To be honest, I was worried about the price until I decided to buy one. I was also worried about whether I should get the high seat or the footpeg seat. The reason why I decided to go with the footpeg seat is because the High seat has a shape that makes the seating position too far back, and also because it just doesn't look good after installation.
This is my impression when I installed it (I am 180m tall and weigh 75g). The seat height has been raised enough. My knees were bent and both feet were sticky, but now my knees are extended and my feet are floating a little more than sticky.
The riding position used to be a bit cramped, but thanks to the extended knees, this has been eliminated a bit.
I don't know how much the seat height is actually increased, but I personally think it became a good feeling. And unlike the Normal seat, the seat doesn't slide back and forth when accelerating or braking, so I can drive with a good feeling.
from now on [Spiral's Seat is hard. But I don't care that much about it. It's just a personal subjective feeling, so it's different for each individual, but I think it's just right for me.
Honestly, if you're worried about the price, I think you should buy it. No, I get it...you're paying 30,000 for a….
The satisfaction after installation is also high, and the custom look is increased when the Seat is replaced. You'll be noticed. I think. I think it is more effective than the fancy Stickers.

Structural difficulties?
Here are my impressions after riding 1000km.
It was good point
The seat height has been raised by about 20mm as I expected, which makes positioning easier, and the anti-slip surface on the seat is stronger than expected, which reduces fatigue in the hips and back.
Bad point
There is a gap of about 1cm between the Motorcycle and Seat edge, and the Seat appears to be floating.
Also, the screw holes were so gapped that they could not be seen and needed to be adjusted. (I didn't see this in any other reviews, so maybe mine was just ha-gap.)

For Touring
I purchased this for my CRF250M that I use for commuting and touring.
Originally, I installed a Gel Zab and Positive drive on top of the Normal seat to reduce the load when riding for a long time. The first Gel Zab was not very effective, so I immediately replaced it with Positive drive, and it became a little easier to ride.
After all. You might as well change the whole Seat." and went to Complete high seat.
The Seat surface is a little wider and the Seat height is higher than NORMAL, but the footing did not change since the Seat was originally ridden with Gel Zab and other equipment installed on top of the Seat.
