Beautiful laser cut
I am building a custom vehicle with a Motorcycle called Yamaha's XV750E.
We are in the process of completely rebuilding the seat rail.
We are working with steel welding, but it is very time consuming to start cutting out even the smallest brackets.
Also, since we cut them out by hand, we cannot by any means make "exactly the same thing".
The savior in this situation is the Weld Bracket.
2%er also offers a similar Weld Bracket, but this time I went with GOODS' because I liked the Steel and the dimensions were just right.
We do not have a TIG welding environment, so it is inevitably Steel.
There is a lot of welding with Pipe, but I think the thickness is just right and there is little chance of failure.
Since they are still too thin, they may have holes or be distorted if they are too thin together;
This time, thanks to the WELD system parts by GOODS, we were able to shorten the work time considerably.
I would use it again next time.

Diversion to XV750E
It is for YamahaXS650, but I used it to convert XV750E to 520.
It could be used for TX650 and others.
I believe the same modification would also work for the XV1000TR1.
I really wanted to convert my original 630Chain XV750E to 520Chain, so I have been looking for a Sprocket that I could use.
I was thinking that I had no choice but to special order it from XAM……, but it turned out that the Spline shape is common with XS650.
In addition, 520for ConversionSprocket was sold at a discount.
This Maniac product was in stock at GOODS and was delivered to me in 3 days.
The XS650 is a center nut type, while the XV750E is a type that is fixed with a fixing plate.
In other words, you must drill Bolt holes to fix the Fixing plate.
Naturally, the front sprocket is hardened gold, so it is impossible to drill a hole in it with a half-assed drill bit.
This time, I bought a carbide Bit together and tried to drill holes.
Using a ball machine, we gradually expanded from 1.5mm and successfully drilled a 5.5mm hole, which is a pre-drilled hole for an M6 bolt.
However, the Screw cut from there was Large strange, and I really had a hard time because of the hardness of the Material as well as the shape that was difficult to fix.
We managed to get a Tap up on Beauty, but it cost us several carbide Bits and 1 pc of Tap.
The results are shown in the image.
However, because the thickness of the Sprocket itself is different, it is offset outward by about 5mm.
Conversely, if you create a Washer, Spacer, etc., you can move the Chain line freely to some extent, so it is the best Sprocket, depending on how you think about it.

Silencer Inner Replacement
I bought this to replace the Glass Wool on Striker's Bolt on silencer that I purchased used about 5 years ago.
At first, I was thinking of using DAYTONA's Ceramic coated Glass Wool in combination with NeoFACTORY's Reasonable Glass Wool, but when I rose the Silencer, I found what looked like Stainless wool wrapped around the Punching part. However, when I rose the Silencer, I found what looked like Stainless wool wrapped around the Punching section, so I decided that it would be better to use Stainless wool wrapped around the Punching section.
The product I received was smaller than I expected, but when I spread it out, it was long enough to wrap around the Punching part twice, and it was just right. Then, I wrapped NeoFACTORY's ordinary glass wool on top of it, and wrapped needle gold on top of it to fix the Silencer.
I have tried to play the engine, and the sound was not so different from before I changed the contents.

The pull is quite Large.
This is a very well-made handlebar with beautiful plating.
The Narrow Trucker Bar was a TRACKER-like Position Image.
I used it on a TW200, but it was squeezed to make it Narrow and the position is much more drawn forward.
If that is your preference, it is fine, but if you are too pulled in by the name TRACKER, the Image may be a little different.
I am 180cm tall and when I held Handlebar, I felt like I was standing upright.
It is suitable for those who like to ride Style sitting on the street.

Used for PositionHazard
The switch of PositionHazardRelay harnessKit was broken due to deterioration, so I replaced it with this one. 3-position switch (ON-OFF-ON) was needed, but it was a little difficult to modify due to the special wiring. It is usable for now, but I wish it had a more sophisticated design. View detail
I appreciate the low price, high quality, and the fact that I can buy from 1pc.!
[How is it used?
I purchased the Bullet Type Terminal when I needed to replace the Blinker on my old car, Yong FourType.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was more solid than Image. It is totally different from the one from a hundred-odd different places.
Was the installation difficult?
With Electric Works Pliers, crimping is easy.
How was your experience with it?
So far, the contact is energized and usable without any defects at all.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Nothing.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not particularly
I'm glad I bought it because it's the perfect size. I think it's good to buy it as an adjustment when you are almost to the Gold amount for free shipping.

W800 has short length
I drive a 20 year old Kawasaki W800.
I was looking for a glossy plastic material because the existing white grip had a problem of burning due to the rubber material.
The material is satisfactory, but the grip is relatively short compared to the handle.

Lowdown that is optimal for me.
I thought NORMAL would be fine for my cautious 173cm, but I still thought I would like a net with a little more leg room when stopping at traffic lights, etc., so I bought it.
Since it is 1cm lowdown on the Seat surface, it is not necessary to protrude the Front.
And when the car was originally parked on the side stand, it was at the right angle to prevent the car from leaning too much, thus killing two birds with one stone.

RearRefreshing
OEM was good, but I took the plunge. The quality and appearance were good. The only thing is that it came with an installation manual, but I didn't understand it very well and finally installed it after looking around for a video on the Net. View detail
Exhaust SystemBlack since I purchased it.
I installed a black exhaust system, but the exhaust pipe looked like it was floating, so I bought this. When installing it, you need rubber gloves because it is prickly. View detail

GOODS Pipe Work Front Fender Kit - 1980 SR500 19 inch wheel
Seems to be very well made. Very sturdy stabilizer. I feel like the fiberglass fender could've used a few extra plies to make it thicker. I was able to snake the stabilizer into position without taking apart the front wheel. I first positioned the stabilizer only between the front forks and attached the fender to the stabilizer afterwards. I used blue Locktite to on the screws that attach the fender to the bracket. The bike has a left disk brake, and there was no interference with the brake caliper. View detail
Good looking, good price
If you are worried about ETC placement, this is a must-recommendation.
I think it is easy to use.

Processed to VM38.
I bought this for a YamahaXV750E with two VM38Carburetors.
Quantity since it is a 2-stack:I bought 2pc
I once bought a 2-sided Cable for another car model, but it was not long enough and the Piece of the 2-sided part was not enough φ38Carburetor could not be opened.
The VMcarburetor is a type that directly pulls up the throttle valve, so the wire stopper is a traditional gourd shape.
There are some available, such as for SUPER CUB, but I was concerned because the lengths do not match and they seem to be very poor.
Surprisingly, I could not find one for Large size vehicles, and after much searching, I found that GOODS sells one for SR400 and purchased it.
They said it was forφ38Carburetor, but it is only for AMAL364TypeThrottle holder, so it needed Outer processing.
In my case, I have a two-stack, so Tommaselli's Quantity:2pc pull Throttle is used.
It is a pull×2Type instead of a pull/reverse, which is a bit unusual in modern times.
The Inner cable was not long enough at all, so we cut the Outer by 7cm.
The Crimp in the end section was also ported.
Thailandco used Active's products, but since Screw alone seemed to fall out, Solder was poured to fix it in place.
I was able to install it successfully, and since it can be adjusted in the middle of Cable, it can be tuned out.

Good quality
It's good to give off a classic look. Good finish and neat design. It's easy to adjust the handlebar size because there's an extra gasket in it. View detail
