bass.
As for the performance, it felt the same as the Power graph which is published in the official site also in the experience.
The Takekawa Exhaust System was a little thinner at the bottom, but there is a rich Torque of the OEM same etc. even in the low RPM range.
Instead, I felt that the high RPM range was a little bit bad compared to the Takekawa Exhaust System which was blowing up without stagnation until around the red zone, although it was blowing up firmly.
I don't run that high of an RPM range on this motorcycle, so I felt that the power characteristics suited me.
In addition, although I was worried whether Heat Guard of Wire type did not become really hot, it does not become surprisingly hot because it installs it in the form which sandwiches the insulated Washer.
However, only the Head part of the installed Bolt gets quite hot.
Because the pipe is very slim, I think that there is little danger of hitting the exhaust system when riding normally, but I think that it is better to be careful when wearing flapping Rain Wear.
Compared with the exhaust system of other manufacturers, I think that there is not the place which excels specially in both Sound and performance, but I felt it to be the very excellent exhaust system which took the balance without the negative place. Above all, I like the Style that I made Refreshing!
Gasket is not included, so buy it together!

This Baffle has the best Balance for Barrel4.
I used Barrel4s on XG250 TRICKER before, Barrel4s is JMCA Certified and it is certainly quiet, but it is unpleasant sound of silencer of small moped. However, if you remove the Baffle, the sound is super explosive.
This time, I will use it for my wife's WR250X which is dedicated for course running. My wife's Delta barrel4, which she picked up from somewhere, does not have a Baffle and is very noisy.
If you remove the Baffle from the Barrel4, the bass will sound great, but it will be too annoying, so I think this Baffle is the best for the Barrel4.
