Purchased a used TT250R RAID carburetor because it was not working properly.
It is lightly pimped out in Kit condition.
As per the Instruction Manual, the Duct (Pig nose) of the Air Cleaner Box should be removed for blowing.
However, the CutterWay is rattling around in the Idling state, and it is very annoying!

I installed it on my KDX220sr. Because it is an old car in 1996, the intake manifold was hardened very much and the inner diameter is narrow, so I shaved it off with Cutter Knife or Leutor. So I ordered Kawasaki OEM parts from Internetz. The part that came is a soft intake manifold of Rubber. It went in in an instant!
