Genuine Yamaha Gasket Crank Case Cover 2 for MT09 2020
I needed this for a 2020 Yamaha MT09 I have got in my garage. This is a crank case cover gasket number 2. Also I had to change the actual crank case for this too so a new gasket was a good purchse. The part number was found using the methods I generally use, either the help pages that Webike supply or direct to the manufacturer websites etc. I found the price of these was really good and better than I could source locally here in the UK, just like the other gaskets. As this was part of a larger order with many other Yamaha parts, the shipping worked out to be briliiant. Everything was very well packed and arrived via EMS within a week of ordering. All the empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap. Most of the parts were packed in the genuine OEM packaging anyway. Webike even taped the outer box to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. The parts all arrived in perfect condition. The gasket was kept nice and flat and did not suffer any bends or mishapen in any way. This is an essential gasket so I had to take a little care in fitting it. Didn't take too long and everything was back together and ready for firing up. The gasket fits perfectly and along with the new crank case, that is one more thing finished off. Yamaha OEM Oil SEAL Replacement Effort
I'm going to install this new OEM OIL SEAL ON MY 1987 TW200.This OEM oil seal is located under the clucth lifter arm on the left side of the crankcase. First I had to drain the oil first then remove the left side cover (stator side) from the engine .Need to remove the clutch cable from the clutch lifter arm side..pull back the rubber clutch cable cover and loosen the clutch cable adjuster nuts with 12mm wrench.After removing the clutch cable from the clutch lifter arm ,loosen the clutch lifter arm stopper screw with #2 phillips screwdriver.remove the clutch lifter arm stopper screw and washer.remove the clutch lifter arm.Now I can Clearly see the older oil seal.before removing the older oil seal first I have to remove the snap ring with snap ring pliers.remove the older oil seal with a flat screwdriver.drive in the new seal with a suitable driver or socket that has the seam outside diameter as the seal.Install the snap ring into its groove with snap ring pliers. lubricate the clutch lifter arm upper portion with lithium soap based grease and lower portion of the clutch lifter arm apply fresh engine oil.Insert the lifter arm into the crankcase.Fit the spring into place on the lifter arm.Install the stopper screw with a washer so that it fits into the top groove of the lifter arm shaft.Tighten the stopper screw to 12NM/8.7 FT-LB.PUT BACK the left side cover and the clutch cable.don't forget to add fresh engine oil ,You 're Done.I do lot of stuff my self when its come to repair.DIY or Pay Someone smarter.As usual package arrived on time and neatly packed .WEBIEK High Quality Packaging right there. Genuine Yamaha Drive belt for NMAX 125 2016
The original belt was a little worse for wear and was slipping due to extreme stretching. Obviously, this was a part that was desperately needed. I found the correct part by cross referencing the Yamaha schematics and Webike help tools. Webike had these at a really good price and better than I could source locally. Along with a few other parts, the shipping was spread out over the whole order, great value. Delivered to my door in 5 days. All very well packed and the belt even came in it's own pack. No problems with anything. The belt is a strong one and this is exactly how it should be. Fitting was a little tricky but once in place, the difference is massive. At this price, it would be foolish not to buy genuine. The tolerances for each plate was the same as the specs in the manual. There was no oiliness or contaminants so these were good to fit. You do not have to soak these friction plates but adding a little oil to the other steel plates is a good idea. Fitted pretty easily and quickly and now ready for the season ahead. OEM Suzuki Clutch Springs for GSX-R 750 2015
This was the final part of the clutch overhaul for the GSX-R 750. The clutch had been playing up for a while and needed the new set of both plates and the springs to finish. I was pleased to see that Webike had all the parts I needed for this job and all at a really good price too. I already had the friction plates and steel plates and the spring were the last part. Becasue I had more than one item in my basket and for the order, the cost of shipping was spread out well and was really good value too. All arrived with me in less than a week. When I got the order, everything was packed neatly and securely in the box and padded out with bubble wrap. The springs came in their own individual bag. The springs themselves are really firm. New springs always make me smile for some reason. The precision of the springs is brilliant, there are no sharp edges and the ends are well machined. All fitted along with the friction plates and steel plates in less than an hour start to finish. Why would you go for anything else than OEM for the clutch. Yamaha YZF-R1 2007 Clutch Boss Assy
I very rarely have to change out clutch boss fitments but it is becoming more frequent with older bikes coming in now, These parts are not really ones that break without something going horribly wrong inside the clutch. Or, someone has tried a DIY job and not got everything in the right place. Yes, this also happens woth age and as this bike is a 2007 model, it really is a good time to change it out. A new part it is then. I found the right part by using the help pages Webike provide and the links to top manufacturers. I also cross referenced just in case there were any variants I needed to be aware of. The price of the assay was really good and a heck of a lot better than I could get from the UK. This part was included with other parts I needed for other jobs. Because of the multiple parts in my order, the shipping cost was spread nicely across all of them and worked out really good value. My go to courier these days is EMS fast service, they do deliver in quick time and my order was sat at my door on the 5th day after ordering. All the parts in my order were nicely packed and any empty space was filled with bubble wrap and air pockets. I did like how they wrapped this clutch boss with a bit of other bubble wrap. Although these parts do take a beating, you really don't want to receive a damaged part before you start. No chance of that here, Webike do an excellent job packaging everything very well. The assy is a work of art and it's just a pity no one will hardly ever see it. The finish is smooth with no sharp edges, each of the sides are perfectly machined. Really impressive part. I had already stripped down the clutch so this was just a simply replace and bolt back in. The clutch friction and steel plates that were removed were in remarkable condition and did not need replacing anyway, These were already set out in order so it was just a case of reversing for fitment. Clutch Assembly Lock Nut for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the lock nut from Honda, made from steel with a special design due to the location on the inner diameter of the clutch assembly. About the feeling of use: During clutch maintenance on this recently purchased pre-owned Grom I found the incorrect lock nut fitted to the clutch assembly which made the removal quite difficult, it's great that the Honda replacement parts are so readily available to rectify issues like this. Products to buy together: A replacement right crankcase gasket would also be desirable to purchase along side the lock nut for assembly of the clutch cover. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes three quarters of an hour, removal of the clutch cover for access is needed and then the use of some special tools, one to turn the lock nut and the other for holding the gears while torquing down the lock nut. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Great costing as you are getting Honda quality for a low price and I have not seen any aftermarket options to compare. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my perferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. Replacement Oil Separator Plate for the Clutch on the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the oil separator plate from Honda, a formed steel plate with the attaching bracket spot welded on that fits perfectly below the clutch. About the feeling of use: An essential part for helping the clutch achieve a long life by directly applying oil to the clutch disks, this had been neglected to be refitted by the previous owner during his maintenance. Products to buy together: This oil separator attaches to the crankcase with two M6 bolts that are needed to purchase alongside the oil separator if like me this part was missing from your engine. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 1 hours, remove the right crankcase cover to be able to access the clutch pack and remove it as a whole, this will then allow for the oil separator plate to be positioned at the same time as you reinstall the clutch pack and then secure the oil separator plate with the two M6 bolts. Not difficult to do. Genuine Suzuki part
Changing out a few parts whilst my bike is off the road. This was one part I had been meaning to change due to slight damage and discolouring. It still worked just fine but made the bike look old. The part was easy to find as it is also compatible with other models so really good. I already had other parts in my order so the cost and the shipping was great. All nicely packaged and arrived at my door within a week via Fedex Express shipping. The threads on this were super slick and went straight into the caliper, I added a little red threadlock to be sure it was secure. The only painful process was bleeding the system. Oh well.
