JA65 cannot be installed.
ZETA ZE55-8030 is attached with bolts, but JA65 is attached by welding. (Please refer to the photo) In other words, it cannot be attached without modification. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. View detail

Sleek Engine Guard for CB400SF
On the pictures, we could see the nice packaging provided. It is simple to install. Unlike other engine guard which is big and bulky, this is sleek, minimal and classy. I installed it right away and rubbed it as fast as I could.
Damage to the Right Side and Damage to the RightBrake lever and scratches on the Exhaust System.
Mirror is also scratched and EnginePipeGuard is also scratched….
Lightly fooled with LacquerSpray and discreetly modified and managed to recover Damage in the heart.
It might be better to have a Jack for installation. It was easy to install and was immediately useful.
Style and Parenthesis have improved and Large is satisfied.

Slight gap at the front joint.
The parts were installed by a shop using Webig's parts installation service. When we first consulted HondaDream about installing the parts, we heard that there was a problem with the handlebar lock not being able to be locked due to interference with the front fork. The shop did a very careful work, and during the work, it was confirmed that there was interference with the front fork due to interference with the Horn, so the shop adjusted this area. If we pay attention to this area, it is possible to install the product as the manufacturer says, but the Horn and the wiring around the Horn also need to be adjusted. The Engine Guard and Tank Guard for NT1100 are rarely produced, so I had no choice but to choose this one. I think it is a satisfactory product. View detail

The Instruction Manual is simple but easy to understand.
One of the Bolts to be removed for installation was a Large one because it was an Engine Mount.
Due to the age of the machine, the bolt did not turn, and we managed to remove the bolt using a raspene from Wakos and an impact wrench.
I closed the bolt on the Engine Mount with a Torque wrench while reading the Service Manual.
Since installation and removal are both large and odd, we recommend that those who do not have all the necessary tools to install and remove the unit should contact a shop for help.
The looks are recommendation for those who want to create volume around the Engine. As for effectiveness and protection, I gave it 3 stars because I just installed it.

Looks good!
First, it looks better.
It is not as assertive as Frame Slider, but that is good.
Replacement is easy; simply remove the existing Screw and replace it.
Some Packing also needs to be replaced, but it was too much trouble so we reused it.
So far there have been no leaks.

I don't know about the performance thing because I haven't mocked it up yet….
As for the installation, I think it is one of the easiest ones, although it is with HORNET250….
If you are somewhat familiar with Motorcycle maintenance, you will probably be surprised to find that the work is completed with aplomb if you work with a lot of enthusiasm.
The holes were perfectly aligned, so there was no need to do any large-width processing, as is the case with overseas products.
I was surprised that the instruction manual was quite simple and handwritten, but I think anyone can understand the installation method if they study it before installation.
The gap between the right side and the bottom of the side plate is too narrow to fit in a normal installation, but if you simply loosen the nut that holds the side plate in place, the gap will widen and you can install the side plate without difficulty.
However, it is tightened with a considerable Torque and may be difficult to loosen without an Impact wrenchetc.
I recommend it because it looks pretty much like a yalu spec. but …… hmmm… it's not cheap….

Good product but in Circuit….
I have had it on my 2016 ZX-6R since I bought it new.
I crashed in the first hair of Suzuka TWINCircuit, but thanks to this, there was no Damage to Engine or Cowletc.
However, as the skill increases and the bank deepens, it will hit the ground.
In this case, the risk of falling down increases, so people who are somewhat familiar with Circuit should not use it.

Quintessential accuracy
The accuracy is one of the best because it is made by DAYTONA.
Installation should take less than 30 minutes unless the Engine Mounting Bolt is sticking.
I don't know how useful it is as a Guard since I don't intend to mock it up, but I think it is excellent as a Bracket to attach a Fog Lamp.

Replacement from previous VERSION
I had previously purchased and installed an earlier version of the same Daytona product.
After scraping before the footpeg when turning down HairpinCurve, I became afraid to turn sharp curves and slowed down considerably.
If you go to Mass Two, you will be left behind every time there is a Curve.
Replacing it with the new version did not eliminate my fear, but after a few tries, I felt I could beat it better than before.
This Engine Guard is only focused on protecting the entire vehicle body, so it is intended for people who drive in a Harley-like manner.
Those who take advantage of the relatively deep bank angle for Cruiser to ride more like NAKED would be better off with another company's product.
In the case of other company's product, if it is knocked down too much, it will gouge the footpeg to the exhaust system.
It is safer to leave the installation of the Engine Guard on the REBEL 1100 to a store, as there is a risk of dropping the Engine and breaking it if it is done by an amateur.

This is a collaboration project with Kawasaki. As expected of DAYTONA's products, they fit perfectly with the machine. I am very satisfied with it. The installation is also perfect with the included instruction manual with illustrations. I think this will reduce the damage if it is just a standing up accident. Was the one you received as per Image?
The image looks Polished glossy, but the actual product was semi-glossy and non-glossy.
I am glad that I personally preferred this one.
Was the installation difficult?
Basically, it is easy, but there may be some individual differences, as the pedestal adjustment Washer that connects the lower part of the Frame is included.
There are many intricate parts, and it is better to manage the tightening Torque with ingenuity (because of the co-tightening design with EngineFrame, those without knowledge or experience should be careful).
How did you like it when you installed it?
It may be my faulty installation, but the Left Side is firmly parallel to the lower base, but the Right Side is slightly skewed, and even after tightening, there is still a very small gap.
It is not very noticeable, and I think it is not a part that is frequently loaded, so I have left it as it is.
Personally, I am satisfied because it is very MATCH to the body of the car and the construction is robust enough... ♪

To protect the Engine in the event of a fall
I put a yz125 engine on my TDR80. I bought this to protect the engine in case of a fall because I might run on the circuit occasionally.
