Looks good, sounds good, runs good.
It looks good and sounds good. More importantly, the engine now blows better and revs higher. Because of this, I feel that the maximum speed in each gear position has increased more than 10km/h. The effect is very Large. It was the right answer to change Large.
Without the Baffle, the sound is very loud and you can't hear the engine sound at all, which is definitely annoying to the neighbors because the sound quality and volume is so good that it's hard to believe it's a 50cc engine and a CUB. (Lol) You can't Engine early in the morning.
When I put on Standard Equipment's Standard baffle, I can hear the engine sound very well with almost the same volume as the OEM Exhaust System when starting and idling the engine. When I run the engine, the sound quality is good, but the volume is a little larger than OEM. In fact, it is easy to use because I can open Axel without stress in the town.
If I change to Racing baffle, the volume will be higher and it will be more fun on the mountain road. I don't know if I can use it or not. "Not installed on LITTLE CUB." The answer was "yes", so I am a little hesitant.
By the way, these differences seem to be the difference of LargeSmall of the exhaust pipe diameter mainly.

[OEMExhaust System Sprocket is OEM (F14T・R39T)
It is not impossible to run at 30km/h in 2nd gear on level ground, but it is difficult to cruise because of engine noise and vibration.
On a gradual uphill slope, the car will not accelerate past 30km/h in 2nd gear, and even if you force the car to go up to 40km/h, which is the upper limit of 2nd gear on the Speedometer, the ShiftShock will only be Large and the Speed will not increase.
Neighborhood public road testCourse (Lol) When I tried cornering at over 40km/h on the gentle uphill LeftCorner of the hill, I raised 2nd gear to 3rd gear at 40km/h before the corner and rammed it, but the GEAR ratio did not match the engine output and it stalled immediately. In other words, I can't go over 40km/h on uphill.
Even when going downhill, if you go over 40km/h in 2nd gear, the engine will not turn, so you have to go up to 3rd gear. But at the start of the corner, if you keep the engine in 3rd gear, it won't accelerate because it doesn't have enough horsepower. But when the speed is over 40km/h, I can't drop to 2nd gear. In other words, Rhythm is too bad.
As a result, the GEAR ratio and Engine RPM don't match at all on hills, so if I continue to increase the Driven Sprocket tooth speed, it will be even worse because there is too little Torque.

Acceleration from 30 km/h to 40 km/h in 2nd gear, both on level ground and uphill (How to increase Engine rotation) The GEAR ratio is still the same as OEM, so I felt as if I shifted the Peak horsepower generation rpm and Red zone to the high rpm side just by changing the exhaust system. The way to work (Flat road) There is a road with 30km limit in the 2nd gear, but this exhaust system has made the high rpm range of 30km in the 2nd gear also the limit normal use range.
By the way, I'm cruising in 3rd gear at 30 km/h in the mid-range, and I have plenty of time to accelerate out of the 30 km/h limit in 3rd gear.
The pickup of the engine is improved and it blows well, especially the high rpm side becomes very extended, and the ShiftShock when I raise it to the third gear in the rev limit range over 40 km in the second gear becomes much larger than the OEM exhaust system. It became considerably larger than OEMExhaust System, and the acceleration became slow. If the speed is maintained and the rpm is lowered a little more, the torque will be thicker and the acceleration will increase.
The rev limit has been increased so that I can get out of the corner at 40km/h in 2nd gear, and even at 40-50km/h in 3rd gear, the acceleration at the start of the corner has been improved, so downhill cornering has become more fun. It will be interesting to see what happens when I increase the number of Driven Sprocket teeth.

I bought Carbon type for Ninja400. To reduce the weight.
Was the installation difficult?
It is easy because it is only Silencer part. Installation Instruction Manual was also included.
How was your experience with it?
Because it is JMCA Correspondence, the volume is not so large, but it is clearly better than OEM. Especially, the heavy bass sound at Idling becomes Large, and it sounds like hitting the air.
In case of Ninja 400, after 10000rpm, there is no power, just spinning. The low speed torque is not sacrificed, but the vibration became a little large because of the volume.
Obviously the power is different! The JMCA Correspondence will not give you that feeling, but for the price, I'm glad I was able to get the weight reduction and the increase in power at high RPM.

Used for Kawasaki's SUPER SHERPA
I installed an external exhaust pipe in SUPER SHERPA, and I bought a used BEEMSExhaust system for NINJA2 Helmet50R and diverted it. The one which was originally attached was Semi-racing baffle, but because I felt that the sound was a little large, I purchased this product.
Sound-wise, it's pretty muffled. I was originally hoping for about OEM+Alpha, so I was Large satisfied with the product.

First, the weight of the vehicle is reduced by 20KG due to the replacement of exhaust gas. Second, the engine speed climbs very quickly, and the acceleration effect is significantly improved. The disadvantage is that the low-speed torque at low speed is gone. Third, after replacing the exhaust pipe, prepare to change to an air filter with a larger intake air volume. DAN air filter is a better choice. When I first put it on, I thought it was a lot louder than I expected, but it's much quieter than I imagined when I'm driving.
The reason why I installed it this time is because I want other cars to notice it, but it's too noisy and I'm stressed and I'm worried about people's eyes around me, so I bought it because it's Japan Government Certificated and also because it was sold by BEAMS who installed it at the time of Address.
Installation can be done in 10 to 15 minutes if you are familiar with motorcycles, but
The JK05PCX has an O2 sensor that was not present on the previous generation PCXs, and it was difficult to remove this sensor, but the installation was completed in 20 minutes.
First of all, since it became lighter than the OEM Exhaust System, it became easier to handle.
Also, the volume that I was concerned about was almost inaudible when I got a ride from someone who knew me, and I don't think it would bother me even if I drove in a residential area.
However, the Scooter feels the most large until it gets up to speed because of the high rpm when starting.
I am satisfied with the quality of workmanship and sound quality even if I deduct that part.

I like the shape.
I decided to use this exhaust system because I like the old fashioned shape.
I also like the fact that it is simple.
The appearance changes drastically in contrast to the NORMAL Short Exhaust System.
Because the sound quality changes, Exhaust System exchange can be realized though the sound volume is a feeling that there is no difference between NORMAL and Large.
When you turn it, it makes a pleasant sound. (^ ^)
It is well made and the Gasket is included and kind.
The Slip-on Silencer makes it easy to chain the Large width, and I'm glad I bought it.

Style is good, sound is good.
I replaced the OEM Exhaust System because it sounded too cute and I wanted to tighten up the Style. It became a crisp sound, and when I opened Axel, it became a brave sound in its own way. when Idling, it is a little larger than OEM, and there is no thing to be concerned about the neighborhood. I think it would have been better if the exhaust band was one. I think it would have been better if there was only one exhaust band. The quality of welding is also very good.
I felt that the power dropped slightly, but it may be just because the acceleration feeling does not change though the sound became large. When I took acceleration data, it was a little bit worse after 40km, but it was not significant difference. 48km/L fuel consumption became more than 50km/L and fuel condition might be a little thinner. I'm going to try it.
There was no problem with the installation, but there were some places where the clearance was severe, so please check carefully.

♪ Good sound quality ♪
My impression after installing them was that the bass sounded better than I had expected.
It's very powerful, especially when you turn the Axel back on, it sounds great.
I haven't opened the engine up to full throttle yet because I'm just breaking it in, but it feels like the engine is spinning lightly.
I think Axel's stickiness is good.

Looks great and sounds pretty good once baffle is removed. The baffle was a huge pain in the ass to take out. It was riveted in so i had to drill put the rivet and it was also glued in so needless tp say it was a struggle to get it out but i finaly did and bow im happy with my purchase View detail
The volume Large became a person.
Because it is muffled, of course the volume becomes Small. I used Bolt loosening prevention because the clasp part seems to loosen by vibration. I'd like to try another type of Baffle, but I think I'll leave it as is because the current one is quiet and has no problems. View detail

Titanium rather than Stainless
The OEM exhaust pipe of SEROW is easy to rust, and I put Stainless exhaust pipe before, but this time I decided to use Titanium which is a little expensive.
I thought "Do I need Titanium for my off-road car? I thought I would need Titanium for my off-road vehicle, but I do! I was surprised to find that Titanium does not get muddy as easily as Stainless and looks really cool!
The lightness and performance may not be much different from Stainless, but the strength and sound are still different because of the different Material. It's worth to choose Titanium even if it's expensive.
