【KOOD】Front Axle Shaft Review
Fits: HONDA CT125 CT110 HUNTER CUB, HONDA CROSS CUB 110, HONDA CROSS CUB 50, HONDA SUPER CUB C125
Precision!
The NORMALShaft distortion seems to be Large and does not fit the exit hole when the Shaft is rotated.
The Coode shaft is highly accurate and penetrates almost without resistance.
I am satisfied with the KOOD engraving on the head of the shaft, which is hardly visible.

The difference is obvious.
I was considering SP Mukawa's Hollow Bolt, but after reading the impressions of this product, my heart was moved.
There was once a time when parts called Front Fork Stabilizer were popular.
Motorcycle front fork with upper and lower Three-Pronged Fork and Axle Shaft with Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) are connected.
Quantity at the top of the bottom case between the bottom Three-Pronged Fork and the Axle Shaft, which is the longest distance.:Pair (for Left and Right) This is a Parts to increase the strength of the entire Front fork by connecting the
In the case of the CUB, the Three-Pronged Fork is only on the bottom, and the Front Fork is connected to the Three-Pronged Fork and the Axle Shaft in only two places, so it is obvious how much effect an increase in the strength of the Axle Shaft would have.
In addition, the precision of the product (i.e., as close to straight as possible) and the hard plating reduces rotational resistance.
Installation is simply a matter of replacing the OEMParts, so if you have the proper tools, it takes only 10 minutes.
From the moment the installation is complete and the Center Stand is lowered Ale?" I thought
The motorcycle moves forward as if it were on a downhill.
Clearly, the rotational resistance of the front wheels has been reduced.
The feeling of improved acceleration and fuel economy, or the feeling of sticking without Downshift on uphill roads, may be the Brush-bo effect.
While driving, the road surface conditions are now more palpable than before.
It may be that what was previously missed by Axle Shaft deflection is now being transmitted to Direct.
I like this feeling, but some may not like it.
Shaft1 pc is only 1000 yen for OEM parts and 3000 yen for SP Mukawa, while this is over 20,000 yen, and it is not a part that can be seen at a glance, so it is not considered by the dress-up crowd.
The high precision and finish of Parts can be seen just by holding it in one's hand.
I hate putting sticky Stickers on my car, but I was so impressed with how great this Axle Shaft is that I put the included Sticker on the Bottom case.
We recommend it to those who want to ride more comfortably and pursue the original Motorcycle riding style.

KOOD Front axle shaft
The difference can be seen from the handling of the motorcycle. The Axle Shaft is straight and stable, and has less wobble at low speeds. It may not look like a PR item to others, but I can assure you that it is the first part you should buy! View detail
Change that can be felt
Since there was no imprementation of KOOD's Shaft on the CUB, I bought it as a human pillar.
Installed on Front of CROSS CUB (JA45).
The conclusion is that it is so effective that it can be felt.
Changes due to city driving below 60 km/h are described for each Situation.
? pushing and shoving ?
It is obviously lighter. Especially when pushing.
Once they start rolling, they try to keep going.
? Starting and Acceleration
The Zero has a light start.
The feeling of acceleration at very low speeds is also improved, but this is drowned out by the engine power as the speed increases.
Acceleration from medium to high speed remains the same.
? Running (straight line)
The distance to run empty with AxelOff increased.
When decelerating and releasing Brake just before stopping, there is a sensation that Front is still trying to go forward.
? Driving (Corner)
Handlebar seems lighter.
The lightness when banking the Motorcycle has become stronger.
in the worst possible terms I'm dizzy." So, there may be differences in tastes here.
This change is especially noticeable at low speeds.
In terms of stability during banking and direct feeling to the road surface, we did not feel any change.
As a conclusion, the Merit due to the reduced friction of the front wheel was
This was especially true at low speeds.
We compared the weight with OEMShaft and found them to be almost identical.
We surmise that the change in Motorcycle is not a reduction in weight, but an increase in precision and rigidity.
I was skeptical, but I am glad to see that it worked properly.
I later replaced the Rear Shaft with a KOOD.
I didn't feel it was as effective as when I replaced the Front
If interested, we recommend replacing the Front first.
