Super trap is an excellent exhaust system, but it has a drawback for use in Japan:the direction of the exhaust gas flow.
Side Exhaust (Exhaust angle 45°) The exhaust gas comes out from the side of the Silencer. This is not in compliance with Japan's safety standards and will result in a violation by the police as well as vehicle inspections for poor maintenance.
It would be a shame to lose the use of an excellent exhaust system, wouldn't it?
This Exhaust System is AXIAL FLOW DISC "Exhaust disc along the axis of Silencer" In this sense, Super trap is an improved exhaust system.

How it works.

◎The design of the Diffuser Disc is different from the conventional Diffuser Disc in terms of appearance and large size, and is cooler and more futuristic in its design.

Oh, the sound quality is less grating, but the volume is definitely higher. (Lol) As a result of the test run, it turns up to the top and the sound is good, but it definitely blows up smoother! This is a good thing!

The sound was larger than I had imagined.

found some instructional videos on yourtube then did it myself. instant increase of horse power ! louder exhaust means other car drivers take notice. safety first ! note 1: make sure you also buy a new exhaust gasket for installation or you will lose horse power. note 2: the set comes with 5 disks. you can tune the exhaust by adding or taking away disk. in my case, the disks turn black meaning it was burning too much fuel in lower gear and i am losing power in the higher gear. all i have to do is to add 1 or 2 disks. the disk is now in a coffee color, which means it is working perfectly now. I used it to make a combination with FCR Carburetor Bodycarburetor.

I think that this Exhaust System is really White when I do the Carburetor setting in NORMAL or FCR Carburetor Body. It is a good exhaust system.

I am satisfied with the shape, texture and sound quality.
As for the installation, it was a no-frills pontoon with tools.
It's not too loud with the Baffle off.
If I had to say anything, Gas seems to be thin with Normal cab settings, and After Fire is terrible with Engine braking.
I was hoping that an example of carburetor's SettingData would be included in the Instruction Manual if possible.

This is a full exhaust system, consisting of the header pipe as well as the muffler. Both are stainless steel. There is no catalytic converter. The exhaust pipe has a port for the lambda probe oxygen sensor, and has an in-built baffle just before the end where the muffler mounts. The TU250x/ST250 both like a bit of back-pressure to help open the exhaust valve, and I believe that's what the baffle is there to help provide, as well as to keep the volume down. The muffler itself is very lightweight, has no packing, and just has a minor cage on the interior. The sound is good (not overly loud), and the look is great. It mounts to the existing pillion footrest bracket without any issue. I found that it fit better on the inside of the bracket, contrary to the image of this muffler mounted on the Grasstracker model. I noticed that it seems to give off more heat, so I'm considering wrapping mine -- it started going blue-gold at the exhaust port on the very first ride. Other than that, I'm happy with it.
