【K-FACTORY】Clutch Release K Type Review
Fits: KAWASAKI NINJA ZX-14R, KAWASAKI ZZR1400, KAWASAKI ZZR1400, KAWASAKI ZZR1400, KAWASAKI ZZR1400, KAWASAKI ZZR1200, KAWASAKI ZRX1200 DAEG, KAWASAKI ZRX1200, KAWASAKI ZRX1100, KAWASAKI ZZR1100, KAWASAKI ZZR1100, KAWASAKI GPZ900R, KAWASAKI GPZ900R
I like it.
Many users seem to use the OEM release of the ZZr1400, but I chose this one. I replaced the clutch master with this one right after purchasing the car, and I also replaced the clutch master at the same time, so I am not sure if the clutch lightening effect was effective or not, but I had enough time for a downhill touring of about 200km without any grip fatigue. However, when combined with brembo 17RCSMASTER, I feel that the stroke is a little insufficient, but there is no trouble such as difficulty in entering the GEAR. The installation is not particularly difficult as all you have to do is remove the OEM and replace it with the new one.

K-FACTORY Clutch release
We use a Radial master 5/8 made by Nisshin in combination with a short lever.
I used to use the old model Release made by KFACTORY, but I wanted to make the Clutch a little lighter.
I purchased the new Type Release. 。 The result was somewhat lighter.
If the MASTER side is also changed to Small diameter Type, it can be expected to be even lighter.
The design and build quality of the old model was better than the new one. I felt that the design and build quality of the old model was higher quality.

ZrX1200 DAEG Clutch
I purchased this product to reduce the weight of my ZrX1200 DAEGClutch. The quality of the product is very good. The feel is lighter than OEM.
I was not sure how it would compare with other companies' products, but I chose Kfhaku because it was more expensive.

This is not enough.
The diameter is almost the same as the NORMAL diameter, so there is no large difference, but the internal structure is the same as the NORMAL diameter.
The slippery construction is supposed to reduce operating resistance.
The fundamental solution is not possible without changing the MASTER, so the OEMMASTER of KawasakiH2Carbon and
It is being used in conjunction with the brembo. This makes it lighter than brembo.

ZX14 remedy for heavy clutch lever.
The stock size of the piston on slave is 35.7mm. Small changes here have big gains. K-Factory slave is 36.4mm with teflon wear ring that reduces friction. This already gives a good gain. I went with combination of RCS(Ratio Click System) 18 or 20 mm on the master. This will give options and keeps the lever travel shorter as the bigger slave has the negative side effect of increasing the travel on the lever. This to keep the travelclose to stock and the piston design was the key for choosing K-Factory over Oberon that has whopping 38mm piston. That is way too much in my opinion but if you are only changing the slave then maybe but I think even so I would go with K-Factory. The quality appears lot better on K-Factory. View detail
The Piston was sticking.
P.S..
I forgot to write something in my last post, so I'll add it.
I forgot about it because it's not a problem to worry about so much once the installation is done perfectly.
First of all, this Release was sent in a crimped Vinyl bag, but when I took it out of the bag, the Piston was stuck and would not move! I thought about it for a while, and then I tried to pneumatically pressurize it, but it wouldn't work! Then I sprayed it with CRC. Then I sprayed it with CRC, put on a plastic head that matched the size of the pistons, and used a gold hammer to delicately tap it. Then I put the head of the plastic that fit the size on the head.
Thanks to this, the Wound of the pliers came on before I used it.
Sorry for all the bad reviews, but I'm writing the facts.
If you don't apply Grease etc. when shipping, you should do something. If you don't have a process to apply the Grease, you should do something about it.
