About the feeling of use - The breather cap is a work of art to look at in it's design and finishes and combined with an oil catch tank has resolved my engine oil loss caused from high RPM riding by allowing the oil vapour generated during this period of riding to be directing back to the engine via the clutch cover. Products to buy together - A key product to buy together with the breather cap is a oil catch tank that will allow for the collection and separation of the oil from the vapour output from the engine. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the breather cap is a simple task that took 0.2 of an hour to complete. Common sense and the use of basic hand tools is all that is required to secure the breather cap to the clutch cover. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products SP Takegawa sell to be on par when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the breather cap is no different. The design of this breather cap with it's rotating barbed hose fitting is what sets it apart from the others. About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the breather cap, I chose EMS for a earlier arrival date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - For my location, purchasing specialty products like this from Webike Japan is the only option. There are a few local stores selling parts for the Monkey 125 but the range is very limited. View detail

About the feeling of use, This breather cap is of a strong construction and comes with a moveable elbow that allows for greater flexibility on installation. Products to buy together, Some clear breather hose is a necessary product to buy and an oil catch tank would be ideal to add to your cart. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the breather cap for my installation was very easy due to the ease of access and simple nature of securing the cap into the engine cover using just my hand. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is good. You receive a complex designed part made from a high quality material with a matching finish. There are cheaper options available without the moveable elbow but this one is well worth the money. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. The order arrived within the estimated date range and was extremely well packaged. I found the link supplied to track my order very useful while I was waiting for the order to land in the country. Breather Cap for the SP Takegawa Clutch Cover

About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the breather cap from SP Takegawa, machined from aluminium with a gloss silver anodized surface finish and 12mm hose connection for your catch tank. About the feeling of use: A great solution for adding additional crankcase pressure relief to the SP Takegawa clutch cover with it's M30 by 1.5 pitch thread and swivel top which allows for positioning of your hose without any limitations. Products to buy together: Some 12mm clear breather hose from SP Takegawa would also be desirable to purchase along side the breather cap for you to be able to connect up to your catch tank or vent to atmosphere remotely. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes 5 minutes, remove the SP Takegawa oil filler cap and install and tighten the breather cap using a 21mm open end spanner. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a very high quality manufactured and designed breather cap for a fair price but there are cheaper options from the likes of KN Planning that will achieve the same operational results but not as cosmetically appealing. About shipping and packaging: Sea freight was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. SP TAKEGAWA Breather Cap for Honda Monkey 125

About quality and texture - Top quality. Extremely nice manufactured part with a smooth aluminium finish. About the feeling of use - Very happy with the overall use of this part, especially with the swiveling hose connection feature. Products to buy together - 12mm breather hose is needed to complete this setup. Takegawa have a clear hose and Kijima have a black hose depending on the look you are after, both available here on Webike. Difficulty of installation - I found the installation of this part simple and I would recommend to not swivel the hose connection unless necessary as an oil leak may develop from the O-ring over time. Cost performance and comparison with other products - Due to the materials used and the difficultly to manufacture a part like this I find the pricing reasonable. I see other options here on Webike cheaper but the quality looks better from Takegawa. About shipping and packaging - I think Webike are doing their best with shipping pricing, so I'm happy. Packages ship within 24 hours and arrive very quickly from Japan.
