Almost all OEM compliant original parts required for Carburetor setting
Used on RG400Γ. CarburetorOEMProduct Contents for old cars are becoming out of print. In addition, this Manufacturer can purchase Gasket without OEM Parts setting, so we have been using this Manufacturer for a long time.
This Fuel Conditioning Kit includes almost all of the original OEM-compliant parts required for Carburetor settings. In recent years, due to global warming, more and more 2-stroke vehicles that have a severe fuel condition need to be re-set.
It would be great if you could also sell Rose, as it includes Product Contents that will never be used.

For Yamaha SR125 carburetor overhaul
All the parts you need for Carburetor's Overhaul are included, so you only need to buy this one.
The machine tool accuracy was not a problem, and after the overhaul, it performed very well.
Where is this O-ring supposed to be used? The Instruction Manual was also very useful when I wondered where this O-ring was to be used.

For Carburetor setting of GB400TT modified 600Spec.
Crank and above the waist is XR600,
The intake system is carburetor is 400 OEM with air cleaner box,
For the exhaust system, the exhaust pipe is One-offφ31.8 (using the Chamber section of the OEM exhaust pipe),
Exhaust System is Super trap 4in
I was on it (SJ45→50, MJ165→160) with one setting out,
During the overhaul, the inside of the double pipe of the OEM exhaust pipe was found to be broken,
Exhaust pipes were made one-off, so they were used to bring out the setting again.
Packing, Float valve, DrainScrew, and Pilot screw included in the kit,
Needle Jet, Jet Holder were all replaced, and Starter valve was also replaced.
(carburetor parts are compatible with the XR650L, and parts are still available except for those specific to the car model)
OEM Parts will still be available for MJ, but not SJ or JN.
Even if all the contents of the Kit were available in OEM, it would certainly be more than the price of the Kit, so it is a bargain.
As a result, SJ was not enough in the Kit and procured 40-45 separately (Other Brand Product available).
A pedestal was welded to the exhaust pipe to check the air-fuel ratio, and a HeeSauce O2 Sensor for the CUB was installed.
Start with a NORMAL setting of 500, and then use Idol to throttle the Throw until the theoretical AFR is reached. (SJ48→42) 、
It is too thin at the beginning of Throttle opening and too thin when decelerating, so it is AfterFire to Sheng Large.
By raising SJ to 45 and JN to N→R and MJ155→159 to get Power AFR at full throttle,
Except for a light AfterFireA during deceleration, the entire range from Idol to full throttle numerically.
There were no thin spots, and the feel of the product followed me properly without faltering during rapid opening,
We were able to create what we believe to be the best condition, which rotates nicely from bottom to top.
After setting, I drove about 1,000 km including down roads and highways, and the fuel consumption improved dramatically.
(22km/l→30km/l)
When cruising, the Throttle opening is 1/8 or less on the down road, and 1/4 on the highway, so the main changes are SJ and JN.
It seems to be working.

They're also great for out-of-print car models.
I used it to Restore a Motorcycle that was given to me by a neighbor's friend's father.
When using Carburetor's Overhaul, the throttle valve was sticking as promised.
He said that he asked a shop he knew in Kishiwada to repair the carburetor, but they refused, saying that sticking carburetors require a great deal of skill,
However, the mechanic at the shop in Kishiwada seemed to have forcibly pried it down with a screwdriver or something, and the throttle valve was covered with scratches and the jet needle was bent. The valve was covered with scratches and the jet needle was bent,
I was so disappointed and in despair that I asked Key Star to replace the Throttle Wire, only to find that the inside of the carburetor was covered with scratches and the Fuel Hose connected to the carburetor was also torn apart. Fortunately, the jets had not deteriorated much, so I cleaned them, replaced the bent jet needle with a new one, and replaced the Throttle Wire with a new one.
I'm impressed.

Thank goodness it was discontinued Manufacturer.
We are grateful for these products because some of the old cars are no longer in Manufacture production.
I think it is a bit of a waste to have extra Parts since it is a Fuel Conditioning Kit.
It would be better if it could be sold Rose or if we could choose what we need.

To carburetorOH
I have been using it for a long time. I used it for my GS400 and it has been a great help for me because some parts are not available from OEM for older motorcycles. The accuracy is good and safe to use. The instruction manual that comes with the product is also worth reading because it is not formal and contains useful information for DIYers. The price is higher than before, but I think it is acceptable. I recommend it. View detail

Almost good
Gasket shape of Float chamber is different from OEM and cannot be used. (The unnecessary curvature makes it impossible to maneuver.)
1.Washer, which is the seat gold of the main nozzle, is a different material from that of the OEM. (Durability seems to be no problem)
This is the only concern, and a brief comparison seems to indicate that it can be used normally.
First of all, thanks to the fact that Ripro is available in its entirety at this price.
Since this is before the test run, we do not know what will actually happen, but since we have experienced in the past repairs that the key star can be used normally, it is likely that it will be Large sturdy.

Maintenance, for adjustment.
The carburetor is not in good shape, so I decided to purchase this complete set of carburetors for maintenance and adjustment rather than purchasing a single item.
L/R, so if you buy both, it will cost you a little bit more.:I was wondering if having a Set would be good for anything.
Next time I plan to use it and only purchase replenishment for shortages.

OEM compatible with amazing cosmetics
This is an imprementation used on a C-type ZZr1100.
My ZZr1100 (C1) had been immobile for a long time, and when I pulled it up, the engine was not running and the inside of the carburetor was deteriorated. So I decided to replace all the internal parts including the 4 joint gaskets and the plastic screws of the chalk plunger with new ones, and purchased this kit. The parts not included in the kit were assembled with OEM parts by referring to the Parts List.
Although some of the parts are different from the OEM parts we removed, KeyStar's Fuel Conditioning Kit contains everything you need to overhaul a normal carburetor in Large size. So, the large kit was a big help to us.
The main jet, needle, and slow jets were of the specified C1 number, and the engine was able to start without any problems. I am satisfied with the fuel consumption, which is 13km/L for city driving and 20km/L for touring, which are standard values for a Carburetor liter machine. I am satisfied with the standard figures for a Carburetor liter machine. Although I feel a little thicker fuel, the ZZr1100C model has adopted a thinner number since C2, and I think it is normal for the C1 standard to have a slightly thicker fuel tone. I think there is no problem because there is no bad starting performance and no plugs are covered on the Level.
There are some O-rings included, but I did not know where to use them. It would have been better if there was an Instruction Manual for this part. It was fun to look at the actual parts and compare them with the OEM parts.
I am looking forward to trying out the different jets and needles that are included, as I plan on tuning the intake and exhaust systems in the future.

Carburetor overhaul
I used it on a 250TR carburetor overhaul that had been neglected for about 5 years.
I always use them because it would cost several times the budget to collect this many parts from OEMs.
However, the last time I used it in SEROW, the float valve failed and the overflow did not stop, so I returned it to the dirty OEM and was worried about whether it would work again this time.
Also, it would be great if you could get AirCutValve out there too!

XS1BCarburetor overhaul by utilizing Fuel Kit
I have two XS1B's from 1970 or 1971 and I use the green TankSpec. one for city driving and a bit of touring. Whole Stock parts. target presence. However, we are maintaining it so that it can return to active service at any time. This time, we decided to overhaul the Left SideCarburetor because of Gasoline seepage and purchased a KeyStar Fuel Conditioning Kit. It really is a WeBig's Shipping service is available for orders over $3,000 including tax. The Carburetor was replaced only with the Float valve and Packing. The Carburetor was reused as is this time as there were no problems with the jets, and only the Float valve and Packing were replaced. Although I did not make full use of the fuel management kit, I think the cost effectiveness of the Key Star Fuel Management Kit is superior to the Large one, considering that the OEM Float valve costs more than 4,000 yen per piece. As expected quality
We chose reliable Japanese quality for the Delicate carburetor's parts.
As expected, the quality of the product was high and the instruction manual was simple but easy to understand.
We are very grateful to be able to obtain such parts for old Showa-era cars in 2025.
The price is high, but I think it's a good compromise for quality. 1-cylinder's Package is very conscientious.
For example, a NORMALKit for the Jet system with regulations only, Pilot screw only, etc. would be appreciated.
