How was your experience with it?
This time we replaced the NInja1000 OEMChain.
The color Black was good, but the anti-corrosion performance was much lower than expected, so I chose Gold which is the highest grade of anti-corrosion grade. Since I usually use ThreeD made by EKChain, I received the impression that it was exactly Gold plating because the standard of feeling had become it. Also, although I knew, the design of the Link Plate is simple as if I punched out a flat plate, I felt something was missing in terms of a sense of three-dimensional.
The quality of the Single Item is good because it is a first class ChainBrand and the quality of the Plating and LINK accuracy is high. Therefore, I was able to do it smoothly without any problems regarding the installation.
In addition, it was felt that the push and pull of the vehicle became clearly lighter after installation. This is probably due to the high friction of the OEM EK Chain.
Even if you didn't like the flashy appearance or the shape, it was a high Value considering the performance and the purchase price, and you can say that it was a product with high purchase satisfaction.

The amount of caulking (caulking diameter) is checked beforehand to ensure that it is within the specified range.
If you tighten too much, the pin will be broken. When crimping, it is good to apply grease to the pin first, then crimp ⇒check ⇒crimping cycle several times.
How did it compare to other products?
I usually prefer the lightweight EKChain ThreeD, but the lack of experience with the DID Chain and the appeal of Webike's special Sale price made me buy it.

Not from the moment you push and pull the Motorcycle!
Chain and front and rear sprocket are also changed for review, so it may not be the same as Single Body;
First of all, the Motorcycle's push/pull is noticeably lighter after the replacement!
This is honestly surprising.
It has only been driven a short distance once, so durability is still to be confirmed, but it DID have the highest peak. (New Model 2 is out now) Chain, so there will be no problem.
The OEM Chain had not been used for such a long distance, but we felt that the quietness was a step above that of the OEM Chain.
I also tried driving down a mountain road in Neutral condition for a while to test it out, and I was able to make a lot of progress.
This is another proof of the low Friction.

You can't go wrong with DID's ZVM-X. It's a great Chain!
Finally, the replacement was done by myself, but it requires a special tool like the Chain Cut & Crimp tool, and it is a drivetrain job, so if you are not confident about it, it would be safer to have it replaced at a local shop.

525 Size's best work
It was used to replace a Chain that had been used for over 60,000 km in 3 years.
It is a replacement from ZVM2, the predecessor of ZVM-X.
By the way, the chain was not stretched at all even after that much use, and there was no sticking of the LINK, but there was a slight change in tension depending on the rotation of the Tire, and I suspected a one-sided stretching that could not be understood by eye or finger, so I replaced it.
One aspect of this is that we replaced the Chain just in case we were afraid of the Chain, which did not extend to an uncanny degree even after 6,000 km of use.
(As it turned out, Chain's one stretch was a false accusation, and the problem was actually on the Wheel side……)
The Chain had not been stretched after 60,000 km of use, but even so, it was somewhat worn, and the resistance when the LINK was bent was harder than the new one.
It is not that the new one you purchased is sticking, but that the Chain you were using was probably working looser than it should.
The fact that the O-rings bend lightly even though they are not stretched may indicate that the elasticity of the O-rings is less than new, and the sliding resistance may have decreased.
That's about the only difference from new.
So the replacement has not suddenly reduced the feeling of friction, made it quieter, or improved fuel economy.
