you need to change this part if you want keep the original variable valve
suzuki gsxr1000r's variable exhaust valve system is pretty good, but the cable is right next to the hot exhaust pipes. which means you need to change this cable after around 6~7years of use time the cable itself is good quality but installation is a bit hard for bad wrencher overall good purchase for money. thanks webike and drive safe from Korea. I was surprised to see that a motorcycle shop even handles parts for agricultural machinery, but I was able to place my order with confidence because it is a Honda product.
The engine oil has been injected to the specified level in March because it is a 4-stroke engine.
The carburetor had just been replaced, and the clutch housing and clutch were also suspect because the carburetor was blowing up under load, but the exhaust gas outlet of the exhaust system was black and trailing, and I thought it might be a very minor choking caused by Carbon clogging in the unburned gas. I bought it because I thought it might be a minor asphyxiation caused by a blockage of Carbon in unburned Gas.

I think that the thickness and shape of the OEM allows the exhaust pressure to stay in the Straight instead of being exhausted directly, which is why the exhaust pressure control is possible.

I think it is a criterion to be considered before an external Exhaust System.
OEM Exhaust System is sold at a very low price in some auction sites, and it is often thought that the value of OEM→ is low, but it is not.
After all, I am currently using OEM→YOSHIMURAExhaust System, and I must say that this OEM Exhaust System is really good. Except for one part.
I am an unusual type of user who liked the OEM Exhaust System so much that I replaced it with an external Exhaust System, in my case (laughs).
Advantages of OEMExhaust System
Inside the ◎OEMExhaust System is a bulkhead structure to reduce the volume.
◎The volume is less likely to become larger over time, and stable performance can be maintained throughout the life of the product.
◎The exhaust pressure is controlled so that the Torque is also available, making it easy to handle when riding on the street, etc.

The Good
■ DualTail endExhaust System with two different diameters of sound and exhaust ports is adopted.
The exhaust system has two outlets, even though it is a single cylinder. The diameters of the upper and lower ones are slightly different from each other.
This has the ingenuity of SEA BASS.
The thicker → bass
Narrow hole → treble
and it's built to produce two sounds.
Idling is quiet and SmallEngine Displacement Volume seems to be a single cylinder Toto-toto…" The sound quality is pleasant.
If you turn it up, it has a sound that's not too powerful for a 125 OEM. Not only the volume, but also the sound quality is like a high performance single cylinder, which is also pleasant. It is a good product. I think the sound quality is quite concerned. The volume of 84db is quite loud, and as a manufacturer, I think it is doing a good job.
Design....Megaphone shape with a cool end treatment.
Power characteristics......Flat Torque characteristics to generate Peak power at 10,000 rpm.
→On the other hand, above 10000 rpm, it just turns without any sense of power.
In other words, it is thought that they are taking the Engine's margin by keeping the RPM as low as possible.

Weaknesses are not fatal, but only a matter of Cost. On the contrary, I personally think that if these are resolved, there would be no point in switching to →outside the company (laugh).
Since the OEM exhaust system is so excellent, I think that the performance of the OEM exhaust system would be one of the criteria for selecting an external exhaust system. As a result, YOSHIMURA and DUB Lurel are Plusα to OEM characteristics.
OEM Exhaust System is really good. I can't say for sure, but I think it is difficult to exceed OEM Exhaust System with an external Exhaust System.
OEMExhaust system where Idling is not deafening.
The inside of the large Silencer also contains a catalyst and is environmentally friendly.
The 125 does not have vehicle inspections, and replacing the exhaust system is probably a standard custom, but it would be a shame to replace such an elaborate OEM product.
It doesn't look too cheap, including the Cap at the Tail end, and if you don't want to run Circuit, OEM is fine….
I know it has been heavily criticized for clogging and all that, but I think you should think twice about the OEM Exhaust System before you go with an external Exhaust System.
OEM will keep it in Large size, and in the future, I would like to use Plating Process or Ceramic coating for higher strength!

OEM Exhaust System that takes the best of both worlds.
Recently, I was reaffirmed the excellence of MotorcycleManufacturer's OEM Exhaust System, so I thought why not install the OEM Exhaust System on my CUB, which was bore up to 88cc, and I purchased and installed the pre-regulation 90 I purchased and installed the OEM Exhaust System.
It may seem that the design, sound quality, and performance of CUB's OEM exhaust system is not what you are looking for, but I am truly convinced that it is superior in many aspects. 。
The ◎◎ of the OEMExhaust System.

●Prior to the 1997 model year, and the 1999 model year.
Flat Torque characteristics
No Torque shortage in 3rd gear.
●High rpm is extended. *Not the maximum speed.
[After regulation ‥
Model year 01 or later
● The loss is worse than before the regulation.
High RPM is difficult to extend.
As a countermeasure, the main jet should be changed to No. 85 before the regulation (No. 82 after the regulation).
● Noise is said to be lower than before the regulation.
Although the exhaust efficiency is higher than the OEM50 after the regulation, it is not bad at all. However, we chose the pre-regulation 90OEM because we wanted something with a reasonable exhaust efficiency and less noise since we had bore up.

The noise is quiet enough. Even if the internal structure deteriorates in the future, I don't think it will become noisy.
○I can now climb hills in 3rd gear while accelerating. Before, I always had to drop down to 2nd gear to drive up hills (laughs).
Plating process is well done. Rust-resistant if properly cared for.
○ Price. The price is cheaper than the price of the large size (20,000~).
If it is 88ccBore up, I think it is Large sturdy with 90 OEM SettingMJ85 SJ40.
I don't think there is a Demerit.
No wonder CUB enthusiasts admire and love it.
If you are looking for a quiet, long-lasting, high-performance, and cost-effective exhaust system, this is the exhaust system to recommend as an option.

Actually, this was the best one, in our CUB.
I have used many external exhaust systems, but for my SUPER CUB, which is one of my favorite cars, I bought a new OEM exhaust system and switched back to OEM.
OEMExhaust System Merit
(1) Quiet and no nuisance.
You don't have to worry so much about your neighbors in the morning or at night. 。 The good thing is that it is less likely to inconvenience others, especially when traveling, which sometimes means leaving early in the morning.
(2) No need to worry about vehicle inspections.
The sound of an external exhaust system may become loud after a few years, and it may not pass the vehicle inspection. 。 Of course, the OEM exhaust system may also be in such a state if it is used for a long time, but it clearly has a longer life than an external exhaust system. 。
The Merit is the one that is less likely to be too loud and get an NG when it comes time to pass inspection.
(3) Torque is thick. (The external exhaust system is basically thicker in diameter, and the Torque tends to be lost. 。 The thicker the sound, the larger the sound, and the better the design and parenthesis.
However, there are many external exhaust systems that do not have a thinner Torque these days. 。 However, it gradually deteriorates and the Torque can become thin little by little.
In fact, I have been using an external exhaust system for many years, and at first I did not feel Torque loss, but when I switched back to the OEM exhaust system, I felt Torque become more and more. 。
I knew that Torque was gradually slipping away.
OEMExhaust System Demerit
(1) The appearance is plain. You can't give it any individuality (laughs).
But Simple and Cool.
The OEM exhaust system is heavier than the external exhaust system because of the bulkhead structure inside the OEM exhaust system. Also, the fact that steel is used in many cases is one of the reasons for the increase in weight.
(3) Difficult to appeals to the surroundings. (4) Quiet sound makes it difficult to be noticed by others (leading to an accident).
There was this kind of Merit and Demerit, but my CUB (50 modified 88 Spec.) is quite SmallEngine Displacement Volume, so the benefit of OEMExhaust System seemed to be considerable.

◎Carburetor settings are set up so that the same settings can be used throughout the year.
I used the CUB70 factory carburetor setting (Main78 Throw40) as a reference. I really thought it would be better to set it to 90, but I thought it would be more compatible with 70OEM since Cranksha?Head and other parts were used from 50. This seems to have been a good choice.
◎Hill climbing performance has been improved:the car climbs hills that had been dropped to 2nd gear, while still having room to accelerate in 3rd gear.
◎Quiet. This is all there is to it. No one around you will notice you, let alone the police.
◎Durability is without a doubt.
In my case, carburetor PC20, high camshaft, bore up, and external exhaust system were the better specs, but the result of setting with OEM exhaust system was really easy to drive (laugh).
The 50OEMExhaust System is often derided as being clogged with feces, but it may be the best exhaust system to make the most of the Torque.
Some of my other vehicles have external exhaust systems, and they have many good points such as weight saving and high RPM extension.
But OEM is also great, because in a way it is a car model Exclusive Design.
It is understandable that some people, even those who are circuit enthusiasts, are concerned about Torque loss and choose to keep the OEM Exhaust System.
NormalBalance is the best, but this is not surprising. NormalBalance is the best, but this is not surprising, since it is built to the specifications of the Normal engine to begin with. 。 It is a TuningExhaust System, which means that it has to be versatile in terms of power characteristics and durability, so it is inevitable that the power may be a little low or heavy.

Engine light problem

Genuine Yamaha Muffler Gasket for MT10
I was changing my exhaust and the muffler gaskets that were already there had suffered too much damage to reuse. Not such a problem as I know I can source these pretty easily. Finding the correct part number was fairly straight forward, I used Webike tools in the help section and cross referenced for my own peace of mind on Yamaha schematics. The cost from Webike was brilliant value and a little better than I could source locally. With a few other items in my order, I had them all shipped using EMS as they just do the job right. Combineing items in my order also saved a bit of money on the shipping too. Bonus. My order arrived in 5 days from initial shipping from Webike warehouse. Very good timeframe from Japan to the UK. The order was packaged really well and any smaller parts were well wrapped and surrounded by bubble wrap. The gaskets themselves came in a Yamaha box and all individually packed. They are really cool looking gaskets with 2 types of material. I believe these also fit a few other models apart from the MT10. Just what I needed
Bought new rotors, pads and hardware . Everything fit great and service from Webike is excellent! Competitive prices and everything I needed was in stock. Highly recommend using these bolts when installing a new rotor. These rotor bolts are a nice kit. However they fit the rotor perfectly. My recommendation is to add a little bit of blue lock tight and order new ones if you have to remove them more than twice. Genuine Suzuki Exhaust Pipe Gasket for BURGMAN400 ABS 2020
After the owner decided to change the exhaust on this Burgman 400, the exhaust gasket was in need of a new one too. No point in adding an old one when it will probably not work for long and then you have the job of removing the pipe again to do it right. Not a massive job but you might as well get the new gasket beforehand really. Finding this gasket was not super hard or anything as this also fit a lot of other, older Suzuki models, so is readily available. I used the tools Webike provide on their help section with links to the top manufacturers websites. Webike's price was really good value and added to some other parts already in my basket, the shipping worked out well. Shipped with EMS and arrived in 5 days from shipping. The packet this gasket came in was also inside a bubble wrap envelope to keep it safe. The gasket is nothing really special but it does hold an important job, to keep all the emisions going one way. Genuine Yamaha Nut for MT07 2020
Exhaust stud nuts. These were the nuts that are for the exhaust, they hold on the manifold to the actual block. Due the the bike having an accident and flipping a few times, there were a lot of broken or not in great shape nuts and bolts etc. I know they are just nuts but these are vitally important to keep the exhaust from blowing and leaking emissions from the manifold. Anyway, finding the correct part numbers was not super hard, just check Yamaha schematics and you should find exactly what you need. The price from Webike was great value and combined with all my other parts I had them all shipped together with EMS. After just 5 dyas in trasnt, my parts arrived.Everything was well packed and no damage at all could be found. Great news. The nuts came in a Yamaha packet and also inside a small bubble wrap envelope for security. Not really much I can say about these nuts, they are well machined, the threads inside were really smooth and went on easily with no notchy action. Very hapy with this small nut but important too. This bike came in and had been in a small accident but a lot of parts had gotten damaged. The main parts are in an order but I also had a ot of bolts and other fastenings that needed ordering along side too. These parts were not hard to find but do fit a lot of other models as well. I used teh tools provided by Webike and cross referenced with Yamaha schematics. These bolt in particular I purchased are specifically for the exhaust of the bike. The ones that hod the bracket onto the chassis. The price from Webike was excellent as alwasy and with the other parts in my order, the shipping was really good too. All my order was shipped and arrived via EMS in 5 days. I had not got any probelms with damage to the parts as Webike pack all the items very well. Genuine Yamaha CATALYST ASSY YZF-R1 2006
This is a bike that has had a fair few miles on the clock and the customer wanted to take it all the way back to totally standard. This included all the stock exhaust system and the Catalyst Assy. A lot of people do this when they come to sell the bikes as they often get a better price for their aftermarket systems anyway. So, finding the correct part was not super hard at all, I used the tools Webike provide and the help pages and then cross referenced with Yamaha schematics. The price for a brand new catalyst assy is really good and a lot better than I could source locally here. The shipping was pretty good to say this is a fairly heavy part. I did have a few other smaller parts in the order too which helped. I had this all shipped with EMS and arrived with my 5 days after shipping which is perfect. I know when the order will arrive with the precise tracking involved. The catalyst assy arrived in a big box and was very well packed out with foam and bubble wrap to keep it safe. The finish on the pipe was excellent as I would expect from Yamaha, there were no dents, scratches or any signs of even manufacturing scrapes. Very pleased. As I said, it is a fairly heavy item and does need a little care when fitting. I already had the clamps needed so this was a straight swap out. I used it to install W800 Exhaust System on W400.
W400 (Made in 2006) W800 to (Made in 2012) I bought this to install the Exhaust System for W400, which is thicker and improved over the for W400, so I think this is a better choice at a cheaper price.
Incidentally, the W400 has a lower speed Torque improvement over the W650. (It's getting harder to pull off.) The sound is quieter than W400, but I don't feel that Torque has been lowered much, in fact, I feel that acceleration has been somewhat improved.
Used, clean OEM Exhaust System for W400 is expensive, so reference to NORMAL return.

When replacing the front pipe of SP Tadao, the rust of the OEMBolt was so bad that we replaced it with an after-market Stainless Steel Cap Bolt.
However, a friend of mine said that it might not be a good idea to easily change the parts that are exposed to heat to stainless steel due to the thermal expansion.
I took your advice and changed it back to OEMBolt.
The order unit is Quantity:1pc. so Quantity:If you need 2pcs, set the order unit to 2.
My only complaint is the price. However, the neighborhood Home center does not have a product like this one.
I did not see any UniqloCap bolt. (They were all Stainless Steel Cap Bolt).
