LargePowerful sound quality and sophisticated design
[How is it used?
I had installed MotoGEARJP & Phi;100 Titaniumium silencer on my YAMAHA/XJR400R, but I was looking for a thinner silencer with good sound quality. I had a friend who had a K2tec Stainless Steel Silencer and I liked the design and sound, so I bought this Titaniumium type of Φ86.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As you can see in the Image, it is the best design. I thought it was too thin at first, but when I put it on, the power is as strong as MotoGEAR because of its length.:I was confused between "1 Set of 2pcs." and "Quantity:1 Set of 3pcs. is very good to increase the Sports feel.
Was the installation difficult?
I personally have removed the Exhaust pipe and Silencer many times and had no problem at all.
The only thing I have to say is that since I changed from Φ100, I did not have enough Offset for the Bracket, so I measured the color and Bolt for that and bought additional ones.
How was your experience with it?
The sound quality was quite good as well as the Design.
The thinner the sound is, the thicker the sound becomes, and I feel that the sound quality has become like that of a Large Motorcycle.
Is the volume itself not so LARGE because of its length?
In any case, we were quite satisfied with the results.

Buy for Φ86
[How is it used?
I changed the silencer of my YAMAHA/XJR400R from MotoGEARΦ100 to K2tecΦ86 and bought this silencer band for Φ86.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was just as Image.
Other manufacturers also had Φ86, but Silencer itself is also a K2tec product, so we decided to choose this one, which is also from the same manufacturer.
Was the installation difficult?
If you have ever done a Silencer replacement, it is not a LARGE task.
Also, even if you have never done this before, it is not that difficult a task.
How was your experience with it?
It is not particularly good or bad. It's a special product, so it's not surprising.

The inner rubber part is very easy to come off, I think it is the same for MotoGEAR and OthersBand, but the rubber part of this product is easily gapped.

I am concerned about the Gold genus sound, but ….
It has been a month since they were installed and they are performing well.
We have made it a mixed Spec. so there is less White smoke.
I am wondering if there is a pin hole for removing oil?
If anyone knows, we would appreciate it if you could let us know.

I think it is a Cospa Large product.
The Engine is not in perfect condition yet, but the sound quality and volume are not bad.
If anything, it would be nice to have identification for each Cylinder. In alignment. [Color] Clear paint was damaged.

Chamber replacement
I was looking for the next chamber because my Normal chamber broke due to age deterioration, and I was able to purchase it at a low price on sale.
I am happy with the sound as it is quieter than NORMAL and has a ParaPara and Chamber-like sound. I am satisfied with the sound. I am satisfied with the sound. The low speed is not so bad, so I was not bothered by the level. I am satisfied with the light weight and good design.

Off low road rehab! (LOL)
I rode a KTM 350LC−4EXC until I was in my late 30's and then turned to On road. Now that I am a few years away from returning to the road, I want to drive an Off car again!" I was so eager that I bought a Yamaha XG250 TRICKER (NORMAL 2013 FI) as a Second Motorcycle.
First, we lowered one FSprocket and raised two RSprockets, installed Armor Handguard and Wide Footpeg from Zita and Skid plate from Y's Gear, then replaced the battery with a Lithium battery from Shorai to reduce weight, and finally replaced the heavy Next, the battery was replaced with a Shorai Lithium battery to reduce weight, and finally, the OEMSilencer was replaced.
Since there are fewer unpaved forest roads nowadays, we have no choice but to use Main for town driving, so we decided to use this product based on the volume. The product is very accurate, and the replacement work was completed in about 20 minutes without any difficulty.
Thanks to the Baffle, I don't have to worry so much about my neighbors when I start up in the morning. It was supposed to be a rehabilitation program to get back the feeling of being off the road, but it's too much fun!

Buy for Circuit Running
The construction is solid and the product is good. The inside is also well filled with sound deadening material. The cost performance is quite good. The weight is not too heavy for a stainless steel, and the Silencer plug is 60.5 to 60, which allows the exhaust to exit directly, so the sound is quite loud. It is very loud because of that. It is impossible to use it on public road. The attached baffle makes it quite small, but the level is too high to be inspected.
As for the sound, I purchased it with an understanding, so I had no problem.

There is no exhaust leakage.
The entire project is now Torque fully.
Around 1000~3000 rpm I lost some Torque when starting off, but this is resolved when I put on the pig nose.
Around 5,000 rpm The valley is nicely eliminated and the car turns comfortably from the bottom to the top.
The power band goes from 6000~7500 rpm and then from about 9000 rpm to the second stage of the power band.
It spins to 11,000 rpm with plenty of time to spare, and it looks like it will turn more than that, but I'm afraid so I stop it.
It was more comfortable to change the combination of the three depending on the road to be driven:raising the needle position by one more step, with or without pig nose, and using Air cleaner OEM.

K2TEC for TZR 250 1KT
Well It's fantastic to see that Webike is a professional company to deal with . I purchased a set of K2TEC Straight Exhaust Chamber TYPE-1 from Webike on the 30th April 2022 for my rebuild of my bike as the rebuild was still to start I selected to have the parts shipped by sea to save costs generally been advised not to due to rough handling and damage due to the extended time for shipping. I watched anxiously as the delivery date approached 4th July I picked up from the post office got home and WOW what a profession job of packing and presentation , I letter thanking me for the purchase outlining the product I purchased, all parts individually wrapped and secured in the strong outer packaging much better than other companies I have purchased from. Satisfied only in terms of weight reduction.
Purchased for my TT250R, the OEM comparison exhaust system is 3.9kg while this one is 2.2kg, which is a weight reduction of 1.7kg.
OEMExhaust System parts are still available, but they cost about 60,000 yen, so Other Brand Products may be cheaper in many cases.
After installing the Fee Ring, it seems that the engine simply runs better, probably because there is no catalytic converter. The power at low rpm is less, but at high rpm it seems to be more powerful. I don't feel that I was particularly particular about the performance, and it would probably be possible to achieve the same performance by installing a simple cylinder of the same diameter.
What was very disappointing was the warranty. The middle bracket was completely broken off from the weld and damaged in 8 months after less than 10,000 km of purchase. I use it more than 90% for on road touring. I only drove it once on a Flat forest road. No falls.
I inquired if there was a warranty, etc. Warranty is limited to two weeks, so pay up." An exhaust system that breaks in two weeks is probably a design error, not a warranty. Personally, I think that a product that can not last for one year on the road is defective. It is nice to be able to buy a new Exhaust System for TT250R in this day and age, but the strength of the Exhaust System should be examined and tested.
The installation was done after temporarily fixing and determining the Layout, and it does not appear that an excessive load was applied.
YOSHIMURA offers a 2-year warranty. To be honest, there is no Full Exhaust System with only 2 weeks warranty. 2 weeks means that you may or may not do any touring after installation.
Next time I will not buy Kay TwoTEC products. I would not recommend them to others from a warranty standpoint.

I was able to buy it at a reasonable price. The one that originally came with it will be the one that came with the Exhaust System.

Great value for the price
When you consider that these are mild steel and come with silencers then its hard to knock them at the price. They came well packed and arrived undamaged. I have not tested them on a bike yet, but looking at the paint i think you might want to redo that as it will probably burn off quickly and they would rust. As I said thought, there are not many aftermarket pipes you can get for this money for a YPVS. View detail

I think the overall construction is good. It is a 320 100pcs 60 Punching, I used it with Earls Gear's Titanium Kan Exhaust System, the Idling is not very stable when the inner silencer is taken out. For vehicles with TSUKIGI exhaust pipe and external air cleaner
The engine has a good release and turns smoothly up to the high RPM range.
This makes it difficult to use because of the lack of torque in the low and mid RPM range.
Even with the Baffle installed, the volume is so loud that it takes a lot of care to start the engine and makes you tired when touring. Still, it is quieter than TSUKIGI's Short Silencer.

Exclusive for Φ89Aluminum silencer
I purchased it at the same time as K2TEC's Φ89Aluminum silencer.
It is a dedicated product, so it can be Exactly fixed to the outer circumference of the Silencer.
Since it's a Φ89, I thought a silencer band for Φ90 would work. I tried to fix it with the band for Φ90 that I had on hand, but there was a gap and it was wobbly. (Lol)
So, if you are considering purchasing K2TEC's Φ89Aluminum silencer, we recommend you to purchase this silencer band at the same time.

To sound like a 2-stroke.
Carburetor setting is tried variously and Main190Throw25 ni−dollar third step from the top to the bottom Smooth and fine adjustment is used by Air Screw with 1.75 back now, the top does not change much with no−maru, but the bottom and the middle Torque up no−maru are remarkable.
