more free space than expected.
Teflon appears to be a marketing gimmick. Can't say with confidence that there is teflon anywhere on this item. Product is good quality and finishing is decent, although the end that holds the cables had marks from the mould. The rotation of the throttle tube when on the handle bars is smooth. However, there is more space between the throttle tube and the bars when installed. This does not seem to affect the functioning of the item. Installation was easy as expected with no significant issues encountered. However, product packaging was cheap looking, being a clear plastic bag with a stapled card board up top. Means you're paying for the product itself rather than packaging, which is good. Delivery was fuss free and fast as promised. Reccomended. Would be 5 stars if it were cheaper. Don't see why a piece of plastic would cost this much. Anything beyond this point is for the purposes of meeting the extremely long character requirements and not really worth your time. Item shipped with new handle bars and i was worried that they had forgotten to include the throttle tubes at first, since it was a mess of corrugated paper and the small throttle tube packaging was lost inside. The overall shopping experience would definitely be improved by a better unboxing experience. Wish the box it arrived in didn't look so crushed as well.

You can open end with ease.
I bought it to attach a Closed type hand guard.
I was worried when I bought it because I read in other reviews that the total length was too short, but Large seemed to be sturdy.
When installed, the distance from the end of the handlebar to the end of the throttle tube is about 7mm inward. 120mm PROGRIP grips were installed, and they protrude a little from the throttle tube.
Although there is a gap from the edge of the handlebar, I thought it was a safe design with sufficient clearance considering that a hand guard is attached.
If Bar End is attached, gaps may be a concern.

The Bar End for the Close type used in the past is said to have been discontinued, and the Open endSpec. Bar End was purchased.
There is no particular change in the feel of the Teflon treatment, but it is a good idea to have multiple Teflon coated parts because they are easily damaged in the event of a fall or other accident.
The price is also relatively inexpensive.

Pipe is a little long, so cut about 3mm for a just fit.
The amount of Throttle manipulation was reduced by about 16%, making it easier to ride.

Throttle now works better.
Apply a light coat of silicon spray and install.
No installation problems, no drilling required due to open end.
I'm not sure if it's because of the Teflon process, but it works much better.
