I was looking for a Shoulder and Elbow protector, which can be installed but are not included.
Both Size:There is a little bit of play on the jacket side, but it is a firm protector, so it will adjust to your body shape when you put it on and will be fixed in place effectively. It does not deform even if you hold it from above.
Winter jackets are thicker than the original jackets, and look stiffer when Protector is added. It is the opposite of the recently popular motorcycle wear that looks like regular clothes. But I personally like it.

It is thicker and more secure than the mesh protector that came with the Jacket. When I actually use the protector, I find that there is no airflow in the protector part. It feels very hot because the air can't escape properly. It is not good in summer. The mesh protector that comes with the mesh jacket is better.
