Seat managed to pry it open, replace the part, and it was fixed.

I made it look like NORMAL.
I bought this product to replace my brake with Nissin Radial brake master, I could have used Z1000 OEM product, but I bought this product to install on DAEG without harness modification. I was able to install it without difficulty.
I wish the price was a little more Reasonable, but I think I bought the time and peace of mind of the processing.
The accelerator wire has been diverted from the Z1000 and the Handlebar has been made to look like a NORMAL wire.

It is a fender modification rather than fenderless.
I had a Daytona fenderless installed.
It was difficult to load due to the use of some OEM fenders.
Zephyr 750 has thick plastic part of the seat, and there is no clearance of the raised part of the tire house.
It is difficult to add electrical components in the seat.
This product is a one-piece replacement from the battery part to the fender.
The shape of the tire house is also changed, so there will be a new space under the seat.
It'll be a handy space for future modifications (I want to install a wotani or something).
It is also recommended for those who are planning to use the FCR Carburetor Body and other options, such as the Accessory Case of Bagus!
It's a bit of an expensive product, but it's well made, nicely anodized, and durable, and I'd recommend it to anyone who rides for a long time.

Preventive maintenance before Regulator failure
1999 ZEPHYR750 C6 22 years from manufacture.
I had a feeling that Regulator was about to go bad, so I decided to update it.
I bought this product because I wanted to replace it with the latest model anyway.
The features of this product include...
? Less heat generation compared to the SaIristor type
? Excellent voltage control and stable voltage.
? The mounting position is moved from between the Engine and Tank to the Side cowl, away from the heat source.
It's a good thing... (^^)
When the regulator breaks, the battery and electrical components are punctured and the damage is large.
This is an unassuming component, but very important.
In addition, I think that it is possible to do it in 30 minutes to one hour if you are able to take off and put on the tank because the manual is careful when installing it.

520Conversion of the ZrX1100 to TouringSpec.
I converted my ZrX1100 to 520Conversion, and this time I made it longer to TouringSpec.
This ZrX1100 has different Sprocket size from its successor ZrX1200S and DAEG, so there are few parts that can be used for 520 conversion. Until now, we have been using MADE IN SUNSTAR Front 17T or 18T and Rear 45T for the sprocket and DID 520ZVM-X for the chain.
This time, I found this 41TRearSprocket, so I combined it with Front17T. It will be Longer than standard.
The product (RearSprocket) is made in Sunstar, which is known for its high quality and reliability. It is exactly the same feeling of security as the SUNSTAR Brand RK-124-45 that I have been using. You can't feel any deflection or eccentricity after installation.
It would be easy to just install it, but since my car is over 25 years old, I have to disassemble it and do equal cleaning and maintenance (rust removal and replacement of consumable parts), so I take my time. I took half a day this time because I also changed the chain.
I've just done a short test run and I'm happy with the changes as expected. The start is sluggish, but no worries about stalling, and cruising is very comfortable with the engine rpm kept low, just like the TouringSpec.
By the way, the MADE IN S?NSTARDuraluminRearSprocket (RK-124-45) that I had installed before lasted less than 20,000km with frequent chain cleaning?lubrication?adjustment. I am expecting the same durability this time.
