【NISSIN】[NISSIN Repair Parts for Master Cylinder] Master Cylinder Repair Kit Review
Fits: Others
Size of Circlip was different
The size of the Circlip was different and the included items could not be used.
I was going to use this Repair kit to make everything new, but alas.
Circlip reused the previous ones.
I think quality control during shipping is inadequate.
I have already assembled it and do not wish to return or exchange it.

Rear brake master OH
The car was 10,000 km old and had been used for 10 years, but we decided it was time to replace it.
Large is correct.
The seal had lost its tension and the tip had become rounded.
Piston shape is different, so the piston has to be re-youth.
Replace CupSeal and Return spring.
Dust Boots shape is also different, so reYouth.
This setting is supposed to be for front master.
But that's just it...
The assembly could be done easily by setting up the parts that would take care of it.

For Brake masterOH
Purchased a used car that is 10 years old and has a little over 10,000 km,
I thought it was time to replace it. I thought it was time to replace it.
Parts is Piston and CupSeal is Quantity:Set and
Return spring and Solid Type Cup.
The removed OEM Product had a sagging CupSeal and had lost its tension.
DAYTONA products look exactly the same as OEM products, but CupSeal has a taut pin and seems to apply firm pressure.
After the replacement, I feel that BrakeTouch has become clearer.

It is only an Other Brand Product.
I used it on a TriumphTIGER800 Rear master cylinder OH.
First of all, the size of the OuterDust Boots is different when removing them, so be sure to remove them without damaging them so that they can be reused.
Inner Piston is the same in size.
You can see how grateful we are to have CupSeal in the Inner Kit Package with Rose!
Remove CupSeal from vehicle OEM Piston.
Replace CupSeal only.
It's similar to the technique of old car maintenance where parts are difficult to procure.
If this is not the case, then replacing the MASTERAssy with an external one would be one of the methods.

OH of DAYTONANISSIN Master Cylinder
The BrakeTouch on my Z650 (Zapper) is getting worse, so I thought I would use the DAYTONANISSINMaster Cylinder OH and bought a repair kit.
Replacement is not particularly difficult if you have Snap Ring Pliers. It is more time-consuming to bleed the air after replacement.
Comparing the removed parts with the new seals, we found that the elasticity of the rubber and the tension of the rips were stiffer on the new seals, indicating that they had deteriorated to a certain degree.
Touch has improved a lot with the replacement, so I think it was effective to do it.
However, the DAYTONANISSINMaster Cylinder (different piston size) used in another vehicle (GN125H)
No deterioration of Touch despite longer use than Z650.
The degree of deterioration varies widely depending on the vehicle used, the use of brakes, and the piston size of the MASTER.

Touch is now better.
I bought this for the Nissin OEM Master Cylinder Repair for my 98 GSF1200, and although it is not available for the Nissin OEM, I thought it was a bad idea since it is a Horizontal Type and the piston diameter and shape are the same. I was very pleased with the results. I had to choose between the Ichi and the Drumstick, but since you post a picture of the part number itself, I was able to purchase the Large. View detail
