YES, cut-outs are very beautiful, anodized and even.
Was the installation difficult?
Easy to replace with OEM.
How was your experience with it?
No complaints as it's just for looks.
Level gauge becomes unusable and cannot be turned by hand. (You can turn it around if you try hard enough) Although there are some inconveniences such as

Helpful in preventing Prank
It looks better than the OEM resin cap and requires a hexagonal wrench to open and close, but there is no oil level gauge, so the OEM cap must be kept in stock. View detail

I have it on my Ducati SCRAMBLER and when I changed the oil, I had to use Hexagonal I use Wrench to open and close the Cap, but the paint came off a bit
