OEMClutch Cable does not fit in DG32JXG250 TRICKER
[How is it used?
Planned to install it on Mrs.'s shopping MotorcycleDG32JXG250 TRICKER.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The accuracy itself seemed to be adequate. I was concerned when I saw an impression on another mail order siteReview that the cable guide of the car Both Sides was broken, but it is true that the parts in question are thin-walled and look fragile.
Was the installation difficult?
It was not possible to install the XG250 TRICKER because the Clutch Cable diameter of the XG250 TRICKER is almost the same as the Cable guide diameter. Photo Quantity:I was able to fit it into the groove as shown in the first pc. but the Cable could not be slid at all. We gave up on the installation.
In the above-mentioned other company's mail order site, there was a review that it was attached to Toracer (but the Clutch Cable became frayed and was removed soon after). (I don't think it's possible), or maybe the spec. of this product has been changed… (It's a mystery).
LargeCable guide diameter seems to be about 2.5mm, although this is a rough measurement.
I think it is not a crackpot, because I bought it from another company's mail order site (trustworthy) because it was out of stock for a long time at *WeBig. (I think it's not a crackpot.)

As mentioned above, the Cable guide diameter seems to be too thin.

At the very least, I would like to see descriptions such as Cable guide diameter xxmm, car Both SidesCable diameter up to Large xxmm, etc.

I would like to season Clutch with future Custom
Although there was no necessity to replace the clutch, we replaced the clutch out of curiosity while replacing the Pulley and V-belt. A special tool is required to remove and install the clutch, but as long as you have the tool, it is easy to install. I had not understood the structure of a moped's clutch until now, but I think I understand the structure and mechanism of the clutch by installing the clutch. At first, I thought that I would replace the clutch at a later date and enjoy the changes caused by replacing only the former, but it became troublesome to repeat the process, so I ended up replacing them all at the same time. Therefore, all the impressions are those of the replaced parts. The connection of the clutch when starting is the same as OEM and Large. The top speed has been increased from 63km/h to 69km/h. The engine power will be increased in the future. The power of the engine is scheduled to be increased in the future, so we would like to change the clutch parts and season it accordingly. Judder was terrible.
Judder was terrible in the second half of Clutch meat, although he didn't slip.
I hadn't driven it in 9 years, so I was wondering if the anti-crap was too long, but it's been 5 months and 2000km. I rode it, but it was still the same, so I replaced it.
Thank goodness it's CNC and cheaper than OEM or Surflex.

The printed InstallationGuide, which is mentioned in the product description, was included in the package, and I was able to exchange it for the first time without any problems.
The friction plate was degreased and assembled, even though it said to remove grease from the plate.
As expected, the new one is beautiful. It is also quiet, which makes us want to replace the pressure plate and spring with HoleCover.
After the replacement, I went for a run and the Judder was gone and it was easier to start the car.
It seems that it was Judder caused by Plate distortion, and I'm glad we were able to solve the problem.

I replaced the Clutch board on my 78 Shovel with this one.
Open primary, so replacement is very easy.
Judder was not occurring, but the surface of the existing Clutch board was beginning to scrape slightly, so it was replaced.
There was no confusion as it is listed as dry and wet Clutch compatible.
The initial delivery time was about a month, but when I opened the lid, it arrived in about two weeks.
It is a happy miscalculation.
After replacement, the cleanliness of the Clutch was also improved.
Next time, I'm thinking of replacing the SteelClutch Plates as well.
Is it good or bad that Shovel has to maintain the Clutch board on a regular basis so it is easy to notice any anomalies?

It can be installed on MT-07 without any modification, and it is lighter.

Not disappointing, but I used KITACOBeta pin because Split Pin is not reusable.

On social media, there seems to be a trend of using the same parts from the R25, which costs less than 2,000 yen, but strictly speaking, it needs to be modified.
I also purchased KTC's Snap ring pliers for this installation and was impressed with how easily they came off when I pinched the ring. I would recommend these as well.

Derived from Shovel KICKStarter kit failure and replaced together!
Shovel's Kick start Pedal has been removed.
I had no choice but to remove the Kick Start Cover and look inside, and I found that the tip of the ThrowOutBearing had also come off.
In the normal state, an iron part like a gear is fixed to the ROD tip.
It comes with other consumable parts than Bearing, so I replaced them together. I don't know the name of the parts.
I checked the Bearing installation procedure on the Net.
It is not a sturdy construction, so I thought it would be good to stock it in case of emergency.

I saw a story on the net about the diversion of the H2OEMTank and installed it on the MASTER of GALE SPEED. The difference from the original brembo is the thickness of the nipple.

The lever is changed to brembo, but the weight of the clutch holder is still the same as OEM. The weight was still the same. The lever was changed to brembo but the weight of the clutch holder was not changed. It's a little bit unexpected, but it's not a big deal.
Don't forget to adjust the Clutch Wire after replacement. However, even though it has been blast treated, this price is indeed what it should be. To be frank, it is thought that 3,000 yen or less is reasonable.

This is good, it's not a Brush-boo effect!
I installed this on my S1000RR 2017.
Clutch of S1000RR is relatively heavy. When I compare with other same class (liter SS), the weight of my machine's clutch is remarkable.
So I replaced it with a KFACTORY Clutch link lever and the Clutch pull changed drastically. It is super light.
The Clutch is a little longer than the OEM Arm, but this allows it to be pulled straighter against the Wire, so the heavy Clutch is now a lighter Clutch.
When someone who doesn't know anything about it casually pulls their Clutch "Whoa, am I lighter?" So it seems that this effect is not just my own belief (Brush-boo effect).
I installed it on my S1000RR Racer, so I don't get to grip the clutch as much as I would on a motorcycle on public roads, but it's a good product that has solved one of my problems.

Purchased for JOG 3KJ 3-Clutch.
Influenced by JunkScooter repair uncle in Eastern Europe, I bought it.
Discontinued? The quality will be the same because the appearance is the same as that of a certain manufacturer of Germany.
It's a new product, but the hexagonal screw was sticking. So I prepared another hexagonal screw and tightened both of them solidly, then I turned only One Side and loosen it.
It's heartbreaking because it bucks and loosens up.
The weight is also included, so you can make it into a lightweight or heavy weight clutch.
I think it's a good idea to buy these items instead of buying a half-assed Lightweight Clutch because they allow you to get the best setting.
As for the performance of the Clutch itself, the external 2 piece Lightweight Clutch was slipping and making the Outer slippery and shiny. (Spring rate may have been weak OR strong). It's a good thing I've been using three of them because they definitely bite.
