【DAYTONA】Headlight Relay Kit Review
I think it's a very good product
The lack of light quantity was pointed out at the last inspection, and I replaced the headlights from the original ShieldBeam to CIBIEH4, but the lack of light quantity was also pointed out at this inspection, so I did some research and found out that the BOOSTER sold by a certain manufacturer and a famous shop is the headlight side. I purchased HeadlightBOOSTER of DAYTONA because it seemed to be Large strange that there were two Relay in the Light and to put it in the Light.
Installation is easy and the two Relays are located on the Battery side, so just bracket it to an empty space under the Seat.
The brightness of the Light is also much brighter than I imagined.

It works (especially for old cars)
I have been dissatisfied with the brightness of the headlight for some time, but as it is an old motorcycle, I gave up. I found this product for improvement and tried it.
As a result, we were satisfied with the results.
It is easy to install, and since the Relay is located on the power supply side (Rear), wiring is easy even in the front cowl where there is little space.
It is difficult to make a simple comparison because I changed to the LED bulb at the same time as the Relay kit, but I am very satisfied that the light can be lit stably without being affected by the engine speed or the blinker ON/OFF.

It's so much brighter than it looks.
As I approach my 20th year, I'm starting to get bored in many areas…
At last, the default light level is not enough.
I found out that I was losing voltage with Wiring, and it was too much work to replace the 6V MONKEY/GORILLA Main Harness, so I decided to buy this if I could solve the problem here….
As a mechanism, Relay is activated by sensing the current to the existing light, and the current to the light is switched to the newly installed harness, which seems to be a Bypass-like mechanism.
As a result, it was the right choice.
The light intensity that was weakened to about half of the car inspection regulation was recovered enough. The car inspection is also without a problem. [Color] I was able to Clear.
Bulb is Reasonable LED Bulb "SPHERE LIGHT:Sphere LightMotorcycle LED Headlight RIZINGAlpha H4 Hi/Lo" I also tried PIAA's Highly Efficient Halogen Bulb, which was also brighter. In the end I decided to go with LEDs because they didn't seem to scatter the light.
It was easy to install although I had to take down the tank. You need to be careful because it is dangerous to install on the battery. Also, in the case of my motorcycle, the place where I wanted to wire was very narrow, and I had to remove the connector when I was handling it.
Because 6V MONKEY/GORILLA Main Harness itself is still bad, it is necessary to fix it before other parts are affected, but I think that only the wiring of Cell Motor etc. which use large power should be pulled back. I think that it is very excellent as a first aid. I just expect the durability of each parts.

Installed on KZ1000A2 1978y
NORMALsemiShieldLight is a bean ball Class, replaced with CIBIELens, but the LED flickers & doesn't look right.
It is easy to install. It becomes brighter without fail. Even in the evening, my Light is visible Level.
It is easy to see because there is no flicker or white flicker like LED.
If you have the space to install Relay around the battery, it's a better recommendation than changing to LED bulbs.

It works! It's brighter now!
An '88 GSX-R400. (GK73A) Used for
I installed this product that I have been interested in for some time because it was not able to pass the light intensity measurement at the time of every inspection without raising the Idling.
Because the gap of the hole of the Frame is small, I removed the terminal of the Coupler and pulled it through with the string.
What I am concerned about is that the Coupler is still not waterproofed.
(It's a non-Waterproof model, so the terminals could have been easily removed …)
This time I used Tape as a bandage, but I plan to change the Coupler to a flag shape at a later date and install the Waterproof Cover that was installed on the original OEM Coupler.
The original purpose of the light level was improved in appearance, so I think it will pass the next car inspection in one shot.
I'm also happy with my Relay now that it's new and I have one less thing to worry about failing.
