I purchased this bracket for my Z900RS with a Bikini cowl so that there would be no interference with the bracket. The existing Bikini cowl bracket seemed to be large and strong, but when I installed it, the gap was too narrow and it was hard to tighten the screws.
I'm a little concerned about the gap so maybe I'll go back to the original Bracket, I think it's essential depending on the shape of the Cowl.
