【TANAX】Light Sport Side Bag Review
Fits: DUCATI Scrambler Icon, HONDA CB400SF, KAWASAKI Ninja400, SUZUKI V-strom250, Others
I'm so glad I bought it!
I bought this bag because I am planning to go on a 3-night touring trip during the Golden Week. I drove about 300km with it on and had no problems. I am looking forward to overnight touring.

Good looking and Tarpaulins fabric repels dirt and water!
I installed it on my beloved Ninja 250SL! Good water repellency! (The KSystemBelt (the surface fabric is Tarpaulins and repels water and dirt) makes it easy to put on and take off! The only point that I personally regret is that it interferes with the OEM rear blinker and I could not install it as it is. A little more Easy to interfere with Rear blinker." I wish you had emphasized that… I was a little disappointed on that point…. View detail
Larger capacity than it looks. Some scuffs and scratches.
[How is it used?
I bought this bag so that I can hold a large Seat bag stably without using a Carrier for camping touring, etc.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It arrived in Beauty condition.
Well, it is a Large size.
How was your experience with it?
I didn't want to use the Carrier as much as possible because it is a pain to remove once it is attached.
I purchased the Side bag because I thought it would be easy to remove and would hold the Seat bag steady while still providing capacity.
The rear sets of sports type motorbikes are narrow, so it is difficult to fix a large seat bag tightly with a single body, but by securing a substantial area with a side bag, it was possible to fix it tightly even with a full load of camping gear.
The capacity is fairly large, and a sleeping bag or so can fit in it if pushed in.
Note, however, that long items are difficult to store.
The product does not seem to have a waterproof function, and there is a cover sold separately, but I did not purchase it because it was cheap for the price and seemed to be made to blow away when driving at high speeds.
For this reason, it is best to pack in a waterproof bag, such as a Tarpaulin Bag or a compression bag, and then pack in a side bag.
Neoprene is used for the contact surface with the cowl, but after repeated use, there will be some scratches and scuffs. If you are concerned about this, it would be safer to apply anti-scratch film or masking tape.
[Points to note]
Single body is not waterproof.
Some scuffs and scratches can be made on the contact surface of Cowl.
It is difficult to put in items with dimensions.
The zipper should be closed at the top or at the bottom, as the zipper may come down while running.
If it is set to Fender Eliminator, it interferes with Blinker.
How did it compare to other products?
I have not used any other Side bag, but I think it is not a bad product considering the price.

New TANAX Side Back
When riding a SSMotorcycle, the load capacity for long distance touring is a problem It is useful when a bag alone is not enough The sporty look of the Cowl's interfering parts are made of a stretchy fabric like Jersey It also maintains a certain amount of adhesion
The Rain Cover is not included, so you can put something in it that can get wet, or you can use the Vinyletc It is recommended to put things in a sealed state in the Vinyletc One of the drawbacks is that the position of the Jersey fabric that interferes with the cowl is narrow and may not fit the shape of the cowl There may not be any
If you're worried about it, you might want to consider buying one after fitting your own Motorcycle I think
