Fixed Chamber
It is used for fixing ChamberFlange.
I used to use Spring from other sales, but this one has more freedom with one side of the head swing, and it works better as a Spring fixture.
It is hard to tell from the picture, but the black color seems lighter than other companies' products. I am a little worried about the rust.

ChamberFlange Fixed
The Spring of the Flange fixing part of the Chamber section was old and had some play, so I wanted a slightly shorter Type. I was able to fix it with a little pull, and there was no problem in terms of diameter and length, and I was able to use it with a nice one-sided swivel.
The cut was a little short, and the cut end was slanted and did not look good.

The sound was larger than I had imagined.
The installation was quite severe, but I managed to get it on, so I expect it to be durable.
Sale was further changed later and it was Shock. I would like to have it returned to Gold.

I modified the one for CROSS CUB a little and installed it on ADV160.
Simply bend the Star and widen the mounting holes to 8mm.
It is a world of complete self-satisfaction because you cannot see it unless you want to see it.

Image as it is, Moriwaki Bean-jam-filled wafers (Monaka) Because it is extremely lightweight
The weight was found to be OEM 3.8 kg, Moriwaki 1.5 kg, and the difference 2.3 kg.

Was the installation difficult?
I was easy, I was.
How was your experience with it?
The Torque feeling is stronger than the OEM exhaust system, and the sound has more of a heartbeat than the OEM system, and we are satisfied with the Large change in the engine's performance.
Hairline without Burnt Color (HL-Ti) Since it is a finishing touch, it is gradually becoming my burnt color. See image].

The packaging was perfect, the Included Parts:were well secured, and the corrugated ball was thick and hard enough to protect the Exhaust System.

As expected of Mr. Moriwaki. It was just as I expected.

Pay close attention to the combination of Point and hang:EX.Flange in the installation.
The Instruction Manual is clearly illustrated with detailed notes, so please read it carefully before installation.

Performance up, but
It is a Level that can be installed without going to a Motorcycle shop, although it requires careful handling and installation of the O2 Sensor and the lower part of the vehicle body.
Acceleration is a little better after installation. The maximum output is increased, but it is not as smooth as the OEM.
It would be nice to be able to lower the Rear weight for FrontHopper.
As a precaution, the exhaust noise is 3 to 4 times louder than OEM by feel. Be careful not to disturb others.

The sound quality has increased in bass and volume, but I don't find it annoying.
The sound was as expected.
The shape of the silencer is simple and high quality.
Coloring is also 3Pattern, so the rest is your choice.
The maximum speed has been increased and the sense of power seems to have increased.

Cheaper than other companies, but good quality! OEM is heavy
I was able to purchase it for less than 10,000 yen during the sale, and since I seemed to get several times as many Points, I bought it without a second thought. At the time of purchase, there were two foreign manufacturers, MORIWAKI and Yamamoto racing, and I think MORIWAKI was the cheapest, followed by Yamamoto racing, which was about 10,000 more expensive. To be honest, I preferred the appearance of Yamamoto racing, but I chose MORIWAKI to support MORIWAKIBrand and MIERACING.
Installation is done by DIY. Instruction Manual included with the product (Also available on the web) The "How to" section is friendly, courteous, and helpful, and even includes the torque for tightening the bolt. Difficulty of work (Amateur) was easy except when removing the exhaust pipe from the catalytic converter and when installing it. The workability of the center up muffler is not as good as the center up muffler.
The sound was LARGER than I expected. I am a little worried about the next inspection, but I will trust JMCA Certified. How about for those who are concerned about neighborhood nuisance? I feel like it's getting louder, so I feel like I'm doing something wrong.

I think you can choose between Yamamoto and MORIWAKI, but it seems that the material of the pipe part is different between Titanium and Stainless Steel, and Yamamoto is 0.1kg lighter. To be honest, I think this is a margin of error for amateurs, so you can decide based on appearance and sound preferences.

Nicely machined & fit for purpose. They screw in easily to the mounting points on the stock swingarm. Such a shame that moriwaki neglected to place their logo somewhere on this product, it would have been a nice touch. View detail
