NSR50 under construction
I am building a NSR50 and wanted to use a new electrical system if possible, so I bought this one.:There is no 2pc. So this Quantity:The 2pcs had to be used as they are OEM. The BlueYellow wire was removed and installed with a soldering iron, so it was not easy to install with a single tap. However, there is no description of the aforementioned White and Yellow colored wires. I'm glad to know that new ones are available. View detail

Exchange from OEM
The OEM Coil seemed to have passed away, so I bought this one.
Plug cord uses NGK's.
The Motorcycle itself is in bad shape, so I can't yet judge whether this Ignition coil is good or bad, but I think it will probably work normally better than the cheap foreign-made ones.

High RPM extension is different.
Installation is relatively easy, although it requires removing the tank.
Impression after the installation is that the engine has improved. Before the replacement, there was a drop in RPM when shifting up from 5th to 6th gear, but after the installation, it has improved considerably.
It is recommended to Refresh the ignition system as it is an older body.

I'm good.
Replacing the CDI on a '92 SR500 that had failed.
Thank goodness OEM Product was already discontinued!
Installation is done by connecting the Connector to the Quantity:It was easy to install the 2pcs. CDIBody is attached to the Frame with Tie Wrap.
It is equipped with an advance angle adjustment function, but I have set it to the NORMAL position for now and will experiment with other positions in the future.
I'm not sure how durable it is, but I'd appreciate it if it lasts longer.

Improved rev characteristics at high RPM
This is an imprementation used for KSR2 (B6).
The OEMCDI for KSR2 is built into the Ignition coil, so if you want to replace it, bothQuantity:The set is recommended. I had previously obtained a kit that came with this KSR1 Ignition coil, and I incorporated it at the same time as the SUS441 Reinforced Ignition Coil.
I fixed it to the space under the tank with the Tie Band along with the included Sponge, but I am a little concerned about whether or not it will have a vibration-induced trouble.
When actually driving the car, the Torque at low RPM is clearly lower, but the power output characteristics are more extended, making the driver want to use the higher RPM range more. It is like when I installed the HRCKit on my 4-stroke Racer replica in the 90's. It is not a drastic change, but it is a more aggressive and aggressive response. It is not a drastic change, but it is a more 2-stroke-like characteristic that can be enjoyed by the driver as it is more focused on the high rpm range.

I purchased a Chinese CDI and installed it, but the Engine would not start ….
I gave up and looked for FOR JAPAN MODEL items, but the wiring did not match ….
I bought an Axis model with matching wiring and installed it, and it started the engine!
I haven't done any actual driving, but I think it is probably Large sturdy.

Recommended for those who enjoy Setting.
In case of analog type such as SR400, the effect of CDI replacement is (゜゜) I think.
Roughly CDI replacement.
The following effects.
1. Limiter can be disengaged. Electrical Limiter can be disengaged by installing an external CDI 。 The →SR has no limiter, so that's not the point.
2. Power, acceleration characteristics, response, etc. are improved over those with NORMALCDI. →Coil or Plug and Quantity:You can feel the effect when you use Set.
3. It maintains strong ignition power even at high rpm. It is beneficial to add →external carburetor, etc., as it will be closer to high rpm.
4. Remove Rotation Limiter. → I don't think this is relevant.
And this POSH has 4 types of ignition timings to choose from.
Map1 Angle of advance from NORMAL
Same as Map2 NORMAL
Map3 Delayed angle from NORMAL
Map4 LAGGER ANGLE THAN NORMAL
Says Rucksack Li simply 。 Power increases as the angle of advance increases.
Why is an advanced angle better? (Sometimes a slow angle is better)
When the engine speed is high, the crank rotation angle is too fast for the gasoline to ignite and spread, and the engine rotation angle and the gasoline spread will not match. 。 Therefore, at high RPM, it is necessary to ignite the ignition at a slightly faster timing than the angle of the crank (called "advance angle"), so it is necessary to control the ignition timing according to the engine RPM.
CDI in a nutshell, Parts to determine proper ignition Timing by Spark plug. The external CDI is designed to fully exploit the Potential of the target engine. The CDI is designed to optimize the ignition timing according to the engine displacement volume and tuning degree.
Currently I use Map1 or Map2.
Map1→When you want to turn GunGun.
Map2→Touring, etc.
good point
Installation is also easy with OEM and conversion.
○Idling is higher, so it is easy to be half-crazy.
The last seasoning, which is easy to feel the effect when changing the ○carburetor to an external one.

6VMONKEY Maintenance Shift Arm Part Oil Seal
6VMONKEY Oil leakage from the oil seal of the change shift pedal gradually became a concern, so we replaced it.
The procedure is
(1) Apply a slotted screwdriver to the outer circumference of the oil seal currently installed and tap it to the center. (This work is important in case of sticking)
Screw the screw into the oil seal installed.
(3) Slowly pull out the Screw with pliers.
The oil seal of ShiftChange Pedal is thicker than other oil seals, so if the above method is also difficult, tear off the rubber around the shaft and pull out the gold part of the oil seal with radio pliers!
insertion
I used PVC pipe over a moderate flat washer.

Used as a grapple when making your own Torque rod
Not high intensity or anything, just Material.:Stainless SteelM8Stud bolt.
Originally Stud bolt for SR400/500 Exhaust System, these parts are designed to replace the Rust-friendly OEM Stud.
I used it as a joint for making my own Torque rod for Brake, not for its original purpose, so I don't have an impression of it as an Exhaust SystemStud.
Since it will be used on a part that is exposed to high temperatures from the exhaust (which is why the OEM steel stud bolt will rust quickly and violently), I feel that stainless steel will seize and be difficult to remove next time.
After aligning the screw threads by putting a tap through the screw hole on the cylinder side, apply heat-resistant grease (thread compound) or the like before assembly, or you will likely face hell later on.
Even with a normal exhaust system replacement, the nut that holds the exhaust pipe flange is likely to burn out easily, so the use of a thread compound is probably a must.
What makes this Stud bolt different from other very inexpensive UniversalStuds is that the end of the Screw can be hung with a hexagonal wrench!
Stud bolts are usually attached and removed with a double nut that requires a bit of hang, or with a StudWrench, a special tool.
Material:I'm not sure about using it as an Exhaust SystemStud when it is Stainless Steel, but it would be good for those who cannot tolerate Rust.

YZF-R1 is M14
I bought a Washer for M14 for my YZF-R1 (2018). Some people use it 3 times, but I am afraid so I replace it every time.
It is not very profitable to pay shipping charges and hundreds of yen for one order, so it is more economical to buy these kinds of items in bulk, about 5-10 pieces at a time.

I made a mistake.
It doesn't seem to fit jc92.
The diameter was totally different.
With 10,000 kilometers on it, it wasn't that worn.

It is hard to feel the change in physical sensation.
I recently tried it out before replacing the OEM CDI.
To be honest, I didn't feel the Merit of the exchange.
The ignition timing was gapped and there were many stalls.
According to the person in the know, it's a good idea to try it with different angles of acceleration... I've tried various things... It's true that high rpm is good... but low rpm is the specialty of motorcycles.
good point
XX You can buy it for almost half the price of OEM.
I feel like I'm getting faster.
A bad point
○ Not as durable as OEMCDI.
The engine stalls frequently when idling. I thought the ignition timing was not correct.
It is not compatible with normal cab bodies.
I think it would be a good fit for crunchy Tune vehicles, and I think you will find it cosmetically pleasing.
But I think it is not suitable for those who want to maintain the NORMAL characteristics and want to keep running.
I knew I had to settle for OEM.

Used for reproduction of old cars with direct cord
[How is it used?
old car (SportsCUB) Used in Restore of
Was the installation difficult?
Both cords are not too difficult to screw in.
Remember to put the Heat Shrink Tube through beforehand.
How was your experience with it?
Once again, I thought it might be a little dangerous since the insulation is taken only by Heat Shrink Tube.
If the Tube is Gapped or frayed and breaks, high voltage is exposed.
Installation location should be noted.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Instruction Manual is provided, so you will not get lost even if it is your first time.
