Oil Check Bolt Sealing Washer for the Monkey 125
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the oil check bolt sealing washer from K-Pit, the washer is made from copper and for the M6 sized bolt that are used for blocking the oiler port for the tensioner push rod. About the feeling of use: The OEM Honda sealing washer had been reused a few times and now had a minor leak, the replacement sealing washer is a perfect fit into the port on the left crankcase cover. Products to buy together: The 14mm sealing washer fort the tensioner push rod bolt would also be desirable to purchase along side the oil check bolt sealing washer to ensure zero oil leaks after performing maintenance on the cam chain tensioner system. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 5 minutes, make sure oil is in the tensioner push rod oiler port before installing the sealing washer and torquing down the bolt. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality part from K-Pit that was in stock and ready to ship unlike the Honda sealing washer but the K-Pit sealing washer is slightly more expensive. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Tappet Cover O-Rings for the Monkey 125
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the tappet cover O-Rings from K-Pit, made from a soft flexible rubber to help create a good seal. About the feeling of use: After removing and installing the tappet cover numbers times for engine upgrades and maintenance the OEM Honda O-Rings no longer completely sealed and had a minor oil leak, the K-Pit O-Ring with their preformed shape fitted perfectly with zero leaks. Products to buy together: The timing and crankshaft hole cap O-Rings from K-Pit would also be desirable to purchase alongside the tappet cover O-Rings. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 15 minutes, remove the tappet covers and use an O-Ring removal tool so not to damage the surface where the O-Ring seats. Apply a little engine oil and install the O-Rings evenly and untwisted before tightening down the covers. Run the engine and make sure no leaks are present. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality part from K-Pit that was in stock and ready to ship unlike the Honda O-Rings but the K-Pit O-Rings is slightly more expensive. Oil Level Gauge O-Ring for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the oil level gauge O-Ring from K-Pit, made from a soft flexible rubber to help create a good seal. About the feeling of use: The previous owner had significantly over tightened the oil level gauge and damaged the O-Ring, the K-Pit O-Ring fits perfectly with zero leaks. Products to buy together: The timing and crankshaft hole cap O-Rings from K-Pit would also be desirable to purchase alongside oil level gauge O-Ring. Difficulty of installation: The process to install just takes a few minutes, remove the oil level gauge, be sure to discard the old O-Ring and then fit your new O-Ring that has been lubricated lightly with engine oil. Do not over tighten the oil level gauge as if only needs to be finger tight. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality part from K-Pit that was in stock and ready to ship unlike the Honda O-Ring but the K-Pit O-Ring is slightly more expensive. About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the H-02 oil filter element from K-Pit, a disposable pleated paper oil filter. About the feeling of use: Great fit on the Kitaco clutch cover and superior filtering capability when compared to the OEM Honda oil spinner. Products to buy together: An oil drain bolt sealing washer would also be desirable to purchase alongside the H-02 oil filter element. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 5 minutes, remove the two Allen key fasteners from the oil filter cover and remove the cover to access the oil filter for replacement. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality manufactured oil filter for a fair price and much cheaper than the oil filter from SP Takegawa for their clutch cover. About shipping and packaging: Sea freight was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Replacement Counter Shaft Oil Seal for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the counter shaft oil seal from K-Pit, the outer diameter of the oil seal is a hard plastic while the inner diameter of the oil seal is a soft rubber. About the feeling of use: Over time an oil leak developed on the lower surface of the engine and this counter shaft oil seal resolved that problem. Products to buy together: The gear shift spindle oil seal from K-Pit would also be desirable to purchase along side this counter shaft oil seal as they are ideal to replace together when reassembling the engine. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 30 minutes, remove the front sprocket cover and front sprocket and then pry out the old oil seal. Position the new oil seal and press it into the case. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality part from K-Pit and it was in stock and ready to ship unlike the Honda oil seal but the pricing between the brands is almost identical. About the feeling of use: Great product with every part you need for an oil service on a Grom equipped with a Kitaco clutch cover. Products to buy together: This oil change set is specifically designed for only a handful of motorcycles and on the Grom you will need to purchase the Kitaco clutch cover kit for this product to be of any use. Difficulty of installation: The process to install all the parts contained within this set takes about 20 minutes, the time it takes to carry out an oil service on the Grom and is not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Great costing as you are getting many parts in this oil change set for not much more than what Honda charge for just one of their compatible oil filters. Why did you choose this product?
I purchased this product to replace the fork oil and spring together because I was advised to replace the fork oil and spring when I do a fork overhaul. I also chose the OEM product because it is available in the same price range and I didn't have to look it up every time I wanted to buy it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was as per Image. Anything new feels good.
Was the installation difficult?
It is difficult to do. The ForkOverhaul of the Grom really seems to be more troublesome than other Motorcycles. Also, you have to be careful not to damage it by putting a Vinyl bag over it and inserting the seal. I put it on backwards and the Oil started to bleed. As a result, I had to do three overhauls. I also recommend that you put the Oil on the Seal when you insert it.

It is a product that you will not experience when you run it, but it is new, so it gives you a sense of security.

For GB250 CLUBMAN
O-rings are indispensable for replacing oil in old cars.
I have used K-PIT's O-rings on other motorcycles with no problems and they are my favorite O-rings. I don't feel any physical sensation, but I think it is a good product.
