This is one of the best Guard around the Engine. It's well made, easy to install and fixed in 4 places.
It is safe. I really like it because it's more round than lumpy.

Large Small Stone Removal.
Not a product for DR250R
As others have noted, it is probably correct for KDX250!
Product for KDX250, but with the screw hole position and part of the product cut off, so that it can be installed on DR250R.
I thought about returning it, but I can install it...
In addition, the product I received had no BALIetc. at all!
It is clean enough, and I think any further end processing with vacuum molding would be a polishing process.
Installation
By re-drilling the two holes behind the screw holes 15mmLeft (moving the rear of the plate to the Right Side of the car body), it was possible to install the screw holes in the normal position.
Normal position:Quantity against U-shaped SIDEGuard welded to Frame:Pair (for Left and Right) Ability to install on an even etc.
The bracket had a 9mm hole, so an M6 nutter (NutRivet) was installed on the bracket side, and a long M6 bolt and a large washer were used to make a surprisingly firm stop.
The angle of the Plate does not match the Frame at all, so we have to bend the Plate forcibly while screwing it in place.
Since the installation was done in winter, I tightened the screws while warming them up with a dryer at first because I didn't want them to crack.
Since it is made of PP, once it is deformed, it will not crack the next time it is installed.
However, it was possible to install it, but it would not be able to achieve its original performance.
The rear part is too short and part of the Frame to SuspensionLINK is not covered.
Therefore, I don't think Link guard can be installed by itself.
However, the main problem is that it is not Fit to Frame because it is diverted from another car. This is due to the fact that the plastic alone is subject to impact.
Frame curvature, which is most likely to be impacted, does not fit the Frame
Specifically, the connection between the down tube side from the Steering base and the Frame coming from under the Engine is bent with a constant R in KDX250, but in DR250R, the welded U-shaped SIDEGuard part is bent in two steps with a straight line!
The straight part does not fit the skid plate, so there is a gap of a little more than 2 cm in the large size.
This is the area where you will get the most hits. Even if your opponent is a log, you'd better stop him.
The thickness of the board is about 3-4mm, so if it is deformed by 2 cm, it will definitely crack.
Unfortunately, it is not a Skid plate, but an expensive Small Stone Removal. Think of it as.

If it's an off-road vehicle, I'd like to have it.
DF200 DJEBEL does not have an Under Guard, even though it is an off-road motorcycle.
When driving on rough roads, Crankcase and Frame are covered with quite a bit of mud, and I think Small stones are also bouncing up and down.
On one occasion, a large branch was stuck in the crevice between the Crankcase and the Frame.
So, I took the plunge and bought it.
As it is an Exclusive Design product of the car model, we did not have to worry about the installation, and it was installed EXACTLY.
Front Fender and Side cover are White Material.:Because it is Plastic, it fits in as if it had been there from the beginning.
The DF200 DJEBEL/125 is small enough to cover only the lower part of the crankcase and the under frame, and the drain bolt is notched in a round shape.
Scraping out the mud that gets between the Crankcase and the Crankcase is also a simple matter of keeping it attached.
The price is a bit high.
However, I am grateful that they still continue to sell Parts for the DF200 DJEBEL, and if I think of it as the price Gold, it makes sense.

It has a nice poofy look, but it is subtle and precise.
Was the installation difficult?
It needs to be machined without any questions. The front of the skid plate interferes with the protrusion of the frame, so it is necessary to shave the plate and make a clearance. The Tracker & KLX originally come with an OEM aluminum Small Type Skid plate, which can be installed over the skid plate.
How was your experience with it?
As described in the product description, it makes it easier to get over obstacles, reduces mud stains on the underside of the engine, and makes it easier to lift the engine into and out of the maintenance stand. Although the drain hall is open, it is safer to remove the skid plate when draining the engine oil, even if it is troublesome. If you remove the oil without removing the skid plate, the inside of the skid plate will be covered with oil.

Carbon Wind
Mounting Bolt and Washer were Plating so
Mounted with Stainless Steel. The holes are perfectly positioned and there is no gap.
The color was closer to Silver than the product photo.
The size is just right and I am satisfied with Large.
