But as you can see in the photo, KOHKEN It's honestly dumb that it's missing KOHKEN.

To prevent rust.
The brembo Push rod Pivot is very rusty.
That's why I changed to KOHKEN KOHKEN Push Rod Pivot Brembo Radial Master.
Made of SUS304 with Titaniumium coating, it is resistant to rust.

Mesh is good.
The normal rubber hose will cause water droplets to come out around the hose.
With Mesh hose, you don't have to worry about that.
I also always use mesh hose because it is safe from external shocks.
The length is 10 cm, so if you want to use it longer than that, you can't use it.

Awww, that's too expensive.
I put the cord together with Tie Wrap and when I found out, the terminal was broken from the root, so I decided to buy Spare immediately, which was about 1,000 yen. But then I saw the price and I was surprised! It seemed ridiculous, so I bought the micro switch with the terminal for solder. Probably because it is a terminal for a weak Print board, it might have broken due to lack of strength.
Maybe this is supposed to be a countermeasure, but it's still expensive!

Yay, it's installed! The hard work is satisfying enough.
Since I changed the Brake Side to brembo, I diverted the Clutch holder L-29 from the previous car to the Ninja1000SX.
The Ninja1000 is light enough to handle in NORMAL mode, and there is absolutely no need to make it any lighter, but there is no need to make it any lighter than it is in QUANTITY:Pair (for Left and Right) I have a disease that I want to align with bremboLever. (Lol)
I've considered the GALE SPEED before this, and it was tempting to choose the best one for me because of the large number of Lever types, but I'll save that for next time.
Installation, the experience I had earlier when I replaced the Ninja1000SX's Brake with a brembo will come alive here. After all, the signal line of the state switch of Clutch is necessary for the On-Off control of AutoCruise Control as well as Brake Side.
First of all, remove the OEM Clutch holder, but you need to adjust the body of the car because the adjuster on the holder side does not extend the cable.
Hi. Here's a shocking revelation:you have to remove the SIDE & lower cowl to adjust it!
I was aware of this from the beginning, but I doubted that there was a motorcycle with such a bad disassembly and maintenance, but I couldn't do it even though I tried many times.
If you come to the point of removing the OEM Clutch holder in some way, you can also remove the Switch.
The OEM Switch is an integral part of Harness, so you have to cut it off at the appropriate point.
The appropriate position should be aligned with the temporary assembly of the holder to be replaced.
After disconnecting the Harness, I used the Model 110 Connector again this time. It is important to note that the signal line of the new Clutch switch is not reversed on-off.
If you make a mistake, it will be a terrible mistake.
If you can connect the Clutch switch to the Harness on the car body side, it's just a matter of assembling and adjusting the Cable.
Don't forget to install the attached Spacer at the cable end and assemble it to the Clutch holder.
After this, adjust the length of Clutch by Cable.
The reason for this is that the Cable will be stretched as you use it, so it's easy to deal with that by adjusting the Holder side.
It is important to note that the outlet position of CableLine is slightly different between Koken's Clutch holder and OEM.
When I adjusted it, I adjusted quite a lot, so I was anxious and impatient during the adjustment process, but I was able to install it safely after using a little bit of adjustment on the Holder side as well.
Operation power is also slightly lighter, and Lever's pull charges are much lower than the OEM's, so it can be operated more lightly.
If I put back the arrangement of Harness of LeftSwitch to the original, it is the end, but Harness was bundled to Clutch Cable. Because it is impossible to return it to the original position due to the influence of the change of Clutch CableLine, Harness arrangement is reviewed and changed.
I didn't expect to spend so much time on replacing the clutch holder, but after all the hard work, I am satisfied with the result.

Is there a special way to secure the Cap? In Turn Type not Quantity:The Type is held in place with 2pc Plus screws. However, that hasn't compromised the seal, and the Fluid has not leaked so far.
I cut the Hose because it was too long for me. So it may be something that needs to be processed in some cases.

It looks good.
Because of the thickness of the Rubber tube, it is harder to bend than the normal hose.
It's even more so with a short connection. It's a very tight fit, so if you connect it to the Tank, the Mesh part will recede. I don't mind it so much because it's hidden by the clip, but I think it would be better if the rubber tube is a little thinner and softer.

The Size is 19-inches in view of the OEMSize. Normally, this is fine, but it will be a worrying factor later on.
As far as this installation is concerned, the MASTER and Caliper were replaced simultaneously.

Brake hose:No replacement (as OEM)
However, the 20-model Ninja1000SX comes standard with the latest features such as the electric control Throttle, Quick shifter and Cruise Control.
As I'm sure you've figured out by now, the Brake switch signal is used to control the Cruxcon's On-Off control, so it needs to be addressed.
After all, because it was impossible to obtain the Brake switch of the On-Off 2 system that can be attached to the RCS, Switch & Harness and Bracket are made by diverting the waterproof micro switch of Omron.
Because the On-Off Stroke of the Switch is short and the space where it can be installed is very narrow, it was anyway Large strange to make a delicate Switch position adjustment.
If you're replacing your Ninja1000SX's Brake master with an RCS or CORSA, I'd suggest you keep this in mind.
Finally, Caliper's GP4-RS actually recommends 17in.

I used the Lever when I was in the RCS, but it has holes in the end and the shape is lighter and easier for me to handle with the holes in the end and the meat removal. However! The price setting of 8,800 yen (including tax) for this CorsaCorta and 7,260 yen (including tax) for RCS....
