Genuine Kitaco Exhaust Gaskets for SUPER CUB 50
These gaskets were purchase due to needing an exhaust change on the Super Cub 50 and I do not like reusing the old ones if at all possible. These Kitaco ones were reviewed well and so I decided to give these a try myself. The price for the gaskets was excellent and far better than buying the OEM ones which essentially do the same job anyway. I have used a few Kitaco parts before and they really are great quality. I did have some other parts in an order and everything arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The gaskets arrived in the Kiataco packaging and were spot on. Best kit if you are looking to improve the clutch appearance and durability
About quality and texture - The reinforced 6 clutch disc kit from Kitaco is made from aluminium, steel and fibres with a lovely machined surface finish on the outer rim, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - The reinforced 6 clutch disc kit would have to be the best kit if you are looking to improve the clutch appearance and durability over the original setup. Would have also been nice if all six posts had been drilled and tapped to accept the corresponding aftermarket clutch lifter plates. Products to buy together - A key product to purchase when upgrading the clutch system is a set of heavier clutch springs. There are varying degrees of aftermarket clutch springs available, just depends what suits you. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the reinforced 6 clutch disc kiti is an intermediate task that took 1.0 hour to complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of special tooling and basic hand tools is what is required to access the engine internals and assemble the clutch kit to secure onto the main shaft of the tramsmission. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Kitaco sell to great value when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the reinforced 6 clutch disc kit is no different. About shipping and packaging - With there being no significant cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the reinforced 6 clutch disc kit, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. My old shock were too soft and the kitaco shock is much stiffer and adjustable. Difficulty of installation - Installation is easy for me as i have the proper tools and equipment. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Only concern i had was getting to the setting mode and i couldn't get it to power up. On instruction manual the Optional Connector is actually what powers up the device to get to setting mode. My grom is purchased in the U.S. it may be different with the Japan spec. as i couldn't find the power supply connector harness on my bike. Genuine Kitaco Exhaust Gasket for NSR250R
These were purchased due to changing the exhaust too many times in the past and the gaskets were not doing as they should. The correct part was found by simply searching the model of bike and the Kitaco gaskets came up in the search. As these have had good reviews, I decided that I would give these a try myself for this exhaust change. They gaskets were pretty good value and yes, they are only gaskets but they do need to be right. With some other parts in my order, I got them all shipped using EMS. The order arrived in 5 days from being shipped which is perfect. The gaskets came in the Kitaco standard packaging for this item and were well packaged. The gaskets themselves look to be really good quality and there were ne signs of any problems with the size or condition. Absolutely perfect fit and not a leak in sight. Very impressed with these gaskets and Kitaco is going to be one of my go to brands from now on. Great work Webike. Keep it up. View detail

[How is it used?
I bought this product to prevent my helmet from being stolen when touring or going out.
I used to not have a Helmet lock, so I had to carry my Helmet with me when I got off my Motorcycle.
I was always worried about hanging it on Mirror because I think it is easy to be stolen.

Was the installation difficult?

All the Rear cowl has to be removed, so if you have never removed a cowl before, please do so carefully.
If too much force is applied, the plastic part is prone to cracking.
The bolt on the Tandem Footpeg is coated with Screw Lock, so it was a bit odd to remove the Bolt Large, but it is not impossible to remove.
How was your experience with it?
I was attracted to this product because of its mounting position, so it is not very noticeable and I think it is very beautiful.
I think the recommended point is that it is the same color as the bright black Tandem Footpeg, so it does not disrupt the balance of the entire vehicle.
However, I have no problem because I have a 1 pc exhaust system, but if you use the OEM Dual Exhaust System, the helmet will come in contact with the exhaust system, and if you apply the helmet when it is hot, the interior of the helmet may melt, Be careful!

Wiring length is fine, but the number of pins in the ConnectorCase is different by one. (It is like the difference between ThailandSpec. and Japanese specification.)
The 9-pin ConnectorCase had to be changed to a 6-pin type, but since the position of the pins is the same, once the pins are removed and inserted in the same position in Minus, the case could be used without any problem at all.
Blinker's Touch is different from OEM and this one has more Snap and feel.
