The fourth Exhaust System to convince me.
Delta barrel4, BEET Nasert Down Type Exhaust System, OUTEX, and YOSHIMURARS-4J
I had considered FMF, but I heard it was too noisy, so I chose YOSHIMURA because I had learned from the sound of the Delta barrel.
I am glad I chose YOSHIMURA because it is not too urky and has a moderate sound.

Still the best Performance in NORMALecu
I installed it on both my wife's Course-only WR250X and our MainMotorcycle's 2007 WR250X.
As a result of trying 3 kinds of SilencerMAJOR of other companies, 3 kinds of MAJOR of other companies for Exhaust pipe also, in NORMALecu, RS4j for OEM Exhaust pipe, Air As for the Air cleaner, if it is OEM, the Meterco correction is 0, and if it is K&NAir cleaner, coPlus1, the Data was taken that the best Performance was demonstrated from low speed to high speed with the best balance.
The above setting was the best for the Course, urban areas, various windings, highways and all.
I am happy if it becomes the reference of the noble brother who uses RS4J for OEMExhaust pipe.

I was able to overcome the exhaust leak.
Yes, I finally got over this guy's exhaust leak completely.
And I'm talking about the Manufacturer-specified method of assembling it with the Manufacturer-specified OEM exhaust pipe and a new OEM Gasket!
In conclusion, I came to the conclusion that the combination of Normal exhaust pipe and YOSHIMURARS-4J is the most fun for WR250X personally.
I talked to a friend of mine who is an engineer at Yamaha about the exhaust leak and he told me that the OEM gasket expands and partially melts due to the heat of the exhaust pipe and it is firmly attached to the exhaust pipe and mid pipe to prevent the exhaust leak.
Due to the stainless steel material used in the YOSHIMURA exhaust system and the special shape of the mid pipe, the standard equipment clamp may not be able to apply enough force to the mid pipe. In addition, in order to get the best match with the Yoshimura Exhaust System, it was necessary to use the upper and lower quantity clamps when connecting the exhaust pipe to the mid pipe in a temporary fix.:Pair (for Left and Right) They say it's important to match the gap evenly before fixing it.
As per Ad Vise, Clamp is a brand new DRC Material.:Stainless SteelClamp (This clamp is a gem of strength that does not lose its roundness no matter how many times it is tightened and loosened.) and TRY to buy the OEM Gasket Set that I had to buy again because of the Yoshimura Exhaust System exhaust leak many times!
Assemble and start the engine. Mm-hmm.
I knew there was a tiny exhaust leak.
However, I remembered what the Yamaha engineer had told me, and idling firmly, the exhaust pipe and silencer came up to a solid heat. A few more minutes
Oh, White smoke is coming from the joint between Exhaust pipe and Mid pipe.
But it still won't stop leaking exhaust, it's still heat melting or expanding, good luck Gasket!
Okay, I'm going to take a 10 minute run down the Regional Farm Road Winding in front of my house to get some solid heat!
Then I ran the engine in 2nd or 3rd gear with high rpm for about 30 seconds.
Then I came home and the cooling fan was running and it was nice and warm.
And remove the Heat Guard of the exhaust pipe, and check the exhaust leak in the state of no wind in the garage, and check it all over with the tester of the non-combustible fiber of the very thin which can feel the incense stick and a little exhaust pressure.
I did it. The exhaust leak is completely gone.
Finally fixed the exhaust leak on this guy.
It's a very normal thing to do, but it's obvious, but I was impressed.
Because, the combination of YOSHIMURARS-4J and OEM exhaust pipe is the most comfortable to run WR250X with only fuel correction by Meter with NORMAL ECU, and it has punch, and it is the best match that can handle anything from Circuit to Winding, FlatDirt, and town riding. Because it stood the best matching which can do anything, WR250X of my wife's course exclusive WR250X and WR250X of our main machine are also this YOSHIMURA, OEMExhaust pipe (Light tune for intake Solenoid removal and ais removal only) I wanted to make the WR250X so I can finally enjoy the WR250X with peace of mind.
Well, in conclusion, maybe the reason why I couldn't overcome the exhaust leak 3 times with OEM exhaust pipe is because I didn't burn it enough, but I'll tell you clearly.
YOSHIMURA, Tadao could not eliminate the exhaust leak completely no matter what he did. You can if you weld it, though.
By the way, the Yoshimura rs-4j that I bought before and installed on my WR250X was working normally without this trouble, so I wonder if there are individual differences.
In any case, the 5000 points that I got by buying the Exhaust System were wasted on the Gasket. No, no, no, I used about 2000 yen extra Gold!
YOSHIMURA, please make something with more uniform precision and solidity, because the performance is good.
Well, the usYOSHIMURARS2Initial Model for WR250X that I used in the past didn't have a cut in the mid pipe, and even though it was designed to fit the OEM exhaust pipe, it didn't fit and I had a hard time with no Browning. I made a cut in the pipe with Grinder and Leutor.
Performance is good, but accuracy is a problem.
But if you get it right, you can't go wrong with the performance.

Believe it or not, even with the OEM Exhaust pipe and a new Gasket, I have exhaust leaks!
This Exhaust System has a good sound and performance.
WR250X, FMFQ4 and PowerPipe2Quantity to run through the Winding today.:I combined this with the OEM Exhaust pipe from Set and a new Gasket.
However, it is an exhaust leak from the joint part of Exhaust pipe and Mid pipe as expected. It is a considerable quantity.
I tried using MORIWAKILiquid Gasket to fix the problem, but it didn't work at all, even when I tightened the clamp.
I got rid of the box, mounting scratches, a little burn color and I can't return this stuff.
I'm already going to complain to Yoshimura and Webig at the end of the week.
I've never had a Pipe that leaked so much exhaust.
By the way, the same one I bought before has no exhaust leak at all with OEM exhaust pipe and new Gasket. This time the one I bought from Webig leaks.
What do you mean? I'm hoping for a response in the future.

It is not consistent with SP Tadao PowerPipe2.
I had installed YOSHIMURARS-4J and Tadao PowerPipe2 on my WR250X without noticing the small exhaust leak until now. Although I additionally purchased YOSHIMURARS-4J for WR250X2009 of my wife's course running exclusive vehicle which was newly added, I was able to run without any problem with OEM exhaust pipe and DeltaTorque head pipe, up to these two types of OEM Gasket without any difficulty! However, it was not possible to run with the OEM Gasket. However, when Tadao PowerPipe2 was combined with Liquid Gasket, some exhaust leak occurred from the seam of Exhaust pipe and Mid pipe.
I spent a few days working on various exhaust leaks, but the exhaust leak still wouldn't go away.
I tried my last hope on MORIWAKI's heat resistant Gasket, but it was fleetingly out.
When we checked our 2007 WR250X, we found that there was a small exhaust leak, which we did not notice at first.
So I talked to Yoshimura Japan directly and they said "We have not checked the compatibility of our exhaust pipes with other manufacturers' exhaust pipes, and we do not offer any follow-up or after-sales service for any other combination of OEM exhaust pipes and OEM new gaskets." That was the answer.
Well, it's true that the shape of the mid pipe, no matter how you try, the Tadao PowerPipe and the Mega bomb of FMF, etc. are governors, so it's probably only possible to weld.
I feel like a fool for believing in amateur blogs and Net stories.
Silent bomb3Quantity with combination of FMF Q4 and SP Chungman PowerPipe2:Set is the best in both sound quality and running on a public road, and Circuit etc. became the best to use two kinds for a public road and Circuit in InjectionMap without the standard Spark arrester or Baffle of the attachment.
However, if the exhaust leak can really be improved completely with Yoshimura and Tadao, I felt that it is the best exhaust system that can be legally enjoyed with the same setting for both public roads and circuits.
It is very regrettable.
