【DAYTONA】Motorcycle Intercom DT-KIKUDAKE Review
Perfect for audio verification of Navigation.
I bought and installed this to listen to the navigation system used in my Ta-Brett. (The Bluetooth version is outdated, so I had to use this.)
The helmet is Arai's ASTRAL X. The body is fixed with a hook only made of gold. There is a space in the helmet where the speaker can be installed, and it is fixed by taking a thin Sponge, and there is no uncomfortable feeling after installation.
The jack that connects the speaker cable to the body is supposed to be placed inside the helmet in the instruction manual, but I found it difficult to do so, so I fixed it to the side with Magic tape. If possible, I would have preferred a structure that allows me to insert the jack directly into the body.
The AAA batteries are easy to replace and keep in reserve. You can also listen to FM radio, which is convenient. It's convenient to listen to FM radio, but the volume is different from the navigation guide, so you need to adjust the volume on the navigation side.

communicate by wire
It's a great product to use, but
Due to the failure of the wired Disconnection there is
If it's a broken wire near the Speaker
Speaker for Repair is available as a Single Item at a discount.
Wallet-friendly maintenance is possible.
However, the disconnection between Body to Jack
It was overwhelming and troubling.
To prevent wires from getting caught when removing and installing the full face.
Even if you take care of it, the disconnection will continue, even as a User.
I can't think of any more countermeasures.
I tried a wireless Earphone after 3 wires were broken.
When I take off the helmet, it falls off and I can't do anything about it.
After all, there are no other flat Speaker options.
I bought a fourth one.
Rather than adding FMRadio functionality
I wonder if you could take care of the disconnection near the Body exit of the line.
The disconnection near the Speaker is

By putting it in, it's totally gone.

This is the second one I've purchased.
After using the first one, I was satisfied with the sound quality and operability of the Large. Since it is battery-powered, I did not have to worry about recharging, and this was a deciding factor in my purchase. However, the wire was disconnected or the One Side was not usable. One Side became unusable. After that, I replaced it with the one I had been using before and considered other products. Then I arrived at the second one. View detail
Battery-powered is the best
I purchased Repeat
I bought this for another Helmet.
I am more of a long distance touring person, so I run for 10 hours or more, but the rechargeable type only lasts about 6 hours at most…
This is a battery that can be replaced right away, and the battery is durable for about 10 hours without replacement. (We have a track record of 20 hours (10 hours continuous) with a brand-new AAA without replacement.
Certainly if you want. "Wish I could pick up the phone?" I like it very much because Navigation and music are enough for me, and I would rather concentrate on the road conditions than on the phone!
Also, I rarely use the built-in FM. (I'm not sure if it's a good idea for city driving since the base station will change soon and you won't be able to hear it anymore …)
I have seen some postings that the terminals were damaged when replacing the batteries, but even in Japan, they are still Small Type electronic components, so if handled with care, I have not experienced any problems except for the initial defects.

The sound quality is beyond anything I could have imagined!
The sound quality was beyond my expectations.
The control button is also large, so it can be operated instantly without mishandling, even while driving.
It was the right decision to replace it with this one.
However, Speaker's One Side broke after one year.
I haven't handled it roughly, of course, and I haven't driven it in the rain, but I wonder if the durability is like this.
