On Axle Shaft
Purchased because it is easier to replace the pin every time when loosening the Axle Shaft for Chain Maintenance etc.
I think it looks good because it is Stainless Steel and there is no Rust.

Unnecessary but awesome
I get more comments on the trick washers from Zeta products, Gives the bike a WORKS look. What do you say about a of washers? Necessary? No, but if you can justify the cost they're aluminum, won't corrode, look cool and are lightweight. This is an easy way to get your bike closer to that factory look without breaking the bank.. Super lightweight, perfect size for gas tank bolt, radiators, and 2 stroke exhaust mounts. I'd buy another if I had the place to put them. View detail
Replacement 14mm Aluminium Sealing Washer for SP Takegawa Equipped Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the sealing washer from SP Takegawa, the washer is made from aluminium and for the M12 banjo bolt that are used on the SP Takegawa oil cooler. About the feeling of use: The oil cooler was showing signs of oil leaks from both the M12 banjo bolts and after the replacement of the sealing washers and tightening them to the correct torque value there are now zero oil leaks. Products to buy together: Somemore sealing washer both from SP Takegawa and Honda would also be desirable to purchase along with these 14mm sealing washers as these are consumable items that need replacing on occasion. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 5 minutes, give the mating surface a clean, fit a sealing washer on both side of the banjo fitting and tighten the banjo bolt down to 22.5N . m. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Costing is high as you are only receiving a packet of five sealing washers which works out to be $1.50 each but I am unable to locate anything cheaper at the moment. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my perferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently unavailable due to Japan Post. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: These sealing washers are a consumable item and you need to have spares on hand when carrying out your own maintenance as they tend to leak after being re-used a few times. I almost don't see it and can't see it, but I want to stick to it.
The DURA-BOLT Shoulder Bag is an itchy lineup that has always been a great help to us.
As you can see in the picture, the License Plate mounting area on the back of the Fender is exposed to mud and water directly from the road surface, so it is easy to get dirty and''rust easily''!
This rust is quite a problem child, spreading and breeding rust in various places.
For a low-year model, this is quite a nuisance and can be fatal, so aluminum, which is resistant to rust, is the best material to use.
The Lock nut of the DURA-BOLT Shoulder Bag is also used for the nut.

carburetor adjustment
Purchased to adjust carburetor on SEROW250
Startup was very poor as rated!
Simultaneous work with standard Throw replacement.
There is only one CARBURETOR, so the work is easy.
Many people remove the air cleaner, but it only takes 20-30 minutes to remove the air cleaner!
I think it would be better not to touch the Main if it is just to replace the Exhaust System.
Now it is easier to frontUP because it is more responsive and has a little more Torque at low speeds!

Replacement M10 Aluminium Sealing Washer for SP Takegawa Equipped Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the sealing washer from SP Takegawa, the washer is made from aluminium and for the M10 sized bolt that are used for blocking oil passages on the SP Takegawa clutch cover and cylinder. About the feeling of use: Previously the oil cooler was connected to the Grom via the cylinder but now with the purchase of a upgraded clutch cover those oil passages on the cylinder needed to be blocked off and the banjo bolts connected to the clutch cover, these washers have sealed these new connections with zero oil leaks showing. Products to buy together: Some M10 oil plug bolts or banjo bolts would also be needed to purchase along side the sealing washers for these new connections to take place. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 5 minutes, give the mating surface a clean, fit a single sealing washer to a oil plug bolt and two sealing washers to a banjo bolt and tighten bolt down to 15N . m. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Costing is good as you are receiving a packet of ten sealing washers which works out to be 60 cents each which is much cheaper when compared to the 10 pack available from K-Con. Used for Belt drop
I used it to drop the Belt on my Scooter, and it is a little thicker and has the same effect as a longer Pulley boss. It is cheaper than Pulley boss, and when the belt is reduced, the washer can be removed and the drop-in effect will be restored. View detail
High gear conversion of ADV150
The ADV150's Pulley boss is 49mm and my PCX150 (KF18) is 47.5mm.
There is no ADV150 High speedPulley at the moment, so the only way to increase the maximum speed is to adjust it with the Pulley boss.
In the NORMAL state of ADV150, the limiter is activated when the meter reading is about 115 km/h. At the very least, the meter reading should be set to 120 km/h. I would like to increase the Meter reading to at least 120km/h.
I would like to change to Pulley boss for PCX150 and adjust it with Shim.
I put in 1mm Shim and it was 119km/h. This time I bought 0.3mm and 0.5mm and made it 48.3mm.
As expected, the speed was 121 km/h (Meter reading), but the Belt moves to the outermost edge of the Pulley, so it is safe to assume that the Belt will be
I think the best condition is with 1mm Shim in place (Normal 0.5mm).

Rear Fender SPLCowl and as a Spacer between them
The accuracy of the A-TECH Rear Fender SPL was not good, so I had to bite the Spacer between the body and cowl sides. Initially, I had multiple layers of Large Thread Nut and Stainless washers on hand, but I didn't want to crack them because they were too hard to hit, so I used Nylon. View detail
