【RFY】Gas-Filled Rear Shock Review
Fits: KAWASAKI ESTRELLA [Estrella]., KAWASAKI ESTRELLA [Estrella].
OEM or domestic would be better…
I bought this as an affordable external suspension because the OEM suspension was worn out, but it's worth the price.
It was hard, and Dumping was subtle, and it hurt my butt.
I think the road surface and the suspension are not matched.
good point
You can buy it for less than 20,000 yen.
It is a BlackBody, so it will tighten up the body.
If you like it hard, this is the one for you.
A bad point
●Sus movement is weak, so the Corner is difficult to ride.
It is not suitable for touring in Japan.
It's a preference, but I think it's easier to ride with a softer suspension to some extent, external suspension is good, but I thought you could tell the difference with new OEM suspension.

It is so-so good.
I put it on my SRV250 and so far, no problems. Good purchase. View detail
I will never buy from them again.
It has been used for 1 year and 2000 km.
While driving on the road for the first time, there was an area where Asphalt had caved in and we passed through it at about 40 km/h.
The impact of the overtopping caused the Bolt enclosing the Gas to fly off.
The enclosed Gas leaked all over the place, and I almost fell over because of the sticky Oil on the Tire.
Normally, the bolt that seals the gas would not come off in such a degree.
It was a Touring destination and it was scattered.
Personally, this is the worst Level of product I have ever bought.

It was blurred at high speed.
I have no problem with the large size for city driving.
Wobbling occurred on the softer setting when accelerating on the highway with some Power applied.
Although it may be Large sturdy if you raise the Pre-road.
I was wobbing so much that I could have fallen over.
It is too dangerous to try to reproduce.
Moreover, the ride quality is terrible when the pre-road is set hard.
This is a symptom that was not at all present in the one with a sub tank of the same manufacturer that I had previously installed.
Comparing the two, the thickness of the Spring is noticeably different.
The price is almost the same, but the Sub tank is probably safer.

It's working better than I thought.
It is the one that I bought for the time being, but it is moving unexpectedly.
It's rather soft.
Dumping also feels a little weak.
It's fluffy to say the least.
I haven't gotten to high speed yet, so I don't know the details.
It's working more than for rolling.
It's good for city driving.

It's a rare rare shock on est, so I'm happy with it
ESTRELLA's Rear shock is the only one officially supported by YSS.
RFY didn't have a great reputation, so I was apprehensive, but I'm excited to give it a try! So I bought it!
It was harder than the NORMAL Spring, and it was right on target.
Initial is quite high from the start, so it may be set up like the Asia is for 2 or 3 passengers. I ride on the weakest setting. Also the Damper is weaker than the Spring, so there is a little bit of bouncing at times, but still not enough to make me nervous.
Installation should be done in the direction as shown in the picture, otherwise they will make contact with each other.
It may be a bit of a mixed bag, but I was satisfied with my Level at first.
